Moving beyond struggle

G: (Looking down, holding rock) Ok.  (Hands rock to Siddhananda)

Siddhananda: (Holding rock, eyes closed, after a few moments right hand goes up near heart and fingertips close to a point, palm up). I’m feeling some emotions that (incomprehensible word) are there. I now hear [some] thing.. this is silly, some song [just] came in.. (singing) “feelings... nothing more than feelings” and then there was a feeling of fear, but then there’s also [that] wanting to have that flame there to burn away the dross.

G: Ok, so which path have they walked?

Siddhananda: (Closes eyes for several moments) [i'm] getting "lifetimes of suffering, lifetimes of struggle," (pulling, rubbing with fingertips near heart area), "living in this secret place, mystic."

G: Yeah (nodding) I’m going to ask for Christ to come in to this one, yeah. I’m feeling more of that inner struggle, so I think that Christ needs to come in and tell them [there's] nothing to fear and that one needs to connect with that heart center and just be willing to go forward.

Siddhananda: (Namaste hands) I see these images, there was a bit of a blip and again it's hazy, this imagery, it's very different now, wow!

G: Uh-huh

Siddhananda: And now it’s a little bit clearer, and Christ is there with the open arms, there’s the robe, a cross (hand gesturing horizontally), arms open, and the robe draping down. He’s a handsome man! (Guruji laughs). [The images are] not as clear, yet it's there. I can feel that there and it's just resonating. It's vibrating outward more (changes gesture to hands moving outwards, palms facing inwards, pulsating).

G: So we’re just going to let Christ work with this person. We’ll put them in the crystal cave for a while and go ahead and let them work on that heart opening. There’s always that forgiveness and everything, I think it's more of a thing of forgiving themselves if they’ve been in this pain. I think they tried to walk a spiritual path but they’ve been so hard on themselves that they’re carrying this...

Siddhananda: Struggle

G: Yeah, struggle. They need to find out they don’t need to struggle. He’s done the struggle and they  just need to accept and relax into that and continue to go forward.

Siddhananda: Yeah, now would it be ok for this one to go in the crystal cave.

G: Sure, they can just sit there for now.

Moving Forward

Siddhananda: i thought there was one waiting here. (Checking with a spirit that was worked on before). Now that I see it, i remember this rock (showing a small black stone to the camera), it was the one i think that felt had a little bad seed in it, the evil seed.

G: Aha.

Siddhananda: Because i remember the dark and the round [shape of the rock].

G: Oh, right, right, right. That was one that was saying they were a bad seed.

Siddhananda: (laughing) Yeah.

G: You said, no, it's not that, that's their mental [thing].

Siddhananda: Right. They were feeling like something was making them do these things and blah, blah.

G: Right, they were not taking responsibilities for their actions is what it was, they were trying to palm it off on something else.

Siddhananda: That's exactly it. So, if it's okay, let me check in with that one and maybe it can go into the cave or move on or whatever.

G: Just check in and see where they're at.

Siddhananda: Okay. (pausing with closed eyes) Okay, so, immediately just see the stone itself sitting there. It does have a whiter aura around it, which is very nice. So, a little better.

G: That's good.

Siddhananda: That's better.

G: That's good.

Siddhananda: (pause) Okay, they're saying they are more quiet.

G: Good.

Siddhananda: He's starting to see and hear and resonate with whatever that was spoken to him in terms of that was his responsibility and his choice.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: And then what was presented to him was the two roads.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: So, let's see where he's choosing. He kind of got a good road and a bad road, (light laughter).

G: Right, beneficial and also not beneficial. You can learn the hard way or the harder way.

Siddhananda: That's a better way to put it, (light laughter) rather than the angel and the devil. i'm just teasing.

G: You can look at it that way.

Siddhananda: No, it's exactly what you said. The hard road or the harder way, and, (pause) I'm just seeing one is light and one is darker. So, let's see what he's choosing to walk. (pause) He is going to try to traverse the lighter way.

G: (nodding in acknowledgement).

Siddhananda: But, he's not started that. He's just letting it sit right now with him and let everything resonate.

