Turn Things Around

G: (Showing an orange stone).

Siddhananda: Okay.

G: Got it?

Siddhananda: Got it. i'll sit with that one. (pause). Okay, i see a fire, and i'm asking if they are sitting by that fire, they're saying they are. They came from that area.

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: i'm hearing [they came] from the ruins area.

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: They're saying the fires are more the hell-realm they're living in.

G: ooh.. that's not good.

Siddhananda: That's how it feels to them.

G: So, what caused that?

Siddhananda: (pause). They are saying they helped with those sacrifices.

G: Okay. So, they need to look and see what pain they had caused others, and it was really useless.

Siddhananda: (pause). Yeah, [i'm seeing] a darker form with their head in their hands, and they're by that fire. They are trying to look inward. Let me see.. (pause). They are hurting for the people that were hurt, they're saying.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: They do feel that it was wrong and they did it anyway, because it just felt [based on] whatever status they were it was just what they did.

G: Yeah, they traded their humanity for the status.

Siddhananda: Yeah. They felt they would get hurt otherwise, like some predator would come after them or their family.

G: Right. Yeah, if they don't go along with the program.

Siddhananda: Yeah, and they're saying sometimes they just shut it out and justified it in their minds. It was like a knife in their body, it was like they were being cut too.

G: But, you can't justify that.

Siddhananda: During their time and now they're just burning in their own hell-realm, is what they're saying.

G: So, they have to be willing to come back into form and right some things , they can do that.

Siddhananda: They're worried then those people will be after them once they manifest, that those same energies will be after them.

G: Well, they may have to have bit of a rough time of things to right the scales. But, that can be done. It's better than the hell-realm they've got themselves in.

Siddhananda: Yeah. i do see those [ruins], it almost looks like cremation grounds, but it's not, it's those ruins. But, that's what i'm hearing, for them that's what it's like, a continuous cremation of their mind and body that they've got themselves in.

G: Right. They can seek forgiveness and forgiveness is there, but you still have to do somethings to right the scales, be willing to come back into manifestation and work for some causes that are for humanity.

Siddhananda: i do see some scales being reflected, but, in the background i see this dark energy like they're still afraid. Maybe, they're afraid that they may not behave well again, maybe they don't trust their own judgement because of this.

G: Right. So, i'm going to ask if Christ light could come in.

Siddhananda: Okay. (pause). That's there like a big presence, a large presence compared to this tiny little fire that is there. You see a big presence of Christ (gesturing with hands) there immediately, and then there's this little fire which almost looks ridiculous compared to this great Light there (laughing).

G: Right. (laughing).

Siddhananda: It's like this tiny little thing!

G: Right. He needs to be able to have that Truth that Christ was preaching, what he was giving. He needs to have some of that.

Siddhananda: There is a cross there, energy coming from it to dispel some of that darkness.

G: Right, to take on some of that.

Siddhananda: i guess it feels a little bit like an exorcism energy to just cut that dark force.

G: Right, to cut some of that.

Siddhananda: Boy, it's one of those feelings that you get when you really need to have a strong force there to break this very heavy karma and past actions, it's heavy.

G: Right. There's a lot of karma there to be cut through.

Siddhananda: And i do see a trail of blood, there was a lot of killing and violence that this soul had been associated with, without really pulling themselves back from that and looking how they died, without any seeking to turn things around.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: So, it's quite a force to work with this.

G: Now they have a chance to turn it around.

Siddhananda: Yes.

G: They can seek forgiveness and they can go forward. That is possible for everyone.

Siddhananda: Of course. And this very strong light with the cross, like you see in some sort of exorcism, is taking place with Christ there. So, it might be a little bit of processing.

G: Yeah, it's gonna take a while, because he's got a lot of stuff. There is that type of forgiveness there, but again, you do come back and right the scales too, to some degree.

Siddhananda: Sure.

G: You do come back and do what you can to aid humanity.

Siddhananda: Sure, i would imagine.

G: You learn the lesson and then go forward and do what you can to make things better.

Siddhananda: And whatever experiences you have to go through, you will have to go through.

G: Exactly.

Siddhananda: This is feeling like it will at least bring some clarity that that's not right and this way is more towards heart and light, it's better.. and whatever they have to walk through, they're going to have to walk through.

G: Right. They're going to have to walk their own death from that point, but, he's got to have something to balance that, that all he was told was that really difficult mindset that this is what you do, so, he needs something to balance that.

