Rock of Refreshment

The rock of refreshment, offers refreshment to those who are open to it.

Siddhananda can see a particular rock. When she shuts her eyes, she can see that same rock.

Light is coming off of the rock. A calendar of moon phases is shown… and then the tides, the Sun and the Earth. This shows how things are connected like that.

Nothing is separate...

G says it’s all connected...

The way the spirit is speaking is in gentle images with no words at all. It’s quiet and very nice. Siddhananda is hearing it without hearing it.

Some rock imagery is seen with light breaking things apart and cracking things open. A lot of light is beaming up from that.

Siddhananda laughs, wanting to keep this rock, as it is a very gentle lovely light with a healthy clear energy. Lotuses are coming from it. She says she just wants to shut her eyes and do this all day. “I’ll sit here a while with it,” she teases.
 
There are some nice sparkling, really bright lights emanating from the rock. There is a feeling of continuous movement and change with the sparkles.

Now the spirit is sending some hearts.

Siddhananda laughs, asking, “Can we keep this rock?”

They are saying they are refreshment.

Siddhananda places the rock over to the other rocks at the healing center. They are pure refreshment, so it’s not going to affect them any to be around the other energies. The other rocks will partake from the refreshment of this rock. This spirit is really like a beautiful fresh waterfall one can stand under on a hot and sweaty day.

Rock Energy

The spirit says that it is a rock, and that's maybe a good thing... it's not a bad thing and it does not want to change this. They like being a rock. They're planted in a nice place.

They've got longevity with that form. It's slow and long. They can watch the universe go by. They can watch history and all of the drama.  

The rock spirit says that people come and sit on them. They're just a witness really. And, they just want to say that this is fine. It's perfect.

Everything has consciousness. The universe has consciousness. All has consciousness.  
 
G says there are some very special rocks, some of which are in service right now (points to the healing rocks nearby). 

The rock spirit says, "Rock energy." They don't have any questions and just wanted to share this. The spirit also says that they know of all that mind stuff people walk by with and they don't want to have anything to do with that.

They are just different forms. There is no way of saying anything is higher or lower. They're there. They're just present and sometimes much more so than the mind stuff that people are walking around with.
