Freed up

Siddhananda: This is another one that was there (showing a small white stone).

G: Okay. It's the last one we're checking in with before we begin on some new ones. (smiling).

Siddhananda: Yeah. (pause). Okay, they're more quiet. They're feeling freed up.

G: hmm hmm. Okay. (nodding).

Siddhananda: (pause). They want to send their love to both of us...

G: Thank you.

Siddhananda: ...and request your blessing to move forward.

G: Please move forward and thank you so much for that. (hand on heart).

Siddhananda: (Hand on heart).

G: It means a lot to us when they come and acknowledge and say thank you. (smiling). So, we wish you well on your journey.

Blessed to be here

Siddhananda: (Checking in with a spirit). Next one (showing a small brown stone). (pause). Okay, this one is saying "i'm blessed to be here. i feel quieter, i feel more present."

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: (pause).

G: So, we'll ask, would you like to stay a little longer, or, are you ready to move forward?

Siddhananda: (pause). They're okay with either the healing center or the crystal cave.

G: Yeah, go ahead and go in the crystal cave.

Siddhananda: (placing the stone in the crystal cave).

G: And, thank you for that. You can stay as long as you wish. When you're ready to go, you just... (laughing), just take off!

Siddhananda: Take off, like you can do (smiling).

G: Take off! They can be anywhere in the universe they want to be. All they have to do is think it and they're there immediately. They've got the quick way to go! We have to take airplanes and stuff, but, they just go and in a shot, they're there! (laughing).

Siddhananda: No doubt.

Burnt Away

Siddhananda: Okay. So, big Baba light (checking in with a spirit that was previous worked with)

G: Baba light.

Siddhananda: (pause). It's feeling like things have settled down a little bit.

G: Aha.

Siddhananda: (pause) I'm not hearing much and it's just settled down.

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: We might need to just let him simmer a while because i think he's pretty quiet. It's like those embers are burning because that big fire roared and burned it down.

G: Yep. Burned it down, yeah. Is big baba light there? Does he have anything to say about what's happening with that? If our other one is not speaking at the moment (laughing).

Siddhananda: He said he helped to burn away the impurities. I don't see [the huge fire], big Baba light doesn't have that huge fire anymore right now.

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: Because he did that burning, so.

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: He said he's just settling now, so.

G: Okay. So, we'll [leave him for a while].

Siddhananda: Yeah, leave him a while?

G: Yeah, we'll check in with him again another time, day after tomorrow.

Siddhananda: He' just quiet. At that point, it's like all burnt up and settling down and i'm sure there's going to be a whole different energy that comes out of that.

G: Oh, i would think so, yes.

Web of Mind

Siddhananda: We’ll start with this one. (showing a rock)

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: Okay. I’m seeing the rock reflected in my mind and some different shades of light and different things coming off of it. A little bit of darkness, too, but we’ll see. Okay, he’s just saying I want to be led to God.

G: Okay, that’s a good place to be.

Siddhananda: Okay, I can see a net, like a web or something, reflected in this stone.

G: He’s getting caught where? What’s his sticking point?

Siddhananda: That’s the thing. It’s a web of mind he’s in.

G: Yeah, a sticking point and all that stuff going on. So if it’s a mental thing, then I would say the COS.

Siddhananda: Okay.

G: COS and the “Om That I Am,” the “I Am That I Am.” And just to continue to be in the moment. Be quiet and be more still. Allow those things to take into effect and slow the mind. And still it and calm it.

Siddhananda: Okay, so that’s being transmitted to him and we’ll just move forward now. So, thank you!

G: Thank you!

Prescription for Life: M&Ms

Siddhananda:  So, we have a little pinky (showing a small, opaque pink stone).

G:  A little pinky (singing)!

Siddhananda:  Those are cute.  I think Baba light was in that one, or something similar. You never know what's gonna' come in these little pink ones.

G: You never know. You never know what's going to come in any of them. It’s always a surprise.

Siddhananda:  You can’t say. You can’t associate them with anything in particular.

G:  (G shaking her head no)

Siddhananda:  Oh, boy, I don’t know why I am seeing pictures of M&Ms.

G:  M&M's ...sweet ones, eh?

Siddhananda:  Exactly (laughing). Sweet, round.

G:  Sweet, sweet round (singing these words). What’s the sweet, sweet round (singing)?

Siddhananda:  They are so good. You know how they have that little shell on them, and you crack 'em (gesturing with her hand to indicate some teeth munching down).

G:  Yeah, and then they crunch, and you get to that nice chocolate inside. Now you're making me hungry for M&Ms. Hahaha.

Siddhananda:  I know, and I can taste them. Then you chew them, and you get those little bits of yummy shell and [chocolate]. (pausing) This sounds so silly, but they're saying M&M’s are like moona, moona, or mouna, mouna (chuckling).

G:  Moun? (giggling and smiling)

Siddhananda:  Stillness ... like mouna (bending over chuckling).

G:  Like stillness is like mouna? (laughter)

Siddhananda:  Maauw ...  mouna. How do you say that? M O U N A (spelling it out)? Mouna?