G: (nodding).

Siddhananda: So, he's asking..

G: If it's not right, he can go back into form and continue forward at this point (smiling).

Siddhananda: That's it, i think, he just wants to sit here awhile and let things soak in before he begins his journey. And, i think you may have given him a mantra or, did you give him "I Am That I Am" and "Om That I Am"?

G: Yeah, i did.

Siddhananda: Oh, okay. And i think that's pretty good for him, huh?

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: Okay. So, (pause) i think he's ready to move on. He can go on his way and keep up his works, so, yeah.

G: Yeah, i think he's good. He can continue forward.

The Soft Stone

Siddhananda: Another nice pretty stone. Let's see (closing her eyes).

Spirit: When I came the energy is very lovely here, thank you. I'm hoping to get to the non-dual state and be free. I chose the soft stone because I feel, maybe, I have some calcification in there (laughing).

G: (laughing)

Siddhananda: They hope to break that down. I see some hard substance.

G: Yeah, some rigid things that need to be addressed.

Spirit: Right, but I chose the soft stone because I feel that I am wanting to soften that and break through that. It's an energy from past things, past actions.

G: Right, and so what can we help you with?

Spirit: This energy is good and soaking it in is beneficial in itself, but ... I don't know about my past life, and all my choices, I just have a feeling that maybe I did something not right. I don't know if it has to do with you (G and Siddhananda), or more the energy of that ... Kali, or maybe, I'm running away from that.

G: Right, right ... and that's okay. You don't have to know exactly what it is that you had done, but just resolve to move forward.

Spirit: Okay.

G: ... and just pray, ask for guidance, and that the Universe would put you in a form that will allow you to rectify that ... to go beyond it, and to learn the lessons you need to resolve what that was.

Spirit: Okay. That sounds so simple compared to going back ... I mean, how far back do I have to go back to ask for forgiveness?

G: You don't. Just open your heart and ask sincerely for forgiveness. Yeah, that's all.

Spirit: ... and then what comes, comes from there.

G: Right.

Spirit: Because, I don't really know what it is. It's a feeling, an energy, but I am open.

Siddhananda: I just got a flash of a male, but ... (shaking her head) ... it's been stuck in kind of an ego, toughness, or something ... masks, a lot of masks ... a lot of illusion. Maybe, he, in some ways nurtured that, or something. I don't know.

G: Right. So, just ask the Universe to provide the form that would best serve to break through that.

Spirit: Okay. Thank you so much. Nothing else is coming now. I really have a feeling just through the energy connection, it's going to really begin to break down whatever is in there, and I am open to that now. I'm sooo happy to be here. I feel the combination of souls that are here, and all this, that have reached spiritual ripeness on what all levels that are open are going to make good for humanity, and the planet, and all ... all that are here. Thank you.

G: So, just be sincere in your search, and go forward, that's all ... and, a wise choice to pick a soft stone (laughing).

Spirit: (laughing) Thank you, namaste.

G: Namaste. I'm sure it's not the most comfortable for that energy (laughing).

Spirit: No, no, but it's ... I am squirming in here a bit (smiling).

G: I'm sure! (laughing)

Spirit: But, I was ready for the challenge. Namaste.

G: Good, good. Namaste. You're welcome and many blessings on your journey.

Siddhananda: Namaste.

Spirit: Thank you!

Moving Forward

Siddhananda: This one has a bit more thunder and lightning. I think there's some disharmony in it, but not that it wants to be ... just saying that they're in some kind of turmoil within.

G: Hmm hmm, okay.

Siddhananda: They liked that nature sprite (laughing, referring to something that was talked about before picking this rock).

G: (laughing)

Siddhananda: "Can they come and be with me?" (saying pleadingly and laughing) ... No, um ...'cause they're in more of a turmoil.

G: Right, they'd like to have that new growth, new awakening, yeah (smiling).

Siddhananda: They love that nature sprite (laughing) ... so, anyway. They are wondering how to ... they don't feel like they've really ... they're just stuck in this turmoil. I just see some lightning, too.

G: What's it connected to? [Are you] getting anything about that?

