Stay Grounded

Siddhananda: (showing a small heart stone) Got another little heart. Boy, we just have so much love and flow coming through (laughing). I'm hearing Princess Leela.

G: princess leela

Siddhananda: I know, it's just what i got initially. I just go with it, and then it opens up and kind of unfolds as it comes. I'm just putting out what's there (smiling).

G: (smiling)

Siddhananda: princess leela ... I think it is saying this is more of the female aspect of that ... the Goddess of that ...

G: hmm hmm

Siddhananda: flowers ... lots of flowers ... cherry blossoms and roses, and changing manifestations of flowers ... beauty ... angels ... (laughing). I'm just gonna ask them what you are here for.

G: yes (laughing)

Siddhananda: (laughing loud)

G: It's nice to have all this flowering, beauty, angels (laughing and gesturing with hands).

Siddhananda: (laughing) But, we're here to give guidance. She's laughing, too. She says, “I know,” and she's just laughing. She is, I feel, a little similar to the one that just spoke who was wanting to break free. The imagery is like doves wanting to break out of confinements to fly into that vastness.

It feels like she is ready and not ready to come back in body ... a little bit of both. I'm hearing COS. I believe that's something she could use now.

G: Yeah. If she wants to do the cos, she's more than welcome to do the cos, but be willing to come back into embodiment because she's going to have to do that to move forward ... to challenge herself in directions and things she needs to challenge.

Siddhananda: Yeah ... She feels a little resistance. There's a resistance there with that body manifestation.

G: Exactly (nodding and smiling).

Siddhananda: ... and she likes the manifestation of the flowers (laughing) ... and flying, and pretty ethereal things. I'm feeling, speaking as myself, that that is ungrounding for her in a way.

G: Yeah, that's why she needs to come back into embodiment because she's getting a little out in the ethers ... a little in the foo-foo (gesturing with hands), you know.

Siddhananda: Yeah, that's my feeling of it ... it's too float-y.

G: Exactly. It's too ungrounded. That’s why she needs to come back into embodiment ... to be a little more grounded, and have those experiences that will cut through and take her a little more to where she ultimately wants to be.

Siddhananda: Right. I now see the image of a mountain to say she is getting some of this.

G: Exactly ... more grounding.

Siddhananda: ... more earth, planet.  Right there I see a light bulb to show that it does make sense. She needs some rooting.

G: Yes, that's the problem with some of the new age things we spoke about before. They're more into affirmations, this and that, and they get very ungrounded and very float-y. You need to stay rooted, stay grounded. You need to go through those experiences, not try to jump past them and put yourself somewhere else mentally so that you're not going to have to. You stymie yourselves, and, eventually, you don't get to go forward in the way that you need to.

Siddhananda: She asked,"Is it like a fantasy then?"

G: Sort of. You can create a new soap opera of some sort and degree, and then you live in that.

Siddhananda: ... like a dream.

G: You create this dreamy movie, right ... but, you need to be willing to come back to reality.

Siddhananda: Yeah, she's saying that it has been like a dream that she's created and, you know, it's a beautiful dream ... yet, there's still pain there.

G: Right, it's still not going to be totally fulfilling there.

Siddhananda: She says these kind of dream states are created, and they may feel good, but she knows they're a dream..

G: Right, but one has to eventually wake up to all of life even when you come back into existence. This is a type of a dream state, you know, that you can have in a more grounded way, and proceed through what you need to proceed through rather than being airy-fairy out here.

Siddhananda: I'm getting imagery of a mountain. It's her way of saying that everything needs to be blended ... have that balance.

G: Right, there needs to be a balance (nodding yes).

Siddhananda: ... and that's feeling like she’s gone off somewhere into this dream ... so, she wants the COS.

G: She can go ahead and do the COS, but remember to stay grounded.

Siddhananda: ... and then opening up to this new adventure coming back in body.  She said “I will." I see a heart ... it is pink (laughing). That's okay. she’s an art.. and she's gonna use that to do her best to open up, "thank you."

G: Namaste. The shifts are coming in, and so this is a good time to reincarnate and continue forward. If you want to make progress, this is a good time to do it.