Siddhananda: For sure, and also some strength to stand up, even no matter what it is, to say no, even in that fear. That takes a lot of courage. And yes, sometimes people have died for that thing, but, times are different now and you can just hope that it would be better. Whatever situations are needed will come.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: i do feel that energy shuttering, he's got his head down, shuttering a bit and shaking. But, that Light is there and i do see some light coming through, piercing through. It will happen, if they stay open.

G: i'm gonna ask also our other Mayan priest that was there at that time, that is waiting for the full moon, if he could come talk to him since he had that difficulty as well.

Siddhananda: Right. Did he participate in that kind of thing?

G: Yeah, he did. So, we will want to call him and have him there also and let this other one know that it can turn around, that it can get better.

Siddhananda: (pause). Okay, they are creating a shelter for them from the heat and stuff, it's hot there! (laughing). They're creating a shelter from whatever is taking place, which is nice. i feel him communing with energy more, giving some cooling energy there as a way of saying relax, it's good energy and let this energy in.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: i almost feel like he's trying to see [get] reprieve from this and protection from this and just try to be there. And i do see the moon again, [indicating] like give it time.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: So, that's very nice. i do feel little more light, he's got his little protective thing there, which is nice.

G: They're going to have to work for a little while on this to get him freed of that.

Siddhananda: Yeah, because i am getting back reflected a heavy rope.

G: Yeah, it's a heavy burden. When you get to the other side and you see what you've done, and you get full cognition of what it is and you have to own it, that's heavy.

Siddhananda: And a lot of times this can be just the beginning. If he comes back in form, there's gonna be experiences to encounter and things, to show that you can actually embody this.

G: Exactly.

Siddhananda: So, anyway, it's definitely better. That light and whatever energy's been called to help, that's there and it's good.

G: Excellent. So, we'll leave them for a while because they've got some work to do with that.

Siddhananda: That's major stuff. You have to open some where, you got to get going on this.

G: Exactly. Ignorance is sometimes no excuse, you still have to encounter it. If it's done in absolute ignorance, you still have to learn.

Siddhananda: i don't know with this spirit if it was total ignorance, because he felt in a way that it was wrong but it was justified..

G: Right. You are accountable for your actions, especially when you have a feeling that it's wrong. If they are totally ignorant, it's one thing. If you know what you're doing, you have a much higher level of accountability.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: But, the way he takes on with this and he is in that hell-realm, he knows.

Siddhananda: Yeah, he knew. You also have to look at the predicament that you might get killed if you go against it, which a lot of people get themselves in that predicament, which is a challenge. But, you wonder if you want to die that way being in eternal cremation, or do you want to die with some honor. i don't know, it's a hard thing. But, that's what happened, and it's good that at least this Light is there now.

G: Yeah, people commit crimes all the time. They get in with gangs and they get groomed by the gangs, but, it doesn't mitigate your accountability. But, you can't be run based on fear.

Siddhananda: Absolutely. You got yourself into it, you did somewhere along the way, you did choose to get into that. Sometimes, since you were young, maybe you were raised that way. i don't know, but, there's a bigger picture too. You got to look at it, it's a hard thing. There's suffering either way, you just have to look at where your heart is.

G: Exactly.

Siddhananda: Anyway, we'll leave them to process, huh?

G: We'll leave them to process. The best thing for them to have is the message of Christ. He can sit there and teach them. They can hear that message and make that change in their lives.

Siddhananda: Yeah, there is more light there. It is hot, though, that heat with Christ and the fires. It's gonna be hot for a while (laughing).

G: Yeah, it's gonna be. He'll be in the flames for a while (smiling).

Siddhananda: (laughing). Hopefully, they'll just turn to the purification flames, that will be a good thing.

G: Yes, hopefully it turns into the flames of purification. They're hard and you got to face the flames of purification, and it's not easy to burn that stuff out.

Siddhananda: They're lucky to have the Grace to come to you today, though.

G: They have the Grace of Christ! To say I endured the cross and I endured this to help you with this.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

Karma

Siddhananda: (Showing a small lime green stone) Okay, this is the one that always has the little dot (showing the other side of the stone that has a purple spot).

G: You never know! (referring to a message that came from the last session).

Siddhananda: Okay.

G: But, that was a nice message to begin with (referring to the last session).

Siddhananda: Really nice to start out, yeah. Okay, (pause) So, what i'm seeing is a rose, but it then has the thorns.

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: And, a finger was pricked on the thorns.

G: Aha.

Siddhananda: (pause) So, i see a body [that had] been cut on those thorns a lot.

