Ghost Spirit

Siddhananda: i'm hearing "Traffic jam consciousness."

G: Traffic jam consciousness, okay (laughing).

Siddhananda: Kind of stuck

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: Stuck in a certain time and place.

G: Can you show us an image of the time and place that you're stuck.

Siddhananda: (pause) All i'm seeing is there are streets that are dark, there's some street lights on, there's this image of a female walking on the street. It looks very lonely.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: There's some buildings, but, there's no lights on. It could just be night, though.

G: Right. So, what is the reason that you're stuck there? That you stay present in that?

Siddhananda: (pause) Some kind of fear, some kind of violence took place or something happened where they're really stuck there.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: They're saying they don't want to be a ghost spirit.

G: Right. And you don't have to be a ghost spirit.

Siddhananda: That's not what they want and they almost feel like that could happen to them.

G: Well, it has happened to them. If they are still stuck in that then they are ghost spirit somewhere.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: So, what you need to do is just ask for the light. There is a doorway there to go to the other side. There's a light. And if you ask for someone in your past that's been very dear to you, they will come to you and collect you.

Siddhananda: (pause). i do see some hands. i did see some images of blood and violence before.

G: And that's not who and what you are. That body has passed. You are that energy, you are still aware of yourself. That other has passed. There's no reason to hold on to it. It does nothing to aid you.

Siddhananda: (pause) i do feel another energy coming in that does seem to be caring for them.

G: hmm hmm. Right.

Siddhananda: Taking them up. They were young, it almost looks like maybe even a child.

G: Oh.

Siddhananda: i am feeling a young girl, almost. Really lost. i see like a doll or teddy bear in their hand. They were just stuck in there and scared.

G: Then her mother, whoever was her mother in that life, can come to collect her. There's no reason to be afraid.

Siddhananda: It feels almost like there is a mother type energy coming to scoop them up like "my child, here, come let's go this way."

G: Right, coming to take them.

Siddhananda: They were just sitting there wide eyed, like what do i do.

G: And they missed their opportunity to go through to the light through the fear and things.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: So, there's nothing to fear and just let that light come. It's a beautiful light, you'll just walk through and be in a nice heavenly realm with those that can love and care for you.

Siddhananda: (pause). Yeah, they did turn. They are like "Oh, someone's here to love me and take me." They were just really sad, but, now it's not. Now, it's feeling better like there's some light of love and warmth coming for this soul that's been really stuck, poor thing.

G: And we ask that Christ would come as well, and Mother Mary would come. That would be a very good energy for her.

Siddhananda: (pause). Some of that violent imagery is dying down. It's taking place with more this love that's surrounding this young spirit. I still see her holding that teddy bear, but, looking up like "Oh! Someone's here for me."

G: Yeah. Somebody's there.

Siddhananda: (pause). It's better. (smiling).

G: Yeah. (gesturing namaste). So, we wish her peace and safe journey from this point.

Siddhananda: Yeah. (gesturing namaste). You never know. But, that happens.

G: Yeah, they get stuck.

Stuck in Fear

G: Next (showing a clear stone to the camera).

Siddhananda: Another clearie, huh?

G: Another clear one, yes.

Siddhananda: Okay. (pause). i asked him why are you here [and] he said "because I died long ago." He is connected to the Mayan ruins somehow.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: (long pause). This is interesting. He died in a regular way. i asked him why he is stuck there. He said because he was, in his life, afraid of being killed or whatever. So, he is still living in that fear!

G: Yeah. He needs to understand there's nothing to fear. He is still alive. The body is gone, but, he's still aware of himself. He just got himself trapped there. So, he just needs to allow that door to open for him to walk through it, to go on his journey so that he can have better experiences.

Siddhananda: Okay. So, initially i saw a man on his knees. He was a shadowy figure. i see him rising a bit. That's shifting a little bit to almost an angelic [feeling]. What it felt to me is that there's an angel there, his guardian angel, waiting for him.

G: Good.