Siddhananda: Right ... a very auspicious time right now with the energies that are coming forward.

True knower of Brahman

Siddhananda: Starts laughing, oh he is laughing like jolly ha ha ha like ho ho ho you're so funny, dogs so cute, look at, look at....

(G and Siddhananda are laughing)

Siddhananda: Oh no, i am hearing brahman again, but he seems lighter than the other one. He is thinner, he is lighter... not so stout as the  other.  I can see the cord.

G: Yes, he is lighter. Brahman from what period of time? Was he a brahman from time of birth or family?

Siddhananda: Family.

G: A little more recent than further back when it was not from birth. It used to be that you were a brahman because you were a knower of brahman, then it became a birthright.

S: This is understood. I have heard you speak about this. I am still wearing the cord, is this okay?

G: It's okay, as long as you remember what the cord is for.

S: Kundalini, you said. Could you explain that more?

G: Kundalini is that energy that awakes and draws one thru consciousness to experience all the layers and levels of consciousness and all the realms of whatever one needs to experience.... and it draws one to that heart of God or to that infinite IS, that absolute brahman, so that one can experience brahman directly..... and they have the experience of Nirvana or being blown out and that blown out is when the ego then (at that point) collapses and what remains then is that brahman or only brahman.

S: Is the cord, though, a symbol of a connection?

G: It is just a symbol, yes.  It is like that threefold and there are three pieces to the cord and the kundalini has three channels. There are three channels.

S: Okay, thank you. That is what i wanted to know. So the cord is okay to wear if i wear it for the right reason?

G: It is okay to wear it if you wear it for the right reason, yes... but, take the scriptures and things because most of the brahmans have learned all these scriptures and they have learned them by rote, and they are the priests, they are doing  the ceremonies for the families etc., but what has gotten lost is where these come from and the awareness within them.

S: This is understood,  that they have really gotten turned around and twisted and darkened and kind of lost what they really meant.

G: Exactly, so what you need to do is go into those to find the true meaning of them... and that is the best you can do. Open your heart to that and be willing to go into those and find the true meaning of them.

S: Yes and so i would like to wear those symbols. I do wear the rudraksha beads as well and the brahman cord and ashes on my forehead.

G: That's quite fine. Just be willing to open up to learn what the truth of brahman is. Rather than proclaiming I am a brahman, be willing to go forward and be a true brahman, a knower of brahman.

S: Then i won't need these things.

G: Exactly, then you won't need them. They are only outward symbols of a mind set, to keep a point of attention, a point of focus. They are not the things themselves.

S: It would be such a disappointment if it was just those things because it's about the inner journey.

G: Exactly, so just be willing to open to that inward and to going further in your journey and to be a true knower of brahman.

S: Yes, and so in terms of my practice, can you offer something?

G: I can, yes. Have you heard of the COS?

S: It's floating around up here (laughing). I know it is floating around, it is  up here. I haven't gravitated to it. I just wasn't sure, i guess, if I could do that practice.

G:  No, you're allowed to use that and if you would hang around for awhile, when we are done with this, I will give you a mantra.

S: This would be so, so appreciated. I am so grateful. I want to say that i would not ever soil that or do something that is not good with it. I want to use it to go forward.

G:  That is what we hope. We need more people that are willing to go forward to the light and become actual brahmans. The world needs more genuine brahmans.

S: How sad it is that this is not pure in India, but this is a long story and we don't need to go there and i feel like i don't need to go there.

G: Yes, that is a long story.

S: I am wearing these things because i want to have them dissolve into light.

G: Right. You want to imbibe in the genuineness of it.

S: Oh, you put it just right. Yes you did. Okay, then i will wait now? (for the mantra)

G: Yes.

S: Thank you.

Replenish the Earth

Siddhananda:  So, we’ve got the little brown lingam back (holding the stone up to the camera). We’ll see what’s in it today (smiling with a slight apprehension).

G:  Oooh, we’re back to another lingaaaa! (smiling)

Siddhananda:  We’ll see what happeeens (speaking in a sing-song way).

