Fragrance of the Rose

Siddhananda: And we got one more (for today’s session)!

G: One more, the grand finale!

Siddhananda: (showing a rock) They have gone quick considering there was a long line today.

G: We did have a long line but they have been very… it’s been very quick today, considering.

Siddhananda: Yeah, we can get to the heart of the matter. We don’t always need all the rest..

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: It’s interesting, but it’s not always needed. (pause) And [with] this one, I am seeing a rose and it’s kind of similar, I think, as we are looking into the center of that rose as the heart of being.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: And then the lila of the… the sweetness, I guess.

G: The fragrance.

Siddhananda: The fragrance.

G: The fragrance is the lila.

Siddhananda: The fragrance, yeah, lila, and they like that, the lila.

G: They like… they enjoy the lila, okay! (laughing)

Siddhananda: Yeah, so… (laughing)

G: Well that’s all that remains once it’s jivanmukti.

Siddhananda: Well, right.

G: You go back into lila and the play of it, yeah.

Siddhananda: Let’s see if that’s where they are at. (pause) I don’t know. I’m kind of hearing that maybe there is still some work to do. But they… that’s, whatever energy is there, that’s what their reflection is, that rose and that center point. And they are getting quieter, too. People are getting very quiet today, easily.

G: Quieter, very, very quickly, yeah. I would just say again, on the altar of truth…

Siddhananda: Okay.

G: On the altar of truth, yeah.

Siddhananda: Okay!

G: Yeah, and so that’s it for today. It was actually…

Siddhananda: Kind of a quickie.

G: …very, very quick today.

Siddhananda: Yeah, for all we had, they were quick. So, it was kind of interesting. You never know.

G: We never know who is going to come in!