G: Okay. Ask them if they can tell a little bit more of what that's about?

Siddhananda: Yeah. (pause) I'm just hearing "hardships."

G: Aha.

Siddhananda: (pause) "Sticking points."

G: There you go! That's a good one, sticking points. (laughing).

Siddhananda: (laughing) Is that perfect or what? That's exactly what those thorns are, aren't they? (laughing).

G: They are sticking points, you can't argue with that.

Siddhananda: I love it. This imagery says it all!

G: That's a good one, sticking points.

Siddhananda: I know, it's perfect!

G: Because it hurts a lot (laughing).

Siddhananda: It's perfect, it's perfect. But, i am seeing bleeding with those sticking points.

G: Yeah, they must be some gnarly sticking points. So, what are the sticking points that they're stumbling over?

Siddhananda: Well, i see them putting their finger on there, for goodness sake. It's getting stuck all this time.

G: Why do they want to keep doing that?

Siddhananda: I know! That's the thing.

G: Haven't they done it enough to see that it hurts? (laughing)

Siddhananda: I see a band-aid being put on the finger and (pause) they don't want a band-aid solution.

G: Right, and that's what most people do, they put a band-aid on and they keep doing the same thing again. It's like (throwing arms up in air).

Siddhananda: It's like they purposely put it on there.

G: I know, they keep doing the same thing, it's like, are you not going to learn that that's not advantageous to do?

Siddhananda: i do see some tears with this being...

G: So, what is his sticking point that he's not letting go of? That he keeps torturing himself with.

Siddhananda: Right, yes, exactly. Because I do see more gashes on him. He's really been self-punished. (grimacing).

G: He's been through kind of a rose briar. Into it and..

Siddhananda: Yeah. That's it, exactly.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: He's on his bare skin. So, anyway, let's see (pause).. He can't find his way out of it.

G: Yeah, well, he needs to let us know what the problem is so [that] we can help him.

Siddhananda: Yeah. i see some sunglasses on his eyes, so, he's not very clear at all with his seeing, obviously.

G: Right. He's not looking a lot towards the light, let's put it that way.

Siddhananda: Yeah, exactly.

G: He's seeing through a glass, darkly.

Siddhananda: (laughing)

G: That's what that Bible verse is.. "seeing through a glass, darkly".. Spy glasses, yeah.

Siddhananda: Right.

G: Yeah, he looks through the shades.

Siddhananda: That's right.

G: Hence, again, what's up?

Siddhananda: (pause) I'm hearing "I ran away from a miserable situation."

G: Aha.

Spirit: ..in which i felt used or misunderstood.

G: Aha.

Siddhananda: So, let's see what happened there, it could be anything.

G: It could be anything, but, at this point, it sounds like a royal pity party going on. So, let's find out what it is.

Siddhananda: Yeah. I see him, there's a person there and then, i think, [there's] a woman. I think this being is male, he's pushing her away and, she's heavy handed with him and heavy in her threats. i just think they had a lot of conflicts somewhere in there.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: I think he pushed her.

G: He did what?

Siddhananda: He pushed her.

G: Aha.

Siddhananda: I see a woman being pushed down, and [she] ran away. I'm going to ask if he's always been honest or what's been his character a little, or what do you think?

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: Okay, so, (pause) he hasn't always been honest in his dealings. He's been rough.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: He's been rough, he's been abusive. He's been harsh.

G: Yeah, he's been an abuser.

Siddhananda: That's what it feels like. He's been an abusive, harsh, gnarly kind of soul.

G: Yeah, now he's feeling the pain he put her through.

Siddhananda: Yeah. He's really cut up, he's really..

G: Good.

Siddhananda: Yeah, i mean, that's the way it works.

G: That's a lesson, don't do this to people.

Siddhananda: Yeah. (pause) He's really been put through a ringer now.

G: Well, that's karma.

Siddhananda: Right.

G: Oh, i'm not joking when i tell people [that] if you're doing these things to people, when you go on the other side, you're going to have to feel the pain you put them through. You're going to have to endure that.

Siddhananda: Yeah, he is.

G: So, you can do [the] changing now.

Siddhananda: And he definitely is [feeling the pain]. He's really lost in all these thorns and getting really cut up. He's blinded. He's stuck there. He's thirsty. He's dry..

G: Aha (nodding).

Siddhananda: It sounds like he had put people through some harsh things.

G: Yeah, he only ought to, again, take rebirth and do right to balance the scales, to be willing to come back and fight for the rights that he was abusing.

