Faith

Siddhananda: (Showing a white marble stone) i'm hearing "gates of hell, gates of heaven."

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: They're going back and forth between those gates.

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: "Mental anguish to peace, mental anguish and then peace."

G: Okay, what's the mental anguish about?

Siddhananda: i guess when they're in heaven, they're worried about going back.

G: Back where?

Siddhananda: To the anguish.

G: Well, they don't need to worry if they let go of it. They are the ones that keep bringing it in themselves. If they have already reached heaven, if they're at the gates of heaven then they have nothing to fear. They are pulling themselves back out of it.

Siddhananda: Yeah. (pause). They're becoming much lighter now. And those two gates are fading, like those aren't part of the picture as much, they're just present in that lightness. Those gates are like they're not even existing.

G: Right. Like he reached over the illusion of that.

Siddhananda: Yeah, i see the gates on this side, but there's light in between and those are more distant. SO, that's not happening, it's better.

G: So, since he's worried about the gates of heaven, we ask that Christ or Mary come to him and aid him. He can enter the light and just step through. He doesn't need to keep himself in a purgatory, like in no-man's land.

Siddhananda: i'm seeing a little different image with Christ coming, there's a dark cloud being dispelled, it's turning grey and circular, like washing away with the presence of that light.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: Lot of times i see that they're there, but, this has some clouds being dispelled.

G: hmm hmm. Yeah, this guy has some stuff that he needs to let go of.

Siddhananda: Some issues. (smiling)

G: Yes, that little dark empty crap that he's holding on to, so he needs to dispel that.

Siddhananda: Exactly. So, that is being worked on, there is grey, black to light, so it's been revolving a bit, and being worked on with the light. Not full gone yet, there's something in need of being worked on.

G: Right. He's got to understand he can let go of that in an instant. If he just gives it over to Christ, it can move on in an instant. For what reason does he continue to hold this? Christ is there to take that away permanently.

Siddhananda: Yeah. It is getting better.

G: He's just got to let it go and let him have it.

Siddhananda: Yeah, i think that's what it's about. He's having a hard time releasing that, for whatever reason, oddly enough. It happens, people get familiar with things and [don't let go].

G: Right. It's like a false identity, one identifies with being ill or identifies with this and that, and oh, if i let go of that what will i be now. That's familiar, that's what i know.

Siddhananda: Right.

G: And it's not beneficial. He's got to see that it's not beneficial and it's holding him back. The only one holding him back is himself, he has to be willing to give that up to move into that light.

Siddhananda: There's still some swirly dark grey stuff happening.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: (pause) It's flushing out now a little better.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: Yeah, it's slowly getting better. I think he didn't have that same resistance after a while. Just couldn't hold it.

G: Yeah, couldn't keep it up.

Siddhananda: It's flushing out.

G: You can only keep up that resistance so long against that Light.

Siddhananda: It's feeling better. I still see a stream of dark at the bottom but at least it's fluid, the rest is more Light.

G: Right. He's got to understand that he has to let it all go, one hundred percent, so that he doesn't re-manifest that again. All seeds of that have to be gone.

Siddhananda: (pause) Yeah, still lingering residue.

G: Tough one, he doesn't want to let go of that.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: Again, he's got to understand, like the Bible said if you have the faith of the grain of a mustard seed, there's nothing that can't be accomplished. But, on the other hand, if you have the doubt like a grain of mustard seed, it can grow and flourish and pull one away. So, pick what seed you want to plant, the seed of doubt or the seed of truth. Their choice. But, you have to be willing to let go of the falsehood to go to the Light.

Siddhananda: It's a tough cookie, this one, not wanting to really fully let go. There's definitely a shift in energy.

G: It's faith that makes you whole, you have to be willing to move from doubt to faith.

Ghost Spirit

Siddhananda: i'm hearing "Traffic jam consciousness."

G: Traffic jam consciousness, okay (laughing).

Siddhananda: Kind of stuck

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: Stuck in a certain time and place.

G: Can you show us an image of the time and place that you're stuck.

Siddhananda: (pause) All i'm seeing is there are streets that are dark, there's some street lights on, there's this image of a female walking on the street. It looks very lonely.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: There's some buildings, but, there's no lights on. It could just be night, though.

G: Right. So, what is the reason that you're stuck there? That you stay present in that?

Siddhananda: (pause) Some kind of fear, some kind of violence took place or something happened where they're really stuck there.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: They're saying they don't want to be a ghost spirit.

