Melting

Siddhananda: i am seeing a lot of ice, icy mountains and formations that are being melted down.

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: There is some sun there, starting to happen, as we speak.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: That's what they're saying, they're feeling like now.

G: Right. That things are starting to thaw and melt and things.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: So, what can we aid you with today?

Siddhananda: (pause) They want to be more like the sun.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: To keep that, make more of a connection. At first, that wasn't really felt, but now i am feeling more and more sun as we are speaking.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: So..

G: Yeah, we can introduce them to Christ, the son. And the sun that can melt that.

Siddhananda: (pause) That's taking place, nice!

G: Yeah. It's a good thing to have in his heart, the wisdom of Christ and what that is, and allow that to melt and dissolve.

Siddhananda: Always a good thing.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: Thank you (hand on heart)

G: Thank you (hand on heart)

Knowledge and Peace

Siddhananda: ok, we'll start with this one over here (showing a dark translucent stone).

G: Ok

Siddhananda: Right away, I heard "Fred" when I picked it up. So, I guess his name is Fred.

G: Fred? ok, Fred! (laughing)

Siddhananda: Fred (smiling)

G: What's up Fred? (smiling)

Siddhananda: (laughing) Fred the energy, Fred energy!

G: Fred energy, yeah (laughing)

Siddhananda: and i see a man with glasses, kind of like someone you would think would be a Fred, I guess he looks like that.

G: Ok

Siddhananda: Anyway (smiling), he's a studious person, he's done a lot of book reading

G: A lot of book reading?

Siddhananda: Yeah (nodding)

G: Ok

Siddhananda: He's been a student for a long time, or in that kind of a situation. So, i do see some equations coming up, some numbers and things..

G: Ok (nodding).. like a professor or something.

Siddhananda: Yeah, exactly.. exactly. Ok, so Fred, what questions do you have for us today? (pause). He said it's Fredrick [not Fred].

G: Oh, excuse us! Fredrick (laughing)

Siddhananda: Ok. Fredrick! (laughing) That changes the whole thing, really Fredrick (teasing).

G: (laughing)

Siddhananda: Alright, anyways.. (pause) Ok, i'm seeing a lot of open pages, writings and numbers... and there's ton of that in his head right now.

G: Right, right.

Siddhananda: So, what do you desire, Fredrick?

G: How can we help you out, Fredrick?

Siddhananda: (pause).. i'm seeing all of those letters, all of those numbers being funneled down (gesturing a funneling motion), like into a funnel.

G: Right

Siddhananda: So, he's saying that is good to him to have all of those funnel down, like dissolve into a stream rather than have all there all the time in his head.

G: Right (nodding)

Siddhananda: and let me see if he desires Truth..

G: Yeah

Siddhananda: (pausing with closed eyes) i see a zero, but i don't think he really knows what that is about. i think he knows zero as a math thing

G: Right

Siddhananda: He does desire peace, because all of these numbers, all of these equations and book stuff is in his head so constantly, and i do see some images of pictures of his students maybe.. all of it is there, revolving.

G: Right

Siddhananda: He seeks to have more peace.

G: Yeah, i would say for Fredrick, we can give him the COS and let him relax into that and to just let go on a journey with that.

Siddhananda: (pause).. yeah, that's resonating in him. (pause).. It's a really new thing for him, because he's really [amazed]..

G: Yeah, because that will counter that whole stuff, he's got so much of that intellectual brain that he needs to have that (cos) to pull him into more expansion.

Siddhananda: Yeah. i do see the COS there, there's some light around that and there's words and things that are kind of fluttering more up top (gesturing with fingers spread out), i mean, they're kind of becoming more around the edges. it's going to be a while, since he has been so immersed in that.

G: We need to get it not only around the edges but in the heart. (laughing)

Siddhananda: Yes, not just around the edges (smiling). (pause).. He's hearing that..

G: Yeah, it needs to be from the center of his heart. When he's doing this, tell him to keep his focus on the heart, with love. (smiling)

Siddhananda: and i see a heart being reflected back [to say] he's hearing you.