Siddhananda: Depression

G: About what?

Siddhananda: Depression

G: Depression from what?

Siddhananda: This feels more like an energy of depression.

G: hmm hmm

Siddhananda: Sadness ... depression ... Gosh, I can't feel exactly what it's coming from. [They've] just been stuck there, you know (pausing). Yeah, I'm not really getting anything else.

G: Yeah, one has to be willing to open up to moving beyond that depression, ... opening and taking baby steps, and finding in your life, or in your existence, wherever you are, [gratitude]. What I've always given my students to do is to make a diary, and to keep (write down) three things, at least, that you're grateful for each day. You have to open to gratitude ... be willing to get rid of the depression, and be willing to dance with life. Now, if you like the nature sprite and things, you might want to try to open yourself to nature and see the beauty in that.

Siddhananda: I am seeing more lightness just by you speaking. I see kind of a ray of light.

G: Yeah, but you have to open yourself to it and allow that to be. Rather than focusing on the depression and keep on drawing yourself deeper, and deeper, and deeper into that. You have to be willing to open,  and then see the beauty. Go towards the positive things, the positive thoughts ... the positive.

Siddhananda: It sounds like you're very helpful, because I see some shifting. It seems more like he/she needed permission because ...I don't know, I guess they felt this was a part of them.

G: No, it's not part of you. It's not part of you.

Siddhananda: ... of what they were, you know.

G: Right. It's never what you are. What it is, is you've adopted some things from whatever life you were in and didn't find your way out of it. You just got on the pity-party, I call it the pity party bandwagon. You got yourself stuck in this morose state, but you don't have to remain there. You can open yourself to more positive things and begin to look. If you enjoy nature, then spend time with nature. See the things that you're grateful for. If you can open to gratitude and the beauty, then you can let go of the other stuff, and put your focus and your mind in there [positive things] versus a morose [state].

Siddhananda: The image I'm getting is a little bit of sprouting, showing that there is hope there.

G: Right. So, go into that greenness. See the beauty of that green and let that flood your being ...  that green ... that nature ... that beauty ... that renewal.

Siddhananda: It sounds like this person has a good heart, but they were really weighed down by this, for whatever reason. They almost felt like it was who they were. They knew of nature and its cycles, but, I guess, they just needed permission.

G: Exactly. You don't need to stay stuck there. It's not who and what you are (shaking head no). You are that Divine light of being ... that light of all lights, okay?

Siddhananda: Thank you. They felt like that belonged to someone else.

G: No, no ... that's what gives you life. That infinite being of Light is within your heart or you would have no life. So, open to that Light.

Siddhananda: Thank you.

G: Yeah, you're not that darkness. That darkness is the lie.

Siddhananda: You know, the last thing that I'm seeing is that lightning bolt as a way of saying, "Can I have the mantras?"

G: Hmm hmm (nodding yes)

Siddhananda: What do you think?

G: Let me see which would be best (pausing). Yeah, she can have the COS ... will be better. The cutting [mantra] is not good for them at this point. The COS is much better, much lighter for them. She needs more of that. She doesn't need the cutting. She needs something that's ...

Siddhananda: ... like balancing ... and slowly (moving her hand in a circular motion around the heart center).

G: Yeah, yeah ... and more nature ... and that mantra goes more towards nature.

Siddhananda: She's saying,"Thank you. I don't know what's best for myself and I'm going to take that ... thank you so much."

G: Thank you. Namaste (holding hands together as namaste)

Siddhananda: (holding hands together as namaste)

Left Handed Blessings

hedgehog_cactus_5080.jpg

Life on this planet where humans live is hard.  It’s hard being in body. It’s hard traversing the earthly realm.  So, Hats’ off, to those who move forward into the Light because it's a really hard way to go.  But, understand that it also brings left handed blessings.

This is a message to all beings on earth.  As difficult as it is, with all of the troubles here, it’s an opportunity.  G was right to speak of it in this way.  It can take you to very hard, hard places but there are always opportunities to move forward.  Please, embrace them!

There is a seed of light and a seed of darkness in everything, and one must gravitate toward the seed of light.