G: Right. And you don't have to be a ghost spirit.

Siddhananda: That's not what they want and they almost feel like that could happen to them.

G: Well, it has happened to them. If they are still stuck in that then they are ghost spirit somewhere.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: So, what you need to do is just ask for the light. There is a doorway there to go to the other side. There's a light. And if you ask for someone in your past that's been very dear to you, they will come to you and collect you.

Siddhananda: (pause). i do see some hands. i did see some images of blood and violence before.

G: And that's not who and what you are. That body has passed. You are that energy, you are still aware of yourself. That other has passed. There's no reason to hold on to it. It does nothing to aid you.

Siddhananda: (pause) i do feel another energy coming in that does seem to be caring for them.

G: hmm hmm. Right.

Siddhananda: Taking them up. They were young, it almost looks like maybe even a child.

G: Oh.

Siddhananda: i am feeling a young girl, almost. Really lost. i see like a doll or teddy bear in their hand. They were just stuck in there and scared.

G: Then her mother, whoever was her mother in that life, can come to collect her. There's no reason to be afraid.

Siddhananda: It feels almost like there is a mother type energy coming to scoop them up like "my child, here, come let's go this way."

G: Right, coming to take them.

Siddhananda: They were just sitting there wide eyed, like what do i do.

G: And they missed their opportunity to go through to the light through the fear and things.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: So, there's nothing to fear and just let that light come. It's a beautiful light, you'll just walk through and be in a nice heavenly realm with those that can love and care for you.

Siddhananda: (pause). Yeah, they did turn. They are like "Oh, someone's here to love me and take me." They were just really sad, but, now it's not. Now, it's feeling better like there's some light of love and warmth coming for this soul that's been really stuck, poor thing.

G: And we ask that Christ would come as well, and Mother Mary would come. That would be a very good energy for her.

Siddhananda: (pause). Some of that violent imagery is dying down. It's taking place with more this love that's surrounding this young spirit. I still see her holding that teddy bear, but, looking up like "Oh! Someone's here for me."

G: Yeah. Somebody's there.

Siddhananda: (pause). It's better. (smiling).

G: Yeah. (gesturing namaste). So, we wish her peace and safe journey from this point.

Siddhananda: Yeah. (gesturing namaste). You never know. But, that happens.

G: Yeah, they get stuck.

Sound of the Universe

Siddhananda: Striking hard, i do see one of those gongs being struck.

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: i feel the vibration there. (pause) They're imprisoned in their mind at the moment.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: Like a jail cell, they're saying.

G: hmm hmm. They can take the resonance of that gong and let the sound of that, the resonance of that go through their whole energetic field and cleanse that.

Siddhananda: hmm hmm.

G: And let go of the mind.

Siddhananda: (pause) i'm hearing "gong gong gong.." and i am feeling that breaking up that energy.

G: Yeah. That can help to break up that energy, if they can just surrender into that vibration of that gong. It's a very nice pure energetic vibration. That will help to cleanse that.

Siddhananda: (pause). That was really nice. You actually see some image of water and things and that vibration is flowing through it all. Very nice.

G: You know, in the middle of those sounds is the OM. In the middle of all those sounds, you find the OM, the sound of the Universe. So, if they can connect into that, that will help them to move forward.

Siddhananda: They're saying peace be with all. (hand on heart).

G: Yeah. So, that's helped (smiling) (gesturing namaste).

Siddhananda: Yeah, definitely (smiling).

G: So, again, you can use gongs, you can use any sounds, i don't care if it's even traffic sound, in the midst of that you'll hear the OM. If you're very still within that and just allow it to resonate, those sounds can help to adjust things for people.

Siddhananda: He just used what was there, just make that work. (smiling).

G: Use what's there, we'll make that work for you.

Siddhananda: And it did, it was really nice.

G: Since he was connected to that gong, we can make that work for him, not a problem. (smiling).

Lovers

Siddhananda: Okay, so let's see what comes here. (pause) They have a lover.

G: Oh, they have a lover, okay. (smiling)

Siddhananda: Yeah (smiling). Let's see what else. (pause) "We love to love."

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: Okay, i can see them embracing and mingling of the energies. "We're lovers."

G: Aha.

Siddhananda: "We're lovers in the moonlight, we're lovers in the sunshine. We're lovers in the snowfall and the rain." (laughing)

G: (laughing) Love, love, love, love, love, love.

