Patron Saint

Siddhananda: This one’s really pretty with it's stripe (showing a rock and laughing). Sometimes, I look over there, and I don’t know if I have it in there (trying to place the rock in the viewfinder). It’s just pretty. Okay, let’s see! (pause) Okay, so one thing I got was, “little ego be free of.”

G: Hopefully, they don’t want a bigger ego (laughing).

Siddhananda: No, if it’s little, get rid of it while it’s little. No! (laughing) I’m not hearing that, but let’s see what happens. No one can say! Yeah, to be free of it, it could get bigger, or let go of the thing … a lot of things.

Spirit: Ego be free of … die to truth …

Siddhananda: I’m trying to see a little of where they came from (closing eyes). I see a little bit of nature ... some earth, greenery, and then there is the soul. I don’t know if they still have some connection there, or what’s going on. So, what questions do you have for us today? I’m hearing, "not two."

G: They are seeking the path to not two?

Siddhananda: Yes, they are. They want to.

G: Are they just starting?

Siddhananda: I think they have done some more things on their own.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: Read and stuff.

G: I would say do the “Om That I Am” and “I Am That I Am.” I think they are pretty early on still.

Siddhananda: I think that would be just right.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: To get them some grounding, and dissolve, because they do still have some attachment, too. I’m seeing something there.  I don’t know [anything] of their past … it just looks more like nature stuff, greenery and things, but there is something.

G: Right. So, if they are in the nature, they may open up more fully to the nature and greenery, and use that as a jump off point for them.

Siddhananda: No doubt. That would be good.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda:  And, to use those mantras in that nature, or whatever. Good! So, oh! ... all of a sudden I see a body in white lying in a casket (grimacing). [It's] all white though, and filled with some light there. Yeah, I don’t know quite what to make with that. They are saying that that was them.

G: Right. Were they in a religious order?

Siddhananda: They might have been, because it does kind of look like a nun, or something of a religious being. That image is there though, so it’s being reflected back. There is some greenery around it, too. They were like beneath the earth, but then the greenery above it. It’s kind of interesting. I see a lot of light coming from the heart of that being, from that particular body.

G:  Were they a teacher?

Siddhananda: I’m hearing, "a nun."

G: A nun? Okay.

Siddhananda: Yes, I do see the coffin, or that kind of a thing … a light beaming.

G: Yeah, I still say do the “Om That I Am” and “I Am That I Am.”

Siddhananda: I think that feels right, too. I think it needs to get some centering, too. That would be a good thing.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: Maybe it was somebody that they loved. Maybe it wasn’t them. Sometimes it’s hard to say.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: Maybe it was their particular…

G: ... patron saint, or something.

Siddhananda: Yeah. Exactly!

G: It could have been their patron saint.

Siddhananda: Yeah, I think that’s it. That they have some kind of …

G: … attachment to it, to that form.

Siddhananda: Yeah, I think it is, but that light is emanating from that particular body, and I think there can still be some energetic connection there.

G: Yeah, they could also call to see that being directly rather than being attached.

Siddhananda: I think they do, but they have the coffin around it. I don’t know if that means something.

G: Yeah, but I mean that being is no longer in that coffin.

Siddhananda: Right.

G: They can commune with them on the other side if they haven’t taken birth again.

Siddhananda: Maybe that’s where they were, a little stuck on that image.

G: Right, exactly. They are stuck on that.

Siddhananda: The confines of that.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: Like it’s in a certain place, time, thing.

G: The holiness is in that body, but it’s not that form. They need to let go of the form.

Siddhananda: Yeah, that’s it exactly! It makes sense.

G: And, then ask to commune with that energy.

Siddhananda: I see a lot of energy going into this being almost like a feeling of … it wasn’t that.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: This me, I’m here, they are there, or something.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: I see a lot of very white clear energy being absorbed now by this being. I think they kept them in that container.

G: In that casket.

Siddhananda: Yeah, in that casket.

G: But, that’s what's holy.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: That image is holy.

Siddhananda: There you go!

G: That’s what I mean. So, they need to find out that they are not in that image.

Siddhananda: That’s exactly what I think was happening there.

G: They are not in that image. They are living. That energy is alive. It’s not in that image (laughing).

Siddhananda: Yeah, I’m still seeing that image being reflected, but I did also see the light, and a river going into them.

G: Okay. Good.

Siddhananda: Yeah, so I think that’s a good start. They just sort of stayed stuck with that time, place. I want to say time, place.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: Like they are there, and I’m here.

G: Right. And, they are not.

Siddhananda: They are that, and I am this.

G: So, that’s why the “Om That I Am” and “I Am That I Am” is good for them.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: Because [what] you are focused on, that’s what you can become there in the heart of your own being.

Siddhananda: Very nice. It sounds like that they really loved, and felt that one was a very saintly, pure spirit.

G: What they are, you can be.