G: Good! He needs to have a little of that balance between his head and [heart].. So, he needs a little more of that heart energy to get that balance

Siddhananda: That's right. (pause).. He's worried that some of his memory might go.

G: Yeah, i don't think he needs to worry about that (smiling)

Siddhananda: Right.

G: Ask him if he can ever know more than God.

Siddhananda: Well, that kind of floored him!

G: Yeah (smiling)

Siddhananda: Yeah, that struck him. i could see a lightning bolt, so, that struck him.

G: Yeah. if he can ever know more than God, and this (cos) is to take you to God, then he'd have something to worry about, otherwise no!

Siddhananda: Yeah, that struck him, there's a lightning bolt, and now i see him with his glasses saying thank you. so, he will move forward.

G: Good.

Siddhananda: Ok, see you later Fredrick

G: (gesturing namaste)

Siddhananda: Not Fred, Fredrick! (laughing) got to get it right.

G: Exactly! (laughing)

Dissolving the Ego

Siddhananda:  Next one (closing her eyes). Right away, I'm hearing, "rambling mind."

G:  Raambling mind ... uh huh.

Siddhananda:  I do see an image of that ego that's being stepped on, like with Shiva Nataraja, where he's stepping on that little ego, and then there's that life cycle (gesturing to indicate the ring that encircles the form of Nataraja). So, I'm seeing that image and I think it's being reflected back [to say] that that's really like that. The ego is really a nuisance for them. Ego is a nuisance, but it's really a rambling thing for this particular energy. It's that way for a lot of people, actually.

G:  Yeah.

Siddhananda:  They would like that to be suppressed, or [go] in the background, or to be dissolved, however that works.

G:  It's not about suppressing it. It's about seeing through it and dissolving it ... seeing the fallacy of it.

Siddhananda:  When you say that, he is seeing that when [he] holds it back it gets worse.

G:  Yeah (nodding), right.

Siddhananda:  If he goes like this ... (gesturing as if pushing something away), then it [rises] up more, and that's very exhausting with this suppression, though.

G:  Right. Suppression doesn't work. You can't suppress because [then] you're giving it more energy.

Siddhananda:  Yes, that's exactly what he's experiencing.

G:  Yeah, then you're feeding it, giving it too much substance.

Siddhananda:  Right, giving it more energy (nodding). So, he's saying, "Okay, there's suppression. Is the other way looking with awareness, with pure awareness?"

G:  You're aware of it, and then you see the fallacy of it, yeah (nodding). You see that it's not a solid thing. It's only as solid as you make it.

Siddhananda:  I can see some light shine on this energy. It's definitely got some sunlight coming into it.

G:  Mm hmm, yeah.

Siddhananda:  I think it's been an exhausting battle.

G:  Yeah, yeah, yeah, and it's a battle you won't win by trying to battle it that way (laughing). So, one has to [watch it] more. By watching the ego, all its drama and its stories, you see the fallacy of them. You see how much [of it] you've taken to heart. Eventually, you see it as nothing more than a movie playing on a screen.

Siddhananda:  (pausing with eyes closed)

G:  It's just another dream state ... not solid in nature.

Siddhananda:  Yeah, there's a lighter energy. There's not that struggle so much. So, that's great. Maybe, the COS, is that okay?

G:  Yeah, he can also do the COS. That would benefit him.

Siddhananda:  He's very grateful, very grateful, to have something else, another energy, to help with this.

G:  He just needs to shift that energy and stop fighting it, stop suppressing it, but to see into it and question it on the deepest level. Then, that will dissipate. That will clear up the erroneous assumptions about it.

Siddhananda:  It's a different way.

G:  (nodding) A different way to do it, yes (chuckling).

Siddhananda:  One is beneficial, helps flush it out, and the other makes it stronger.

G:  ... just makes it stronger, yeah.

Dissolving Fully

Siddhananda: Here's another heart (smiling and showing a small white heart).

G: Lot of hearts! (smiling)

Siddhananda: And, a lot of soft colors that we have, and that's ok.

G: For the most part. (laughing)

Siddhananda: Yeah, for the most part. (laughing)

This one says, they're not real fluffy. They're laughing.