G:  The wild card came back (chuckling)!

Siddhananda:  I know. So, this one is brown... I don't know... it doesn’t matter, but the others are black. I see the brown lingam sitting there as browny lingamy as it is (laughing).

G:  Ah-ha-ha-ha... it's little, brown lingam self (laughing).

Siddhananda:  Yep, it's little brown lingam self sittin’ there. There’s some energy. It’s clear energy that's kind of vibrating from it. It’s not even white, but you can see the energy around the outside edge of the rock. It's clear and vibrating pretty rapidly.  I'm trying to see what’s coming from that lingam because something is growing out of  it. I can't quite tell, but it's a stream of energy.  Okay, let me see … (long pause). They’re not answering to questions yet.  I think they’re just wanting to display this. It is turning more pinkish looking, and, on the other side, there’s something moving... growing. I’m hearing they may be more of an earth type energy.

G:  Okay.

Siddhananda:  (pause) They are kind of an aide for growth. I think that’s what they’re trying to say.

G:  Aiding in growth …

Siddhananda:  Yeah... which is interesting. I don’t know if they have to do more with earth.  That's all I can tell you right now (chuckling).

G:   …More planetary growth and stuff like that. So, they're there to aid in that. That’s good.

Siddhananda:  Totally ... and we like earth!  They're showing very wonderful moist dark rich, rich, rich earth.

G:  We need that because it's very depleted.

Siddhananda:  That’s it. Very good. Exactly.

G:  ... Very depleted.  Growing vegetables ... they are not healthy anymore. They're very depleted of minerals, etc.

Siddhananda:  (with a sympathetic expression) That’s the thing. But, with the way this earth looks, you don’t even see that.  It’s just dark.  It’s almost black with rich, rich, rich nutrients and soil.  And I do see some roots in there... white roots, and I see something is sprouting. It’s wonderful. This is being displayed like a light burst.  It’s saying that that’s there and the sun is there.

G:  It needs to have some planetary healing.

Siddhananda: Ohhh, yeah ... that’s the whole message.

G:  Like I said, the earth is so depleted of minerals and stuff and it really does need to be regenerated.

Siddhananda:  They are showing some dry, cracked earth ... and then, I see this other image showing ... this is what it could be. This is what it has potential for.

G:  Yeah ... yeah (nodding in agreement).

Siddhananda:  They are showing a sun. They want to help in that way, with that kind of sun energy, to help refresh the soil and the earth ... to help things grow again, which is such a lovely image.

G:  We need it ... we need it.

Siddhananda:  Totally.  From that, I see these wonderful groves of different sorts of vegetables, fruits, all these things that ...

G:  It’s become so bad now with all the stuff that's genetically engineered ... the corn and everything.  It’s not healthy. It’s not good for you.

Siddhananda:  No.

G: They genetically modify things to make it more easy to grow.  It’s not good.  It’s not healthy. None of those things are healthy.

Siddhananda:  Exactly.  They showed an image of junk food. I think they’re saying junk food for spirit isn't good.  It’s both. It’s what you take in (into the body),  ... but also what you are taking into your spirit. Maybe a lot of people are taking in junk food for their spirit.

G:  Right.

Siddhananda:   This is here as spirit to say, “Take in the rich nutrients for your spirit.”

G:  Right.  So, again, we've got to watch ... get a handle on things like the genetically modified fruits, and vegetables, and stuff, too, because they are really not good ... not good at all.

Siddhananda:  For sure. Both.  It’s really speaking to both.  Exactly.  Absolutely ... absolutely!

G:  The junk food is easier to manage, but the genetically modified stuff is in a lot of things ... especially corn ... a lot of it is genetically modified now.  Really not good for you at all.  More and more is becoming genetically modified.  So, hopefully, they get a handle on that. It's really not good, and it can get turned around to healthy things again.

Siddhananda:  So, maybe we should go back to the old ad from yesterday:  “Support your local farmers.”

G:  There you go!

Siddhananda: I mean, really, support some of your local things.

G:  Well, the farmers that are not using genetically modified crops.