Siddhananda: ..that had just been waiting for him. The minute he looked towards that, the angel was there immediately. So, it was just a matter of him opening up to that.

G: (nodding). Exactly. Perfect.

Siddhananda: They're there embracing him. He's a pretty wilted guy. Even though he never had any violence towards him or killed that way, he held that in his heart. He was worried for himself and he just kept that worry and it built on itself.

G: Right. So, he had himself in his own cage.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: So, we'll let him go forward with that angel and they'll take care of him now.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: So he can go forward to other times and better experiences. (hand on heart). (smiling).

Siddhananda: (hand on heart). (smiling). Just a little. My goodness, that's a long time there [to be stuck in that fear].

G: Yeah, a long time there!

Pity Party

Siddhananda: Okay, so, on to the next one, (pausing with closed eyes) So, this one is saying they're like a piece of caramel candy! (smiling)

G: A caramel candy? (laughing) Okay

Siddhananda: Yeah, I always like these. I think they're kind of cute, but, anyway. Maybe, this isn't so good because they are showing how that sticks to your teeth and [is] hard to chew.

G: Yeah, okay.

Siddhananda: (pause) So, they feel a little gummed up like that.

G: Okay

Siddhananda: Let's see why? (pause) I guess, a little stuck

G: So, what's holding them back?

Siddhananda: Right.

G: Where are they stuck?

Siddhananda: Yeah, where are they stuck?, (pause) maybe, just again, [they're stuck] feeling like they're not good enough

G: Why would they have that feeling? Why would they think they're not good enough?

Siddhananda: Because they never did anything right

G: Aha.

Siddhananda: I know you're not going to buy into this Guruji (laughing)

G: NO, i'm not buying into it for an instant!

Siddhananda: They never did anything right, they always messed things up, they were the ones that messed it up, and all of that kind of thing.

G: Yeah, the pity party.

Siddhananda: Yeah

G: Are they enjoying that bandwagon, that pity party?

Siddhananda: NO, it's hell, it's horrible.. is what they're saying. They hate it.

G: Yeah, then they need to let go of that. (pause) That pity party is not serving them well at all.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: (pause) Self-Flagellation is not serving them at all (laughing)

Siddhananda: (laughing) Okay, i am seeing a little bit of white energy rising from this caramel type of energy

G: (laughing)

Siddhananda: (laughing)

G: Yeah, if he looks within, and the message again today [is] that [the] perfection is there, but he has to let go of his idea of imperfection.

Siddhananda: Right

G: He has to let go of that, so that the other can come forward.

Siddhananda: Right. There was some light there when you said that, that's what's keeping it bound is his idea.

G: Exactly.

Siddhananda: And I see a light bulb [lighting up]

G: And he keeps feeding that idea and keeps giving it life and pushing the other away.

Siddhananda: Right.

G: Why would you want to push that away?

Siddhananda: Right, and this light bulb is saying, it's not happening now, it's just an idea. That's not happening now, that's not happening now.. i'm hearing.

G: Right, that doesn't need to happen anymore.

Siddhananda: Yeah

G: (pause) He can do it, he can. He just needs to stop telling himself that he can't.

Siddhananda: (pause) Yeah, that's resonating.. he had that light bulb and he had some insight into that, so, that's really great.

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: So, what should we do with him?

G: So, is there anything else he would like to ask before he [leaves]

Siddhananda: He would, [yes]. He's not going to turn down some mantras or whatever you like to give him (laughing)

G: (laughing) Since he asked, he can have them.

Siddhananda: Okay, so, should it be like the two practices?

G: We don't push them on anybody, you have to ask. If you want them, you have to ask.

Siddhananda: Sure

G: That's a lesson for him, too. If you ask, the door is open.

Siddhananda: That's true, that's true. Instead of just sitting there wallowing in your stuff.

G: Yeah

Siddhananda: So, the COS maybe? and the two practice "I Am That I Am" and "Om That I Am", is that Okay?