(G and Siddhananda burst into laughter)

G: Not a fluffy one.

Siddhananda: They're showing ... I'm seeing little pink slippers. They're laughing .. they're saying that they're not those fluffy little bunny rabbit slippers. (laughing)

So, that was cute and they're still laughing. They're saying we do have a sense of humor.

G: The spirit has a sense of humor, so...

Siddhananda: They're saying "we do," and this one knows that was brought up somewhere.

G: Yeah, exactly. The other side does have a sense of humor, of course. God has a sense of humor!

Siddhananda: Yeah, the Universe does.

G: I mean, look at creation, look at zebras and giraffes. I mean, you know, come on.

Siddhananda: There's a lot of fun in it, let's face it.

G: There's fun!

Siddhananda: There's fun, there's humor, there's play. They're saying, "It's no different here. Why would it be different here?"

G: It is not different.

Siddhananda: No.

G: One just passes from a more corporeal body to a more ethereal body, that's all.

Siddhananda: I'm seeing a mountain now. The fluffy slippers are dissolving (laughing), and there's a mountain there behind that.

So, what did you come here for?

Spirit: Brought here through Grace ...

G: (nodding)

Siddhananda: They're a substantial being. I see someone in meditation that's very heavily grounded.

G: Hmm hmm

Siddhananda: Maybe male, but a grounded, earthy, rooted consciousness.

So, what are your questions for us?

They're not sure. It feels to me like they're not fully done. There's an embodiment of something still. I think that's what I'm seeing ... maybe seeing that heavy body. I think they've done a lot of meditation, communing, spirit, God ... something ...

G: They haven't totally laid down and surrendered 100%.

Siddhananda: Yeah ... and I do see pranams ... laying fully on the floor, and saying "no, not yet."

G: Right ... right ... but nothing is lost in the end. Nothing is lost. A lot of people go, and they want the knowledge and stuff, but they don't want the direct experience. They want a little objective ... kind of like ...

Siddhananda: ... an understanding versus ...

G: An understanding like what was the name of the one from India, very well known? The one who wanted to taste the sugar not be the sugar (referring to Rama Krishna).

Siddhananda: Oh umm (trying to remember). I see him ... he's a Kali devotee.

G: Yeah, Kali devotee.

Siddhananda: God ... (laughing)

G: He said he liked to have that duality, and he wanted to taste the sugar and not be the sugar ... so, he had a quick glimpse of the absolute ...

Siddhananda: Rama... it's almost there ... (laughing)

G: It'll come eventually.

Siddhananda: It'll pop in.

G: Anyway ... yeah ... it's more like not direct yet.

Siddhananda: He does understand that. I'm seeing a split of what you're saying like the sugar here, and the body taking it versus dissolving fully into that presence. He lived that way for a long time ... a long, long, long time.

I keep seeing this man in a lotus position, rooted though, and very grounded. There is knowledge there, and there is a lot of wisdom there ... there are still thoughts there.

G: Right, it's still dualistic, and it's more into shakti, more into manifestation of the tantric type of stuff (waving hands in circular motion).

Siddhananda: I think that's right. When you mentioned tantra, I did see something darker around him in terms of covering. I don't know, does that sound right?

G: Yeah, tantra is not always dark.

Siddhananda: Not that it is dark, not that that's dark, but I was just ... I didn't know ... it was not a light fluffy color, it was more rich color.

G: Right, more rich.

Siddhananda: That's what I was seeing. I guess he's saying the COS for him.

G: Yeah, absolutely. He's more than welcome to do the COS.

Siddhananda: Okay, I think he has a little sadness of letting go of this.

G: Yeah ... there's nothing ... (laughing) trust me, you're not going to lose anything.

Siddhananda: I don't know if people looked up to him like this but, you know, he wants to dissolve though.

G: Yeah, nothing is lost.

Spirit: Okay, thank you so much.

G: Once you go into the absolute, you come out the other side. You still see the play of Shakti, but you're looking from another reality, and it is just as beautiful, if not more so than what you're experiencing now.

Siddhananda: He got very still from that.

G: Good.

Siddhananda: Okay, just letting him move along.