Siddhananda: (laughing) They love, love, love, love... (laughing out loud). "We love to love."

G: (laughing)

Siddhananda: They're starting, we love to smooch and i am [like] that's enough. i'm teasing.

G: (laughing) Let's get to the heart of the matter here.

Siddhananda: We get it, i think we get it. Anyway.

G: They're syrupy sticky sweet with love.

Siddhananda: They just love to love. "We're lovers! In the moonlight." They want to keep saying and going on, "on the glistening sands, by the buttercups, by the lake, by the rocks, near the bubbling streams, we love." (laughing)

G: (laughing) Well, they've been active, we can see that.

Siddhananda: (laughing) i don't know, we get it, okay.

G: Oh Lord, mercy. (laughing)

Siddhananda: So, lovers, what do you have to say to us today? (pause). "We just love to love." Is there anything else? (pause). That's really just their message.

G: That's their message, love to love. Okay.

Siddhananda: And it's "people, love each other. Love each other."

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: Great. Okay, thank you so much. (smiling)

G: That was a good one, thank you for sharing. (smiling)

Siddhananda: Oh, and can they have the COS. They want to share the COS with their love. Is that okay?

G: They can share it with their love, yes. (smiling)

Siddhananda: Yay! (laughing) They are just loving that.

G: They can be together with the COS, absolutely.

Siddhananda: That was our soap opera for the day. Get out some popcorn! It's like one of the harlequin romances.

G: (laughing)

Siddhananda: (laughing) i feel like i had my fill of it, just watching it and listening, got it all in (laughing). Got it all in and more.

G: (continuing laughing).

Living Yantra

Siddhananda: So, next. (pause). Cycle of life, seasons, transformations.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: They're saying that's like the living yantra that you see, but then the center is the emptiness.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: All that you see is emanating from that singular point of stillness. (pause) Sounds like another message.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: And what i see is a nice image, it's got that empty space and emanating out of that is the mountains, rain, trees, people.

G: Right. Wasn't this the one that came through with the yantra question before, was it?

Siddhananda: No. Someone different.

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: Just wanting to reflect that image of it's all a living yantra. It's all like a living yantra.

G: All life is a living yantra, exactly. The yantra is representative of that life system, of the way that works, the inter playing of the energies and the interactions of it all come from that one still point (gesturing with hands).

Siddhananda: That's it. That's exactly what he's trying to say. He's saying you don't need a picture to look at, it's right here and with life.

G: Right. You're in the middle of the living yantra. (smiling)

Siddhananda: That's it, that's perfect! That's exactly what he's trying to say. (smiling)

G: You're one connecting point in the yantra.

Siddhananda: He's saying yes, he's very happy that was conveyed right. He's quite happy with that and he just wanted to give that message. (smiling).

G: Thank you for that (gesturing namaste).

Siddhananda: That was nice.

G: Yeah, for those that are into the yantra and things, that would be a nice message to have.

Siddhananda: Yeah, that's right where you're at.

Pearl Jam!

Siddhananda: (showing a green stone) (pause) i'm hearing some Pearl Jam music (laughing)

G: Pearl Jam (laughing)

Siddhananda: (singing) Lemon yellow sun (laughing)

G: (laughing)

Siddhananda: They like Pearl Jam (laughing)

G: They like Pearl Jam. Yeah, they're little more grounded. (laughing)

Siddhananda: Yeah, i like them too. (laughing)

G: It's interesting that they picked that stone because it is a very grounded type of energy.

Siddhananda: Yeah. And that's a Seattle band.

G: Yeah (smiling).

Siddhananda: (pause) i keep hearing that music, Pearl Jam music.

G: Yeah, do we have any other thing to share, other than Pearl Jam music? (laughing)

Siddhananda: Nice entertainment, but..

G: Not that we don't enjoy Pearl Jam.

Siddhananda: Something about Seattle. So, what questions do you have for us today? (pause) Something about wanting to be on the top of the mountain.

G: hmm hmm. Okay.

Siddhananda: And resting there.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: Risen up, lifted.

G: (nodding)

Siddhananda: I can see more where they're at now.

G: Yeah, let's see where they're at now.

Siddhananda: Okay. (pause). Beyond the Pearl Jam (smiling).

G: Other than Pearl Jam. (smiling). Sounds like they've passed recently, not too distant past.

Siddhananda: Yeah, they're saying it is more recent.

G: A more recent passing.