G: Yes

Siddhananda: Okay (hand on heart). (pause) Okay, that's good

G: Perfect

Treading Water

Siddhananda: (showing a rock) Another little [one], kind of like the one we had a little bit earlier. (pause) Okay, I’m getting… [let me] make sure that this is for this one, but… I see someone that is treading water (laughing). That is kind of what I am getting. They want to go more with the current, more with the flow. They are finding a lot of stopping places and getting absorbed in whatever is happening there. Let’s see what kind of practices they have done. (pause) As we are speaking, I’m seeing more flow happening for this energy, like a flow coming in. At first I saw more [of] the circles in the water or maybe it was just someone was there and that energy just sort of…

G: Right.

Siddhananda: …stuck in one spot.

G: They are just stuck in one spot…

Siddhananda: Right!

G: …in one thing, yeah.

Siddhananda: Right, yeah. I’m feeling even as we speak some more flushing through.

G: Yeah, I would say just be more open to the moment rather than being in a stale practice that you are doing over and over and over by rote.

Siddhananda: (nodding) Okay.

G: Yeah. I think that probably what they did with the treading water is that they are stuck in one practice that they have done over and over and over, but, it has just become a… (flapping her fingers together like talking). They haven’t gotten to the heart of it. It’s not moving them. They are just mouthing the words.

Siddhananda: Right, yeah.

G: (again, flapping her fingers together like talking) Just mouthing the words. So when you are mouthing the words, you are just going to tread water. You are not going to go anywhere. You are just going to be sitting there paddling, (moving her arms like treading water) doing the same thing and be stuck. So for this one I would say, just the immediate thing, just be in the moment. Be open to life. Be open to the moment. Yeah, and then go forward.

Siddhananda: Let that carry you a little more…

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: ..versus.. just like you say, just sort of having… people get into these patterns.

G: Right, right, right.

Siddhananda: That’s what I am seeing, the patterns in the water. I mean, it’s just kind of there and needs to be…

G: Right, you get into these practices but it’s just all intellect. It’s intellectual and you haven’t opened to feel. You haven’t opened to really be in the moment with what’s there.

Siddhananda: Right, connecting with even what’s around you,

G: Exactly, right.

Siddhananda: …nature or whatever is there in the moment.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: Kind of, “here I am” with this (holding arms tight close to her)… rather than opening… (pressing arms outward)

G: Right, right. The first step is to be able to connect with nature and connect with life that’s going on around them instead of isolating…

Siddhananda: Makes sense!

G: …in this one practice, which has just become just a verbal… (flapping her fingers together, like talking)

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: …yada yada. That’s going nowhere. (laughing)

Siddhananda: Okay, yeah. Get’s tiring, too!

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: Okay, so there is some more flushing through. So, that’s probably pretty good right now for this being.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: Okay.

G: I think that’s where they need to head next. (laughter)

Siddhananda: Yeah, so, thank you!

G: Thank you! Yeah, I was just getting more of that Buddhist type of a thing that they are doing, that kind of sending out that goodness and stuff.

Siddhananda: Right.

G: But, it has all just become verbal…

Siddhananda: Yeah, something is happening in that way.

G: …verbal ba ba ba… (flapping fingers like talking)

Siddhananda: which can happen over time… With some practices, for sure… And also if it’s really not very heart centered…

G: Right.

Siddhananda: …or open. Not to say… I don’t think people know that there is that difference. I know that in this path you have always talked about opening up to life and breathing in the moment and not closing it, you know what I mean. just so there is a balance between effortlessness and making some efforts, versus…

G: Right. There’s a big difference between intellectualization of practices and [being] very heart centered. So, I feel that this one was more into the (holding her hands up by her head) intellectualized ideas of it, but not really fully feeling…

Siddhananda: Makes sense.

G: …opening to everything. Yeah.

Siddhananda: And that’s definitely a big part of the practices, opening up and…

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: …listening and being present, not just in your own, whatever stuff is with you.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: Okay, so next!