Siddhananda:  Right, but a lot of them don’t. That’s why they are a little more expensive.

G:  Right.

Siddhananda:  The chicken, grass fed… and the good healthy organically grown stuff is a little pricier, but to support that. That’s just me talking, not what the lingam is saying.

G:  Right.

Siddhananda:  Anyway, the point is they're there ... that sun is there, too … if people bring some awareness to that … that earth, these things, do need to be replenished.  It is such a beautiful image of this dark, rich, black soil and the sun that is there.

G:  Yes, it's possible to turn it around.  We’re going to have to make more efforts to just do it. Thank you for that (laughing and placing the hand over the heart with gratitude).

Siddhananda:  Thank you (placing the hand over the heart).  I saw wonderful, rich foods they wanted to display, fruits and vegetables. It’s making me hungry!

G:  Yeah, me too!

Siddhananda:  Looks so good. Give me a nice, fresh juice right now. I’ll take it!

Breaking Out of the Shell

Siddhananda: This one is a small and sweet kind of stone, and it feels like that’s the energy in it. But, now it’s bursting bigger into this Light that’s coming out of it as a way of showing it wants to break out of confinements. I think that’s what it’s saying... desiring that... to break out of anything that’s enclosing that light or keeping it in a container, or an identification.

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: I have a picture of more of a child energy and an angel, that that is innocence, and that’s what is maybe holding it back. I just get more images. It’s hard for me to verbalize completely, but it's like an angel that needs to come out of this kind of shell, and that’s what humanity is. I see a dove, like peace. Anyway, some of that is coming through for this energy, but they are also blocked in these confinements… and feels more bhakti to me, feels more heart.

G: Hmm…

Siddhananda: I think they’re saying they feel the Mother thing come up, but they also want to ask how should they address you?

G: Just G (waving hands and laughing).

Spirit: Okay, G.

Siddhananda: And she said, by the saying of this, that this may vibrate out more. So, that name doesn’t come that way as much, although they do know your name is Ganga.

Spirit: So, G (laughing)... how do I fly? How do I fly?

G: Just ask to take birth with parents that will continue to give you the right guidance and the right path, and just continue forward. Ask to be reborn into a family that will put you on the right path and give the continued guidance that you need.

Siddhananda: She’s taking a deep breath, and saying this will kind of take its own course. I don’t have to be the doer and take so much responsibility on myself on how to be right and how to be good, because Grace is something different than that. There's a big relief there. I’m feeling like that was a burden on her shoulders...

Spirit: …a relief (letting go) that I’m going to try to be good and pure.

G: Right. The next thing is to come back into form and continue on that journey. But, ask to be born into the family that will give the best guidance for her journey.

Siddhananda: She’s fine with coming back in form, and is ready with an open heart.. ready to flow with whatever comes with that.

Spirit: Do you suggest anything else, G?

G: No, that’s all I suggest. Just stay in the heart, stay in that love aspect and be willing to come back to complete your journey.

Spirit: Thank you so much... thank you so much (bowing).

G: Thank you, Namaste.

White Rose of Stillness

Siddhananda: (holds up a clear rock interlaced with golden color) I’m seeing that rock in my mind and it has some imagery flowing from it. There was some darkness but now there's a flower and that darkness is fading from that flower or that rose.

It's becoming more and more still as that darkness is fading from that rose, and they’re saying that’s a message of how that is. I mean I can really feel that in my Being, how once that shadow was rising and then dissolving, that stillness and that concrete Beingness was present there. It’s just showing this through example of how that shadow of mind, once it flees and goes, then that’s what remains. I see a very sparkly, white flower, and it’s got a butterfly to show that new beginning. This is their message.

G: Yes, it sounds like a message. So, thank you for that message (gesturing with namaste hands). Yes, you have to hold steady and stay continuous and eventually it will go.

Siddhananda: It was really nice.

Diamond of Zero Point Balance

Siddhananda:   I see this rock in my mind, which is kind of a cool rock.  As you see (holding the rock up), it’s got a little gray, some lines and a lot of cool looking colors there.

G:  Beautiful!