Siddhananda: They are struggling. They haven't done too much, in terms of the Path.

G: Right. For this one, i'm feeling they are pretty new and they are wanting to start their climb. So, i would just start with the OM.

Siddhananda: (pause)

G: And the "Om That I Am." They can also do the "I Am That I Am".

Siddhananda: (pause) They just reflected back those beautiful cascade mountains in Seattle, snow-capped and oh!

G: Right. So, they can do the "Om That I Am" and that will open to that majestic and elevation and grounding at the same time (gesturing a mountain shape with hands), so that's good for them to begin with that.

Siddhananda: Really good start.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: Thank you (hand on heart).

G: Namaste (hand on heart). Yeah, a lot of us begin that way in nature and see the lessons that nature can give, provide all the elements of nature.

Siddhananda: Yeah, definitely. i know i did. That's the way i started, continued forward that way.

G: Yeah.

Melting

Siddhananda: i am seeing a lot of ice, icy mountains and formations that are being melted down.

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: There is some sun there, starting to happen, as we speak.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: That's what they're saying, they're feeling like now.

G: Right. That things are starting to thaw and melt and things.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: So, what can we aid you with today?

Siddhananda: (pause) They want to be more like the sun.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: To keep that, make more of a connection. At first, that wasn't really felt, but now i am feeling more and more sun as we are speaking.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: So..

G: Yeah, we can introduce them to Christ, the son. And the sun that can melt that.

Siddhananda: (pause) That's taking place, nice!

G: Yeah. It's a good thing to have in his heart, the wisdom of Christ and what that is, and allow that to melt and dissolve.

Siddhananda: Always a good thing.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: Thank you (hand on heart)

G: Thank you (hand on heart)

Warm memories

Siddhananda: Okay, another one (showing a small green square)

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: (long pause) i'm hearing "if I remember myself, I remember myself as young innocence."

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: "That's my memory of myself."

G: And then if you don't remember yourself, then what? (smiling)

Siddhananda: (pause) "Not anything at all, like that."

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: I think that's fine, too, to them.

G: Yeah. One doesn't need to cling to a persona, a face, a time, a body, that's not needed.

Siddhananda: (pause)

G: The spirit has those experiences, but, the experiences are not that consciousness, okay.

Siddhananda: (pause) Okay, they're hearing that. They just like that memory (smiling).

G: They like that memory? (smiling)

Siddhananda: Yeah, but they are hearing you. They understand that's another type of covering.

G: Yeah, and innocence is still there.

Siddhananda: hmm hmm.

G: You don't have to have that face or that remembrance to have that innocence. It is still there, present at some point.

Siddhananda: i see an image of them being connected with that memory, sitting with their grandma and learning things, in a ways that she transmitted to them, it was such a warm bond.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: i think with them, it just brings a lot of warmth to them to remember that or to bring that to their heart.

G: Right. That's fine, if that's where they're at then that's fine. They can have that remembrance. They're still in the transient journey and that's fine.

Siddhananda: Let me see if there's anything else they want to ask. (pause). They just want to remember.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: That's okay.

G: And one can have those remembrances. That's fine. As long as you're in that journey and you continue to go into corporeal form, you'll have more and more experiences and things. One doesn't have to forget ones that have gone before. It's part of the transient journey, that's all.

Siddhananda: Yeah, and as you say, just to put out there, that you don't lose anything.

G: Right, nothing's lost.

Siddhananda: Whether it's remembered or not, that love, that bond is there without all that. But, if you want to be in remembrance, that's okay.

G: Right, if you want to put a name and a face to it, that's fine. If you want to keep that love aspect as it is, you can do it without putting a name and a face on it.

Siddhananda: Perfect way to put it.

G: Where you are at now, if you want to commune with that being, you can commune with that being.

Siddhananda: That's what i was going to say, grandma can be there (smiling).

G: She can be right there. If you want to commune with that being, there's nothing that stops you from doing that, from the other side. All you have to do is think and say you would like to be with them and you can instantly be with them (snapping fingers). One hundred percent.

Siddhananda: i think they are there with them, in a certain way. i think that's partly why they want to stay in that.

G: Yeah. One can stay in that, for a time. Of course, you're going to have to reincarnate, both of you continue your journeys. Many times, you will reincarnate with the people that you are close to so you can learn other lessons. You'll have a tendency to reincarnate in groups and learn different lessons and play different roles.

Siddhananda: hmm hmm.