Siddhananda: Very Good.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: Let's see what he has to say about that.

G: That's a door to  open for him to make it right.

Siddhananda: Now, with this one, i do see some scales that are not balanced, that he's reflecting.

G: Aha (nodding)

Siddhananda: (pause) He's feeling so imbalanced.

G: Well, yeah. But, he has to get out of his pity party. You can't be an abuser and then come and bemoan your own situation, when you get what you put out.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: Does he understand that? He may not like it, to hear that.

Siddhananda: He's saying that is very hard for him to hear.

G: Of course, it's hard for him. Does he think it was easy for what he put them through? Does he think that was easy for them? He thinks he should get off scot-free from that?

Siddhananda: Right

G: And not have to be accountable?

Siddhananda: (pause) Yeah, he's trying to take this in. He's just kind of down now. He’s sitting down, head down.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: I think he's just lost his energy too, even. He doesn't have much strength in himself to keep [going forward].

G: Yeah, like i said, he can go forward. But, to go forward he has to be willing to go back in and right the scales, to make it right.

Siddhananda: I do see a heart reflected, all of a sudden. So, i think he did hear some of that.

G: Yeah (nodding).

Siddhananda: It touched him in another way.

G: There is that option, there is that option. If he wants to make it right and quits having the pity party for himself now, that doorway would open for him.

Siddhananda: Yeah, that heart is there, but, then it gets shadowy too. But, at least it's showing he did hear something, something touched his heart.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: And he wants to go forward. He's in a really in a bad shape right now, so..

G: Right. So, we'll ask Christ to come in and to work with him. He needs to learn some of those lessons and hear it and put it into practice.

Siddhananda: (pause) Actually, this image is very nice! It's turning out nice. The very clear, crisp image of Christ.

G: Aha (nodding).

Siddhananda: ..and the light going into his soul that is bent down.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: His head looks very shabby and he almost looks now a little more like he was in that time of Christ, where he's got something over his head, like [the way] they wore here (gesturing something worn around the head). He's down and it kind of shifted with a bit of a feeling of him becoming more open to that.

G: Right. You can change. Any of them can change, but, they have to have that heart and willingness to change. And like i said, sometimes you have to fall and fall hard before you're ready for the light.

Siddhananda: Right, and it's been a long time [that] he's been in this condition.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: So, i see Christ lifting up his chin, like how they do in looking up. So, they're looking at each other's eyes.

G: Aha, good.

Siddhananda: And this one is really nice. I think he's in really good hands now and it came pretty quickly, like that.

G: Aha.

Siddhananda: This one is very lucky in that way, maybe he's endured a lot and is really ready.

G: Yeah, he heard it and it opened up his heart and that's all it takes.

Siddhananda: That's what it took.

G: You've got to come to a thing of being honest with what he's done and accepting that and being willing to make it right.

Siddhananda: i see a nice image, with those sticking points, like those thorns he kept putting his own finger on, i saw his hand being moved away from that. He was not doing that to himself anymore.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: That was a nice image and so then that heart is there. i think he it really pierced through something and he's quite fine right now.

G: Yeah, good deal.

Siddhananda: Yeah (hand on heart center). Nice, huh?

G: (gesturing Namaste).

Siddhananda: You never know, it felt so hard, but then I saw that heart just flash, it's like something broke through. You never know, some are longer some are not.

G: Sometimes, they have to go through a lot of suffering before they're open and willing to hear it.

Siddhananda: And he, I don't think he had another ounce of energy left to take another step. He was very much pummeled.

G: He is one of them who has to fall hard, all the way to the bottom, and then there's nowhere to go but up at that point.

Siddhananda: And i did just get a flash of him being back in that situation and he was hugging whoever he pushed down. So, i think he's looking for forgiveness in himself.

G: Good. Taking reparations.

Siddhananda: Yeah, really nice!

G: i think that more often the ones that have been abused move on much quicker than the ones that were the abuser.

Siddhananda: Interesting.

G: They come to heal much quicker.

Siddhananda: Aha, the ones that were abused.

G: Right, the ones that were the victims of that, yeah. [They] come around much quicker.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: The perpetrators take a long time to [heal].

Siddhananda: This one seemed like he was an abuser type, though, in a way, huh?

G: Right, that's why it took him along time.

Siddhananda: Oh, i see what you mean. Yes, he had to go through a lot, absolutely. The victim would seem like a whole different thing, exactly. I think you're right, because who knows how long he was in those conditions. But, nice that he was ready.

G: Another case in point, we got our two Mayan [souls]..