Siddhananda:  So, I do see that in my mind. It is forming a triangle now with a lot of light coming from the triangle.  I hear, "Shakti energy," within this triangle and the Light. I'm feeling the three points of the triangle signify something.

So, they’re trying to convey a little bit more of a mathematical thing ... these sorts of boxes. The only thing I know is something I read before about platonic solids, and about how they have some sort of energy, message, meaning, and symbolism.  Let's see what else. There’s kind of a little point in there, a dot, and Light coming from this triangle.

G:  Still point, right.

Siddhananda:  It’s very nice.  It's just piercing, this bright, white light.

G:  It’s like another take on the Yantra, but there's not as many triangles involved in what it’s showing now .. yeah.

Siddhananda:  You know, it feels that way.  You think of pyramids, too, and how they've got all that energy held in them.

G:  Right ... right ...right.

Siddhananda:  It’s just got that kind of energy.

G:  It's like the linga and the yoni ... the triangle is like the yoni and that dot is the linga. It's another symbolism of that type of thing.

S:  Yeah ... very much!  You can feel that same kind of feeling. That's REALLY nice that you put it that way, because it helps to add to what this is about. It gives that kind of energy, which is what it feels like.

Okay, they’re still saying there’s more. I see the whole thing sitting on a lotus, "Balance ... balance."

G:  Balance ... yes.

Siddhananda:  That's what you said, “Zero point balance.”

G:  That's right. It's like Khajuraho.  It’s all built on a lot of mathematical things (principles) as well. The whole way it’s built and brought together is based on a lot of that inner wisdom and symbology of numbers ... 4s, 3s, 7s.

Siddhananda:  Exactly (rocking back and forth and nodding in agreement).
                                                                                                     .
G:  4 represents a balance. It's usually that substantial, rounded thing.

Siddhananda:  Right, because there’s 4 touching the ground or the earth.

G:  Right, right.

Siddhananda:  I felt some excitement from this energy when you were speaking of numbers and how they do have balance ... and how there's a mystery to them, too, ... because they can kind of defy gravity, also.

G:  Right. Each number has a different vibrational substance to it.  I haven’t gone as much into that, you know. It’s something to be explored.  But, yes, the different numbers have different vibrations.  Like I said, I think for those that think in mathematical equations, it's a way that would be easier for them to understand, than in other ways, of coming to know what is Source.

Siddhananda:  Yes, that’s IT. Like I said, this energy got very excited, and I see a lot of energy flowing when you are speaking of the numbers. But, it’s not as much that.  It’s the energy in those numbers. It’s the energy in that configuration ... the energy behind it.  And so people get stuck on the numbers, but that’s not ...

G:  That’s not it. It’s the energy. Each one of those numbers has a different vibrational energy to it.

Siddhananda:  That’s it.  And it brings certain things into alignment.

G:   Right, right, right ... because they come into alignment with it (nodding yes, yes, yes).

Siddhananda:  Right ...  and that takes on certain energetic vibration. I see there are some dots, and I see these white lines ... seeing things connecting, and how they connect, and merge to form ... but, I still see that bright light in the center. So, it’s all coming from that, you know.

G:  Right. It all stems from that.  All of the numbers go back and filter to that zero point in the end.

Siddhananda:  Yeees. That’s right (smiling big upon hearing G say this).

G:  They subdivide, and subdivide, and subdivide, and continue forward making different vibratory connections.

Siddhananda:   (nodding) ... like Shakti. It feels like this energy can go on and on with these things, because it can, but they're saying not to get caught up in that ... because it’s showing the Diamond, again. They’re showing that diamond.

G:  Right. You still have to come all the way down, and filter it down to that zero point in the end. You can get so caught up in cosmology, getting so vastly blown out, that you miss that center point, that still point, where everything emerges from.

Siddhananda:  Right, because those numbers go on eternally. You can get really lost in that for all eternity, but that’s not the eternity they're speaking of.  The eternity is in that Diamond where it all flows from. That's where you need to go,  because once you go there, those things ... they’re known... they're not known like that (motioning with her hand to indicate the mind) ... it’s all just felt and it's known. It's not that way. Don't get lost in all those things outwardly.

