What is this I

Siddhananda: (Showing a small green stone). (pause). Okay, [they're saying] "i desire to know myself beyond my form and my mind."

G: hmm hmm. Okay.

Siddhananda: (pause). They just watched. They're trying to be a witness more of things.

G: hmm hmm. They can start to question what is this i and see what it is. 

Siddhananda: (pause).

G: You can do the "I Am That I Am" and the "Om That I Am", and sit in contemplation of what is this i, and see what it's not.

Siddhananda: (pause). Okay, they're asking "and just be still with that?"

G: Be still with that. (nodding).

Siddhananda: Okay. i see that dropping like a drop into their consciousness.

G: hmm hmm. 

Siddhananda: [They're] taking that in, "what is this i", so (hand on heart).

G: Okay. So, thank you for that. Namaste (hand on heart). 

I Am

Siddhananda: (Showing a small green stone, checking in with a spirit from the void). Next. (pause). Okay, i just asked do they have anything to say today [and] they said "be still and know God, know that I Am."

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: So, they're saying "I Am."

G: Good. Can't beat that! (laughing).

Siddhananda: Yeah. So, i think they're good.

G: Namaste. (hand on heart).

Siddhananda: Thank you. (hand on heart). We're clearing them all out (smiling).

G: Yes, they are moving along. (smiling).

Be Still

Siddhananda: There is another dark stone (showing a dark stone).

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: (pause). As i am looking at that stone, it becomes a really nice beautiful rich purple color, lavender, very nice!

G: (nodding).

Siddhananda: At the center of it is a very light lavender, with a lot of light coming out of it.

G: hmm.

Siddhananda: Really pretty. (long pause). It feels like another message type of thing.

G: Okay. 

Siddhananda: i'm seeing] like a cone that is coming up, in the center, if you go down, is a diamond.

G: hmm hmm. 

Siddhananda: Very, very pretty! A light, light purple with a rich deep purple around it (gesturing with hands).

G: Beautiful.

Siddhananda: It is, it really is. (pause). Okay, they're saying that all is God and to be still. So, i think it's more of a really nice message.

G: hmm hmm. 

Siddhananda: So, we'll go with that (hand on heart).

G: Thank you for that. (gesturing namaste). So, be still is the message. 

Web of Mind

Siddhananda: We’ll start with this one. (showing a rock)

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: Okay. I’m seeing the rock reflected in my mind and some different shades of light and different things coming off of it. A little bit of darkness, too, but we’ll see. Okay, he’s just saying I want to be led to God.

G: Okay, that’s a good place to be.

Siddhananda: Okay, I can see a net, like a web or something, reflected in this stone.

G: He’s getting caught where? What’s his sticking point?

Siddhananda: That’s the thing. It’s a web of mind he’s in.

G: Yeah, a sticking point and all that stuff going on. So if it’s a mental thing, then I would say the COS.

Siddhananda: Okay.

G: COS and the “Om That I Am,” the “I Am That I Am.” And just to continue to be in the moment. Be quiet and be more still. Allow those things to take into effect and slow the mind. And still it and calm it.

Siddhananda: Okay, so that’s being transmitted to him and we’ll just move forward now. So, thank you!

G: Thank you!

I Am

[Siddananda and Guruji check in with this spirit who has been resting in stillness, within the void, until the time of the blood moon.]

Siddhananda:  (showing a pretty jade, green stone) I'm asking them if they have anything to say today?

Spirit:

Be still and Know God.

Know that I am.

I AM.

G:  Good. Can’t beat that.

Siddhananda: No. So, I think they're good.

G: Namaste (placing her hand on the heart)

Siddhananda:  Thank you (placing her hand on the heart). We're cleaning 'em out, huh! (smiling with a little chuckle)

G:  Yes, they are all moving on.

All is God

Siddhananda:  There is another dark stone (holding it up), a little dark one. As I’m looking at that stone, it becomes a really nice beautiful rich purple color… lavender. Very nice! In the center is a very light lavender with a lot of light coming off of it… really pretty. It feels like more of a message type of thing.

So it’s kind of like a cone coming up (moving fingers upwards) in the center. As you go down is a diamond… very, very pretty… kind of like a light, light purple with a rich deep purple around it.

G:  Beautiful!

Siddhananda:  It is, it really is. They are just saying that all is god and to be still. So I think it’s more of a nice message.

G:  Thank you for that (gestures with namaste hands). So, be still. Good message!

Be Still and Open the Heart

The spirit says they have a message of heart and love and light -

Be peaceful and still, always,

especially in these coming days.

Really settle down

Be still

Listen to the teachings

Open the heart

Now is the time to take advantage of the shifts that are coming and to really be open to that, be open to moving forward.

Do your practices

Move forward

Clouds in the Sky

Be still

Be quiet

Open up

Trust

This is all that is needed 

To move forward

In the path to God

The moving clouds in the sky

Let them pass

They have little substance

Only the sky remains

Always

Master Light

I’m like a master light.

Be still. Wake up.

The master uses a zen stick made of pure light to whack students to wake up.
The whacking may hurt but will help in a good way.