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: The woman that was sacrificed, she was able to heal much quicker than our other Mayan.

Siddhananda: Oh, good point.

G: It took him a little while longer.

Siddhananda: Sure, and we don't know how long they have been in these conditions when they come to us. We don't know all that sometimes, but, you're right about that situation, because you got him out pretty fresh.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: Yeah, interesting to see.

Melt into Openness and Harmony

Siddhananda:  Here we go (showing a clear, heart shaped stone).

G:  The last [one] for today!

Siddhananda:  The last one. Another little heart. That'll be nice (closing her eyes). I am getting a picture of snow, and things. We'll see where that goes (pausing with eyes closed).

G:  Mm hmm, okay.

Siddhananda:  Iciness ... not in a bad way. It's a pleasant scene. So, there is some iciness in them ... like a block of ice.

G:  Oh, yeah ... frozen.

Siddhananda:  Yeah, frozen in time, or frozen in the heart.

G:  In the heart, yeah. So, what is frozen? What is that? What is it that's frozen?

Spirit:  Frozen memories ... frozen seeing.

Siddhananda:  (pausing for a time) "Frozen heart," I hear. So, I'm seeing an ice pick. [They're saying], "You're going to need an ice pick," (gesturing as if holding an ice pick poised to begin chipping away).

G:  They've got themselves so blocked up, so blocked up. They need to ...

Siddhananda:  They need some sun (opening her eyes wide and chuckling).

G:  Ask if they would allow for the sun (closing her eyes), for that light, to melt that icy heart.

Siddhananda: (closing her eyes) I can feel that being brought in ... the light. There are a lot of souls over there that are working towards good things, and I can feel that energy there as well. I think they've been trying to be there for this soul. They've been encouraging them, too, to come here and get this going.

G: Right, right ...

Siddhananda:  Again, to get that frozen up, it's been a long time, and you can see that wind, a storm.

G:  It's been a long time, right. There's nothing pleasant in it. (closing her eyes) They need to open to that light, let the sun [in], and let that thawing take place. Let the springtime come. Let that regeneration take place.

Siddhananda:  What I'm seeing is that block of ice and then I see all the beauty growing around it, but that block of ice is not [affected].

G:  But, it [is] not allowing anything in.

Siddhananda:  That's exactly right!

G:  It's not allowing anything in (closing her eyes).

Siddhananda:  [Not allowing] that transformation.

G:  Exactly. They have to let that to melt. The springtime is here. They've had themselves in that frozen vacuum for a long time. Whatever that hurt and pain is, it's time to release it. It's not benefiting them (opening her eyes). There's no reason to have that there, to have the heart so closed in that ice.

G and Siddhananda:  (sitting for a time with closed eyes)

Siddhananda:  I am seeing the sun touching it, at least. Before, it wasn't really that way. [There's] at least some contact with it to begin to ...

G:  ... melt that ... to begin to melt that ... mm hmm (nodding).

Siddhananda:  Yeah.

G and Siddhananda:  (Both sitting in silence with close eyes for a time)

G:  I ask that Mary, mother of Christ, come in and be with that individual, because she faced a lot of pain in watching her son being crucified. So, whatever that pain is that they're ...

Siddhananda:  ... so maybe they can have some empathy from that.

G:  Yeah, right. So, maybe she can get [through to them].

Siddhananda:  That's a good start. Okay (closing here eyes). She does have that heart that got that ... that ... dagger (turning toward G)?

G:  Right, [it's] that pierced heart, and the burning heart, yeah (nodding).

Siddhananda:  He's feeling that. He wants to cry. He, She ... I feel it's more like a He, for some reason. Anyway, they're reflecting that pierced heart, that aching, within the ice.

G:  (closing her eyes, again) We also ask that Christ would come to him and show him that there is resurrection. [Show him] that it doesn't matter what pain one has gone through, what one has suffered through, that there is a possibility for resurrection and absolutely life ... that there's nothing one needs to protect themselves from.

Siddhananda:  Mm hmm, that's what he's done. It's a box.

G:  Yeah, it's a box.

Siddhananda:  It's an icy box.

G:  He's got himself locked in so that he doesn't get hurt any longer.

Siddhananda:  He's in there ... (mimicking someone trapped under sheets of ice]. Like I say, it's not like he's a mean person, or anything like that.

G:  No, it's something from sorrow.

Siddhananda:  Exactly.

G:  It's something that he had that was just so difficult to bear that he's closed himself off.