G:  Right. With all of that intellectualization of it, you can get lost into a very big intellectualization of numbers, etc., ... of formulas etc., and all of that. But, yes, if you come to that zero point balance, then you understand that there is an energy behind them. When it starts coming out (indicating the still point with a hand gesture), that Shakti subdivides, and makes up the colors ... the energy vibration of it makes up a color ... a different vibration makes another color, etc., etc.  You can take all of them down to a mathematical equation.

Siddhananda:  That's right. Yeah, totally.

G:  ... measure how much it’s vibrating ... how much it’s not vibrating.  The sound of music strings - how it’s vibrating, how it’s not vibrating.

Siddhananda:  Science.  That’s what science does.

G:  Exactly.  When you play music, you have one string that has a certain vibration ... the length, the width makes a certain vibration, etc.  It makes a certain sound. You could go on endlessly with these things.

Siddhananda:  Oh, yeah. Oh, my gosh!  You could take a leaf and go on like that, but you wouldn’t learn about that whole leaf in your whole life.  So, whatever it is, just know that you’re never going to get it like that.  Information is not what matters as much as that Diamond.

G:  Exactly (nodding yes).

Siddhananda:  ... because, it's a mystery too. So, I see that Diamond with different rainbow colors coming off of it to acknowledge those different things you’re speaking of.

G:  Exactly.  So just enjoy it for what it is, you know. Enjoy the beauty and mystery of it.

Siddhananda:  ... and it is fascinating.  They’re showing a lingam, and also want to show you a picture of Khajuraho, because they know you’ll enjoy it, as a way of saying thank you.

G:  Thank you (gesturing with namaste hands). Thank you for bringing that message.

Siddhananda:  Really nice. I tell you, I could have sat with that one for a long time, because there was a lot of fascinating feeling of how things connect, and numbers. I mean, it was like a brilliant type of energy, you know. Kind of interesting.

G:  It is.  Like I said, my Guru had done all of those mantras, and this triangle physically just came up from a stone ... 100%. So, yeah, those energies are there, and they can manifest to be seen.

Siddhananda:  Oh, they’re there.  I mean, you can see them, or not, but sometimes you do see them, that’s all, because they're there. It's there.

G:  Sometimes ... and it is very strong, and it can manifest those things ... 100%.

Siddhananda:  So, interesting.

G:  I have seen it.  I have lived it (smiling and laughing).

Siddhananda:  I’m sure.  I’m sure. So, really nice message, too, that one.

G:  Very nice message.  Very good.

Garden of Growth

G: Very cute (showing clear, yellowish little gumdrop stone).

Siddhananda: Very cute (laughing with G).

G: Well, they say good things come in small packages.

Siddhananda: That's true. We’ll find out.

G: We’ll find out (smiling).

Siddhananda: I'm hearing they were from that area of the ruins (Tulum ruins in Mexico). They’re a spirit, which is interesting. They’re trying to spread light in that area.

G: Excellent ... it needs more light.

Siddhananda: Yes... what I’m seeing are those bodies that were sacrificed in that ugliness. I see a flower rising from it. That’s what they’re trying to represent, to say... that's decay, that’s over, that’s death... and then this flower...

G: Right ... trying to bring the flowering from it, yeah.

Siddhananda: I do see those ruins in my mind and I see some flowers that are popping to show that they want to just make this into a garden of growth verses this stagnant energy that’s there.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: This spirit is coming near the dead bodies, laying a blanket of light on that imagery and fading it in that light which is really nice. I'm seeing if they have any questions.

There is a lot of stillness with it which is, again, a message of in anything that’s happening... anything... it doesn’t matter how violent, how loving... there’s that Light.

G: Potential…

Siddhananda: Potential, yes, is good... it’s there. And these appearances... not to take them to be all these things... to just know that that light is like a thread that runs through all experience. They’re there doing that work, always...  that light, that grace. Very nice (placing her hand on the heart center).

G:  Perfect... thank you for doing that work there (placing her hand on the heart center).