G: Okay? So, just be open to that and know that that can happen. You can have many other roles and many other journeys with that person.

Siddhananda: i'm hearing them asking, "does this keep me in a regression, if i stay with my grandma?"

G: Like i said, you have to be willing to go back into form, into different things. Maybe, you'll go back into another life and you will be her parent, or you will be her brother or sister. You can have many, many, many different relationships. Many, many, many, many different learning scenarios. So, just be willing to go forward and experience more with them. Don't stay stuck in one thing.

Siddhananda: Yeah, that's the thing.

G: Don't just stay stuck there. Then you're missing out on more experiences and more journeys and more things that you can learn.

Siddhananda: and growth.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: That's the thing. So, letting that resonate. i do see the COS popping out, i don't know if this is the thing for them or not, Guruji.

G: hmm hmm. Yeah, if they want the COS they can go ahead and use it, that's fine.

Siddhananda: It will help them loosen up.

G: Yeah, they can start experiencing on other levels. They'll see that there's more expansion, other things to experience rather than staying focused on that one thing.

Siddhananda: hmm hmm. Makes sense.

G: i'm sure in that life time, that one thing that's really really important and that's what they clung to and got them through, based their existence around, but, there's much more to life and existence than one experience.

Siddhananda: Good, very good. Thank you (hand on heart)

G: Yeah. (hand on heart)

Siddhananda: That was a good one. Good lessons in that.

Absolute blending

Siddhananda: (Showing next stone) A pretty one with nice stripes.

G: Nice tiger stone.

Siddhananda: It's tigery. (pause) Okay, they do have a partner.

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: So, [they're saying] "I have a partner", i'm hearing "enmeshed."

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: Like one. Though in a way, two.

G: They're very close (smiling).

Siddhananda: Very close (smiling).

G: They've done a lot of lives together (smiling).

Siddhananda: That's it. (smiling). Don't know if their partner is now there or not. (pause) They're speaking for both of them.

G: (nodding).

Siddhananda: But, i feel the other one there, attached.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: i see them almost like merged (bringing both palms together).

G: Right, like Ardhanarishwara, half and half.

Siddhananda: Yeah. It feels that way.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: Okay, so questions or concerns or messages? (pause) There's a lot of stillness, so, it's hard to say. As both of them are bonding together, they come like this (showing palms together in heart shape), it looks like a heart. So, they're bonded and then there's a heart. Together they look like a heart.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: Maybe, they're just conveying something with that.

G: Yeah. Maybe that is just the message, that one can have that absolute blending where there's just one. It's like Ardhanarishwara. You can have that, it is possible, especially on other planes where there's more of that integration where you're really integrating on an energetic level. When you're integrating on an energetic level and not in a corporeal form, then you can have that real blending where it becomes one. Absolutely becomes one.

Siddhananda: And that's what it looks like, a blend of energy that has become a heart.

G: Right, they become really enmeshed as one. It's not two corporeal bodies. When they get into that more rarefied and energetic realms and planes of existence, then there is like a marriage, the two really become one (bringing palms together)

Siddhananda: Eternal marriage.

G: Yeah, eternal marriage. It becomes one.

Siddhananda: Right. The imagery i'm seeing again is there are two roses and they have come together as one rose, one flower (gesturing with hands).

G: Right. They become so in-sync that they have the same thought patterns and everything becomes in sync with it.

Siddhananda: Yeah, and it's a good thing. Sometimes, you hear enmeshed and that's not so good.

G: Right, we're not talking about co-dependent.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: It's different here (on earthly realm), here is co-dependent. But, when it's that, these energies have totally blended to become one energy.

Siddhananda: That's it.

G: There is no separate energies with that. It is a single energy signature at that point.

Siddhananda: Yeah. This is different from twins too, it is like symbiosis, where they come together like mutually nourishing partnership. That's the best way to put it.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: Sometimes, twins are that way, though.

G: Sometimes, they are very close.

Siddhananda: But, i guess this is on an energetic level.

G: This is on a different plane.

Siddhananda: You don't have to be a twin to have this.

G: No. You can have a soulmate or something, two energies that have gone through lots of existences and existences and existences, and are really in the absolute same mindset, path, however you say it, and then they absolutely become one.

Siddhananda: No doubt. A good thing.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: So, they are shining that heart.

G: And thank you for showing that. (smiling).

Season of transformation

Siddhananda: (Showing next stone) This is a nice one, it's got pink and it's got some of that earthy-looking tone in there.