Siddhananda:  That's exactly right. I'm feeling both Mary and Christ there. Christ is there with the open arms, and Mary with the ... (crossing both hand over her heart).

G:  Let that light start to burn in the heart. Let that heart be lit so that the burning heart can begin to dissolve and melt the ice that's been around there.

Siddhananda:  Mm hmm.

G:  Yeah, he needs to allow that heart to live again and awaken. He's closed it down so hard that it's become ice.

Siddhananda:  That's right.

G:  So, he needs to allow that light, life and love to come back into his heart.

Siddhananda:  That warmth.

G:  Whatever it is that he lost, it's not lost. It's there, and it's still alive on the other side. So, I ask (closing her eyes), at this point, that whoever it is, whatever it is, that he lost to come to him now so that he can see that there is still life ... that nothing has been lost ... that they haven't died, and that they are still there. They are very much alive, and always have been.

Siddhananda:  I am seeing a woman and child. They're made of light, and they're really quite a nice presence there. [It's] a young child and a woman. They're by him. The woman touched the ice with her hand.

G:  Mm hmm, right (closing her eyes). So, let that heart open to that love that you felt for them while in life. Let that love spring forward again and reignite the heart so that it burns this ice away.  There's no reason to have that.

Siddhananda:  There is some dripping on the ice. I don't know if that's tears, but, also, it is melting. I'm feeling some of that force there of Christ, and also their loved ones and the child.

G:  Mm hmm.

Siddhananda:  It looks like the woman and child are quite fine.

G:  Yeah, they're quite fine (nodding decisively).

Siddhananda:  They're made of light. They're quite fine. The love is there. The connection is there.

G:  That's never been gone, but because their physical body left, he was mourning so much that he closed off and lost the ability to feel that they were still around him.

Siddhananda:  That's it, exactly. Yeah, and they're right there with her hand [touching the ice]. She's wanting to say to him, "I'm fine and you're fine, too."

G:  So, may his ears be opened, and his eyes be opened so that he may see them for what they are. May he allow that light, that love, to come forward into his heart again so that [it] would melt [the ice] from the inside out. That that would allow the ice to be broken because it doesn't need to be there.

Siddhananda:  There's a lot of beautiful loving energy around there. There is some melting, and de-frosting (chuckling softly).

G:  It's going to continue to defrost.

Siddhananda:  It's good, and you can really feel it there. His sorrow and his emotions are starting to drip down.

G:  Right, yeah (nodding).

Siddhananda:  I guess they are thawing. This icy [mass] is thawing.

G:  It's going to take a few minutes for him to see that they really are there. Once he sees that, cognizes that really they are there ... because it hasn't really entered his consciousness fully yet. Once he sees that, it should break that apart right away.

Siddhananda:  Yeah, exactly. It is mostly thawing. Certainly, that ice is there, and he can't feel that hand there yet, but it is there on the ice. The ice isn't him, though, but it is taking place. It's taking place, yeah.

G and Siddhananda:  (both sitting in silence with eyes closed for a time)

G:  I just want to say, if he can hear my voice, to have the courage to look up [to see] that they are there waiting right in front of him.

Siddhananda:  As you said that, I do see some of that happening. His form is [emerging]. He's still got some ice around him, but I can feel him looking there more.

G:  Yeah, wake up to the presence of them there.

Siddhananda:  I don't see them now as much as individuals, but more of a merging of energies there.

G:  Right, right ... good.

Siddhananda:  It's not like I see a mother and a child. It's more of a merging of energies ... like it has  always been as one [energy].

G:  Right.

Siddhananda:  Very nice.

G:  So, thank you for coming (gesturing namaste).

Siddhananda: (gesturing namaste) Thank you.

G:  We will leave them to continue to merge and surround that (laughing).

Siddhananda:  Yeah, to merge and defrost. (laughing)

G:  Yeah, merge and defrost (laughing).

Siddhananda:  Feel the warmth of the love (smiling)!

G:  Once he sees that they're actually there, that will break forward. He just needs to come back up to a conscious point to where he can see it, rather than [focusing] on that sorrow.

Siddhananda:  Yeah, I know, and it's coming around. Again, he's in very good hands there. It sounds like those ones that are there, those energies, will stay very present there.

G:  Exactly. They will stay until he's actually out of that.

Siddhananda:  Again, I think the main theme is to just open up ... open up ... allow.

G:  That's the thing. One has to be willing to be open rather than so focused on whatever it is, sorrow, or whatever drama you have going on.  The more you focus on that, the more you close yourself off ... the more you are [held] in that rigid pattern ... and the more it congeals, making something more difficult to come out of.

