Stages of Enlightenment

Siddhananda: (Showing a small marble stone) Okay.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: (pausing with closed eyes). They have a question, (pause), about stages of enlightenment.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: Like, what are the levels, maybe?

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: Like, are there levels of enlightenment?

G: Not really levels of enlightenment. Enlightenment is enlightenment! But, it does take a while, once one enters realization, to settle, for things to settle (gesturing a settling down). So, in that way, you could say there are levels or stages.

Siddhananda: (nodding).

G: There's only one Truth. When that Truth is revealed, that Truth is revealed. It's the heart of being. But, again, it takes a little while to then go from that IS and zero-point balance to come back into manifestation and be able to be that still center with the rest of the manifestation revolving around it (gesturing with finger, a center with things revolving around). So, it just takes a little time for those energies to straighten themselves and fully settle. Yeah.

Siddhananda: Okay, they are hearing it. (pause). And then i am hearing "Jivan mukta" and "Videha mukta".

G: Jivan mukta and what?

Siddhananda: Videha mukta.

G: Videha?

Siddhananda: It's the one after you pass or something?

G: Or, maybe the mukti being just liberated from the body, is what they are talking about.

Siddhananda: hmm hmm.

G: One is liberation from the body and Jivan mukti is liberation of the soul. 

Siddhananda: Right. (pause). Yeah, that was being reflected, those two.

G: Yeah. 

Siddhananda: Thank you so much (gesturing namaste).

G: Thank you. Namaste. (gesturing namaste).