G: hmm hmm. A little bit of a rosy quartz.

Siddhananda: Rosy quartz with earthy [look] in it.

G: A little matrix in it.

Siddhananda: (pause) i am hearing "season transformation."

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: "i am in the season of transformation."

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: (pause)

G: Are they in the season of transformation to aid humanity or just within their own journey?

Siddhananda: Right, is it more general. (pause). They are in that.

G: They are in that. So, it's their own journey.

Siddhananda: Yes.

G: Okay. So, what is it we can aid you with?

Siddhananda: I see a nice spruce tree, and it's green and bright.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: They want to grow up in that kind of vibrant green health, fullness. It's a full tree, mature.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: i do see some foot steps, there's a path there, and they're journeying towards that nice bright full tree, deep green. That's what they're seeing as the image of their completion.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: i think they're doing some devotional [things] on their way. i see some flowers, some offerings.

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: So, they just seek your blessings and anything else that you think would help them.

G: Yeah. Absolutely, many blessings to you. Just continue the journey, have that gratitude. Gratitude goes a long way in the path. Remembering to stay in the heart, like the last one said, shepherd the heart, stay in the heart. Take time to smell the roses, enjoy life along the way. And observe and stay in that quiet place. Find that quiet place within. Make healthy choices for yourself, in all aspects. Have honesty, integrity and transparency in your life to go forward. (speaking to Siddhananda now) We'll also go ahead an let them have the COS.

Siddhananda: Nice.

G: That's something you can do, the COS mantra and 'Om That I Am' and 'I Am That I Am'. You can continue to do those mantras and expand and allow yourself to just become that.

Siddhananda: Nice! Boy, that can only benefit, all of that. (pause). It's like the whole thing in a nutshell. (smiling)

G: (nodding) The path in a nutshell. (smiling)

Siddhananda: The character and all of it. (pause) Okay, they're offering a basket of flowers to you now, and saying thank you so much (hand on heart).

G: Thank you (gesturing namaste).

Siddhananda: Very grateful.

G: Yeah. Wish you well on your journey.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: When they have those kinds of intentions, when they really want to further their path, if they come into embodiment then they will go into a family that's going to aid that in one way or another. Either it's going to be through hardship, which is a left-handed blessing. (smiling)

Siddhananda: Exactly (smiling).

G: Or it will be easier. But, a lot of times it's through hardships, because then there are not the externals to hold to with that.

Siddhananda: Absolutely.

G: If you don't have any externals to hold to, the only place you can go to is within. In my life, it was the left-handed blessing. i had nothing in the way of family, as far as being nurturing or anything like that. There was nothing. So, the only place to go was within. So, that was really a benefit to me in the long run. Of course, it didn't seem like that along the way. You're like what's going on. But, really, in the end, one sees that that only benefits because there's nothing externally to cling to, to get caught up in. One has to go within and totally put their focus on that.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: Yeah, keeping your own counsel and being within and finding your way. You don't have all of the [support], you're not a mommy's girl or daddy's girl or something like that that you're clinging to externally. There are no externals for that.

Siddhananda: Yeah, i'm with you on the hardship part, and i think also there's so much suffering in there that you're willing to do it at all costs.

G: hmm hmm. Right, whatever you need to do to move forward. So, you come in prepared that you're not looking for the comfy life, you're not like i just want to play and manifest and have something comfy. If you're really looking to further your journey, many times that's what's chosen, to come into a family that's not going to give you all of the externals. You're going to chose more of a hardship in order to go within and further progress.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: So, if you're in those hardships and you wonder why (laughing), look and see, did you come in, did you ask for that at a young age, did you want to progress. And you will see that many time that is the case.

Siddhananda: Yeah, and use it as a jumping off point.

G: Exactly.

Shepherd of heart

Siddhananda: A little clear one (showing a clear stone)

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: (pause) Okay, they are a friendly energy.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: A friend to mankind and human kind.

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: Interesting, i see a shepherd there, with the sheep, like in those older days.

G: (nodding)

Siddhananda: Let's see what messages or questions they have. (pause) They're saying they are a shepherd of heart, in a way.

G: Shepherd of heart? That's a good one to be.

Siddhananda: Yeah. They were showing that imagery and then I heard shepherd of the heart, and just tending to that in a good way, in a spirit way, of keeping that alive.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: Making sure it's all alive. My feeling is that it is like some of the sadhus do, keeping the energy alive with their presence. This is what this one does, like a shepherd.