Siddhananda:  Yeah, that's the main message. As soon as that opening takes place, a different energy flows in. That's beneficial for you and everyone else, too, really. So, it's all good.

G:  Exactly. So, this appears to be the lesson of the day (laughing). Don't close off. Be willing to be open and allow things to come into harmony.

Siddhananda:  It seems simple, but, my gosh, it can make a huge shift for someone.

G: Yeah, let go of the drama (laughing).

Siddhananda:  Haven't heard that one before, right? (smiling coyly and laughing)

G:  No, never (laughing)! So, that's it for today. Namaste and thank you.

Siddhananda:  Thank you.

Let Go of Pain

Siddhananda: Okay, [here's] a little heart (showing a heart shaped stone). [I'm] seeing elephants…

G: Elephants? (laughing)

Siddhananda: (laughing) Yeah.

G: From sprites to elephants. (laughing)

Siddhananda: I know. (pause) Something about being trampled… so [they] connect with elephants… Sounds interesting.

G: Yeah, there could have been… what time period did they…

Siddhananda: I’m hearing emerald goddess. I don’t know.

G: Emerald goddess?

Siddhananda: Does that make sense? Era of wisdom?

G: Was it an accident?

Siddhananda: Yeah. Boy, it’s just kind of fading away, so it’s a little tricky for me to gather. The image is fading a little bit, you know. Era of goddess… era of wisdom.

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: Boy, I’m seeing that elephant kind of fading.

G: Okay, maybe that attachment to that is fading.

Siddhananda: Uh huh, exactly.

G: What is it we can help you with? Yeah, the reason why I was questioning is because they used to have elephants in wars. They used them for battle or they would use them sometimes as punishment if it was criminal or something.

Siddhananda: Wow, oh boy.

G: Yeah, or they could just be out, or the elephants when they get out in the musk, they get a little crazy, too, and you know… so it could be due to a lot of different things happening.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: Yeah, just trampled by elephants, I’m just still hearing. But, okay, so how can we help you today?

Spirit: Still hurting…

G: Okay.

Spirit: Still hurting.

G: Okay, you know, you need to [let go]… you can let go of that experience. You know, you are timeless, you are formless. If you look now you do not have a corporeal body. [Whatever] happened, happened to the corporeal body and what you are holding to, you are holding to a memory. You are feeding that energy and making it more real than it needs to be. So let it be like a dream that has come and gone and you can let go of that pain. There is no reason to feel that any longer. You are no longer in that body, [you] no longer need to hold that pain.

Siddhananda: Yeah, that image is fading.

G: (nodding)

Siddhananda: Yeah, I almost saw it… I see almost a man holding on to it for his dear life. It’s interesting. But that’s fading.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: Boy, maybe it was a war thing, the feeling of it, I don’t know. Whoo, a lot going on there! It felt violent.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: But their spirit, I’m hearing something… I don’t know. I think I’m just feeling that there is just… you know, there is still love, they don’t feel…  you know love for animals and for all. Yeah, they are opening up and that’s fading, so…

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: I just didn’t get the real detail of it. Interesting.

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: Okay.

G: So we’ll just ask you to go ahead and ask him to open his heart and let the… some others from the other side come in and administer to him as well. Yeah, and then if there’s anything else we can help him with for him to move forward in his journey we would be happy to do that.

Siddhananda: Yeah, no. The whole thing is much clearer and there is light around. And that image is not there.

G: Good.

Siddhananda: That’s how I would see it. When that image is there, that attachment…

G: Right, that has faded.

Siddhananda: Exactly.

G: So they have gone beyond that pain.

Siddhananda: Really, really nice, so yeah.

G: Good, good, yeah.

Siddhananda: We just never know what people’s experiences are when they go or whatever, you know.

G: Yeah, you can stay trapped by the energy of that and if they are attached to that form then when that form is gone they have still that attachment. They haven’t let go of it yet and haven’t walked into the light. And they haven’t let go of that experience and they keep experiencing it over and over and over again and that’s not a fun thing to experience.

Siddhananda: It’s just an energy that gets trapped… with or without bodies, these energies play out that way.

G: Right, exactly.

Let Go of the Mask

Siddhananda: Okay (closing her eyes).

Spirit: I am not in this darkness because I'm dark, I want you to know. I'm not a deceiving one.

Siddhananda: [Also] He wants to say that ...

Spirit: I'm praying that Siddhananda ... that whatever energies may have come from anything in the past, is completely clear.