G:  Mona, mona? Yeah, I know what you mean ... M O U NA (spelling it out) ... mauna, or moona. I don’t know how your pronounce it. But, yeah I know, it's like that stillness (smiling and laughing).

Siddhananda:  Like a muni, ... M U N I (spelling it out). Muni. Mouna. Stillness.

G:  Yeah,  it’s that state of quiet.

Siddhananda: Right.

G:  It's absolute silence, is what that means. Mouna. M O U N A.

Siddhananda:  You know what? When I had all of those verbalizations, that was one of the main words that I said. It came out for years! So, I am familiar with that.

G:  It means that stillness ... being in that absolute quiet.

Siddhananda:  Exactly.

G:  So, M&M's are like that quiet, huh? (laughing with Siddhananada)

Siddhananda:  Mounaaa, mounaaa ... mauna, mauna, ... and mouna, and more mouna ... so ... (breaking out in hearty laughter with G).  M & M & M & M!

G:  I'm pretty quiet when I eat M&M's (laughter)

Siddhananda:  That's the thing ... good (laughing hard)! It reminds me of the commercial where they have all this stuff going on all around. It's a little kid’s party. Everyone has ice cream, and it’s dead quiet.  They're just eating that ice cream. So focused ... one pointed.

G:  You know, I almost bought ... which I might still go down and buy ... they have a lock for your suit case which is a little M&M (laughing).

Siddhananda:  Oh, no (throwing her head back in laughter).  See! It leaves you one pointed when you eat those, or a lot of the sweet things.

G:  It is one pointed.

Siddhananda: (closing her eyes) Mouna, and mouna, and mouna, and mouna  (laughing with G). M&M! Let’s see what else ... (chuckling)

G:  ... what else they have to say. Do they have anything else to say or is that it ... or, is it just quiet (hands moving across to show quiet). If you do the M&M's, then you're gonna' be  quiet. Is this a prescription for the sadhakas now? They will all be out [buying them], and then M&M's will all be gone!

Siddhananda:  (laughing) I think they are gonna' be sold out!

G:  They will be sold out! If it's prescription for being into the quiet, they will be sold out. I am telling you. They'll go out of M&M's.

Siddhananda:  I think if you use that as a practice, this path is going to attract a lot more people.

G:  Yeah. This is the prescription here. You take this (gesturing as if she has an M&M between her fingers)!

Siddhananda:  It’s a general prescription here ... with the COS you take this!

G:  Every hour on the hour, you need to take one of these.

Siddhananda:  Before and after COS.

G:  Before and after quietude

Siddhananda:  As they say BID in nursing, 2 times a day, your M&M's (laughing).

I am just seeing endless M&M&M&M&M which is mouna, and mouna, and mouna (giggling while
G erupts in laughter).  It’s kind of going in a spiral, and it's just so nice. I do see some M&M's displayed in different colors. They're glistening, shimmering. (closing her eyes) So, let's see what else there is about it. They like the idea of daily prescription, like you said.

G:  They like that? The daily prescription? Hey, if it helps people be mindful of entering stillness, I am all for it, you know (chuckling).

Siddhananda:  Then they're going to be hankering after another one (wagging her finger).  The problem is that they are addictive.

G:  They are addictive, (wagging her finger) but that's okay. The silence should be addictive too.

Siddhananda:  That’s true. I bet just about everyone that eats an M&M ... one of those little morsels ... they are quieter.

G:  Yes.

Siddhananda:  But, they're (the spirit) also saying, when you get through that shell, then you have that soft sweetness.

G:  Yes (nodding in agreement).

Siddhananda: Once you get through that shell of ego, there's that sweet center.

G: There’s that sweet, sweet center right. Right. There’s stillness in that quiet. Yes, got it (nodding yes with a big smile).

Siddhananda:  I am seeing some nice [images]. There is that  nice M&M and a pouring of light (gesturing as if pouring).  You know, mouna and mouna, and pouring.

G: Yes.

Siddhananda:  Maybe, that's about it. They are pretty good with that (placing her hand on her heart).

G: (placing her hand on her heart with a big smile)

Siddhananda: They are reflecting a heart, and they're really happy that you brought that forward with those earthly M&Ms. They know it's an earthly pleasure, and they wanted to bring that out as something that people could understand.

G:  Right. So, you've got to break through the hard shell to get to that sweet sweetness inside, and then, you get to that still place.  Absolutely. That's nice to have a M&M reminder of that.

Siddhananda:  What I see, which is so cute, is this little rock with an M&M in it, and it's just glowing. It's so cute! It’s kind of cute, so have your prescription (singing the words)!

G:  It is cute. That was a fun message.

Siddhananda:  Mouna and mouna and mouna and more mouna.  Okay, let me have one of those mounas. I'll take a red one.

Unlock the Door

Siddhananda sees a very nice, light energy. There is a key hole and the key.

The spirit says:
Open the door to Truth
You will have the key
If you are still and quiet

G: Right, yes, the key is present... absolutely.

Clouds in the Sky

Be still
Be quiet
Open up
Trust
This is all that is needed
To move forward
In the path to God

The moving clouds in the sky
Let them pass
They have little substance
Only the sky remains
Always