G: Yeah, it's an interesting way to look at it. But, people should shepherd their heart and take care of it. If it starts to go astray, bring it back like a shepherd and take care of it, absolutely.

Siddhananda: That's a good way to put it, that's exactly what they're saying. Reign it in if the mind's going and bring it back to the center point. That's the work, really, and that's what they're conveying.

G: Right, you keep your heart, you keep it against the predators, like the shepherd. The shepherd has the newborn sheep and they have to guard against wolves, guard against predators, same thing. You have to guard your heart against predators, against wolves, against wolves in sheep's clothing, so to speak. All of the things that come along, one has to raise and guard the heart and take care of it. Be gentle with it.

Siddhananda: Sure. There you go. And the sheep and the lamb are also symbolic of innocence and purity.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: And also gentleness and these things are to be nourished, ensure that they're protected.

G: Right, keep protection of the heart. That's nice that he's showing the shepherd and the heart.

Weary traveler

Siddhananda: Here's another nice one (showing a chocolate color stone). i think it's light for it's weight, though (feeling the weight of the stone).

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: But, it's just nice, i like the feeling of this stone. (pause) Okay, they traveled through, is it Glen and Gale? (laughing).

G: (smiling)

Siddhananda: ..through the green and through the winds. (smiling).

G: Oh Okay (smiling). Dale and Glen, something like that? (laughing)

Siddhananda: Gale, wind.. (laughing)

G: Gale. (laughing).

Siddhananda: i don't know these things, so i don't know how they come. (smiling). So, i see images of wind and nice green hills.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: They are a weary traveler.

G: Over hill and gale!

Siddhananda: (laughing). Does gale have anything to do with the wind, though?

G: Gale is a heavy wind, yeah.

Siddhananda: Okay.

G: Gale force winds.. Glen is like a valley.

Siddhananda: Yes. That's what they meant, valley and winds.

G: Okay. Glen and gales instead of hills and dales (laughing).

Siddhananda: (laughing) Probably all of it. That sounds good, they're saying! Is that even a phrase?

G: Glen and gale and hill and dale, they've been everywhere (laughing).

Siddhananda: They're buddies. Two teams. i just can't believe that glen is valley and gale is wind. Is that even a saying, glen and gale? (laughing)

G: No, i guess it is now. (laughing)

Siddhananda: It sounds like a partner of two, two partners. "Hi, i'm glen and gale, we've been married.." (laughing).

G: (laughing)

Siddhananda: So.. (pause)

Spirit: i am tired and weary.

G: hmm hmm.

Spirit: i will go on and i do seek something that will help me, maybe like a rod or staff that's infused with grace, that i can hold to for the rest of this journey.

G: hmm hmm. i would go ahead and get them in touch with Christ and all the psalms. That would be good for them.

Siddhananda: (pause) i see a staff coming, it's made of light.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: It's coming into view. Being given to this journeyer, by Grace. How luck are they, huh?

G: (nodding) Yeah, i think a lot of the psalms will fit this one very well.

Siddhananda: Nice. Christ is there and that is being offered to this very fortunate soul.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: And they are holding to it. They do feel steadier. [Before], they were starting to lose their energy because they were going on their own steam and that was hard to do.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: You can only go so far on that.

G: Exactly. Eventually, you need some support, somewhere. If he gets into the teachings of Christ, in the older testament, just the psalms part, that would serve him well.

Siddhananda: Great.

G: Psalms are very refreshing. If you haven't read the psalms, they are very nice teachings of Christ, together, very nice and potent.

Siddhananda: Like being beside clear waters, still waters, that kind of refreshing.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: Poetic, almost.

G: Right, very poetic.

Siddhananda: Beautiful. Very fortunate soul, he's got his hand on his heart and he's facing Christ, lucky guy! (hand on heart)

G: Nice (hand on heart).

Siddhananda: Follow that light, you're in good hands. (smiling).

G: Yes (smiling). So, if you need something that's refreshing and you haven't read the psalms, take time to read the psalms. Lot of nice things are in the psalms. That and the words of Christ. You have a bible that has the words of Christ, you can get rid of some of the other stuff and just take his teachings and then the psalms. It's very nice, good balance for people.

Siddhananda: Yeah, that's excellent. i don't think people maybe do enough of that or consider, but, it's there, it's quite refreshing.

G: Right. There's a lot of good wisdom in that.