G: That's been worked on very rapidly (nodding head once decisively and then laughing).

Siddhananda: He says that he can feel it, and he also feels the love that is overpowering. Thank you.

G: Excellent (nodding with approval)!

Spirit: So, anyway, I am kind of a spunky spirit.

G: Hahahaha ... we like spunk!

Spirit: (laughing) I know you are, too, Guruji, and Siddhananda, is beautiful. I have fun and laugh, and make it seem so exuberant.

Siddhananda: ... almost like on a trampoline ... of, I don't know ... just like ... Yeaahh!!! ... (dancing on her chair with a happy energy).

Spirit: ... am happy to be here.

Siddhananda: It's just a happy spirit that's brought a lot of joy to others just by being very cheerful, and sunny, and cute. But, wanting to say that in some ways that was a mask, because, for him ... inside ... he's been hurting.

G: That's the way it is for a lot of comics on the earth. The ones that do a lot of comedy, they wear that mask, and their comedy comes really out of a lot of pain.

Spirit: Yes, and, you know, that is so it! I don't know about all that are this way, but I know about me ... that I've carried a string of pain ... like a continuous pain, in spite of my outer persona, and others would not see that. They really had no idea. They thought I was very happy. I mean, I was a good person, but my aching has come from ...

Siddhananda: I'm seeing a lot of tears, like a rain of tears. I'm seeing rain of tears and a rock ... mountains, and things ... sorrow.

Spirit: Anyway, I'd like to have this be dissolved and have nature in her beauty come forward.

G: Mmm hmm

Spirit:  What is true in nature.

Siddhananda: They're kind of saying, whether it's nature of truth.. I think it is something like that, ... the seasons of nature taking me over.

G: Right, then you have to let go of wearing the mask, for one. You have to open the heart, and spend more time in nature. Be willing to commune with that, and begin to have that start to move through you. You can gain a lot of lessons from that.

Spirit: Mmm hmmm! I love nature so, and I know Siddhananda does, too. That's it. I think more solitude, too, because I have been very social in my life.

G: Yeah. Yeah, social sometimes is a running away, not wanting to be quiet and to face our demons, etc.

Spirit: ... parties, and comic ... things that are very social.

G: Right, a lot of my path was just spending time next to the Ganges, and opening my heart and let that flow through. So, you might want to spend more time around nature type settings, and just begin to open the heart instead of shielding it all the time.

Siddhananda: I see an image of a river, going through now ... Ganges.. more like mother. He feels that that is beginning to rinse him clean. It's a strong imagery of the Ganges and the Ghats, and he feels the energy of you being Ganga wash him clean.

G: So, you can begin there, and when you are ready, you know, you could start with the COS.

Spirit: Oh, thank you so much! I am so grateful!

G: If you want to do that, ... or just the text of it. If you don't want to [do] the mantra, you can do the rest of it and it would be beneficial to you.

Spirit: Not the mantra?

G: You could do the mantra as well, if you like.

Spirit: Thank you ...

Siddhananda:  not the mantra (laughing) ... they like that mantra (laughing and makes huge eyes)!

G: (laughing) You can do the mantra as well, if it's not too much for you. You can do that as well.

Spirit: And, to know, too, ... I know Siddhananda is psychic, and I can receive the information of the COS psychically. That is not a problem. I can read it that way.

G: Okay, excellent. So, thank you for coming.

Spirit: And, the mantra, do I read the mantra?

G: No, you will say it. So, if you just hang around until the end of our session, we will do the mantra for you.

Spirit: I want to ensure that I had that right, because that mantra is what ... yes (laughing)!

Siddhananda: He wants to say that he can see all of nature in that.

G: Yes!

Spirit: ... like every aspect of God in that.

G: Yes!

Siddhananda: ... and that is what the self ... I guess, the self being the center with the light, and the emanations of God (gesturing with hands to indicate light emanating in all directions).

G: Yes. Right. That's like going into that void. You know, [it's] like the Lingam.  You have the Lingam, which is the void ... that IS of God ... that un-manifest. Then, it comes out through the Yoni, which is the Shakti, or the manifestation of everything that subdivides into what you see ... the seen world. So, yes, that practice and that mantra helps to connect you with that, so you can go into deeper, deeper levels of that.

Spirit: Oh, I can't wait, thank you!

G: Okay, so I am going to put you to the side here. When we finish with the rest of the readings, we will go ahead and close that down, and give that mantra.

G & Siddhananda: Namaste (gesturing with namaste hands)