Siddhananda: That’s exactly what this is about.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: This is perfect to break down those barriers, like you said.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: I feel like they are doing that. They are crying. They are praying. They are feeling that come into their soul.

G: Right.

Spirit: They are in me, that beauty, that love, that purity.

G: Yeah, you are not separate from that.

Siddhananda: It’s very nice.

G: So, that’s what they need to find, that they are not separate. They have never been separate. If you opened your heart to that, that is in your heart, and you can commune with it directly in your heart.

Siddhananda: Which has been a message a lot that you are bringing out, that you can commune with that directly.

G: Yeah, you’re not separate. Don’t think the body makes it [so] that you are separate, and will keep you separate.

Siddhananda: Or, that the body makes you holy (shaking her head no).

G: No. It’s not the body. It’s never the body.

Siddhananda: That presence, it’s eternal, and there with them, ... can be brought to them in this moment.

G: Right, that spirit is always eternal.

Siddhananda: Exactly. Good message. So, I do see a cross. I think it’s their way of saying, "thank you."

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: This is just what’s meant to be for this soul. And they are crying, and praying, and feeling it, the shifting of this energy into their heart.

G: Oh, good.

Siddhananda: I do still see that image kind of dissolving around that body in a casket.

G: Good. Let them find the living energy, and not the dead body (laughing).

Siddhananda: Well, really! Really, that’s something. (nodding)

G: Go to the living light rather than dead forms. (laughing)

Siddhananda: There you go! Really. There are energies around those things. You need to bring it into your own soul.

G: Right, and let it be a living energy ...

Siddhananda: Sure.

G: … rather than something …

Siddhananda: … or, an image, like you said.

G: Right, [thinking] that you have to cling to the image.

Siddhananda: Right. Very good.

G: Yeah, the image is only a focal point to begin to open, but once you have opened to that, then let it become that living energy.

Siddhananda: [Let it ] resonate within you, because you are not your body, either.

G: Exactly!

Siddhananda: You are not all those things.

G: So that’s it for today! Namaste.

Siddhananda: Namaste!

G: Thank you for visiting!

Teach Me

Siddhananda: Moving along… (long pause) "Just teach me," I'm hearing.

Spirit: Teach me. I would like to be a student on your path. Can I be a student on your path, the Kundalini path?

G: Yeah, any are welcome to be a student. It's just a little difficult since they are not in form, but I'm sure there are a few there on the other side that have been following this path.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: That can maybe start to aid them in that journey.

Siddhananda: Right.

G: Yeah, so, ask if there are some masters there that know this path that could aid them with that.

Siddhananda: That energy is building there. I know there are some. There is another one that came that was on the path.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: And the masters, they can help.

G: Yeah, they can help to translate.

Siddhananda: They're there to help.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: I really feel that they're there to help. I can feel that there.

G: Aha. (nodding)

Siddhananda: That [is there], yes.

G: Yes. So they will aid you on starting this journey.

Siddhananda: So grateful.

G: Namaste. Thank you for coming!

Seeking Psychic Powers

Siddhananda: So, it’s the same one we have seen before (showing a rock, smiling), the coffee one (referring to a previous session). Anyway, here we go. (pause) I’m just hearing, "psychic trance." Maybe they have some psychic [ability], but what’s new in the heavenly realms.

G: Could you bring some more clarification?

Siddhananda: I think something about psychic powers.

G: What about psychic powers?

Spirit: Psychic powers I want.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: Demanding psychic powers.

G: No, you can’t come demanding anything. Absolutely not.

Spirit: I want, I want.

G: Well, you may want it, but it is not best for your journey. What’s best will open, and not open. That’s all. You have to ask the universe and God to give you what’s best for your soul, not what your ego wants (laughing). Ego wants a lot of things that’s not beneficial for it.

Siddhananda: Yeah, no doubt.

G: And you just get yourself in trouble with things that you are not ready to have.

Siddhananda: Right. Let me see if they are interested in seeking the light. It doesn’t sound that way, though.

G: It doesn’t sound like it.

Siddhananda: So should we leave it?

G: Ask for what purpose do they want this?

Siddhananda: I think it’s to impress.

G: Right, to fill the ego.

Siddhananda: Yeah, I don’t think it’s for a good reason.

G: So, absolutely not. No, I’m sorry we are not here to hand out things like that, 100%. We’re here to aid people who want to move forward to the light of God, not people that want to puff up their ego. That’s not where it’s at. So, on your way!

Siddhananda: Moving immediately along there! (laughing)

G: Bye! (laughing)

Siddhananda: Bye! (moving rock aside) We don’t do that here.

G: No, that’s not going to happen. So, let me usher them on their way (moving rock aside).

Siddhananda: Yeah, make sure he’s on his way, because we don’t want that kind of energy here.

G: No, we’re not going to have that here (holding the rock in her hand). Yeah, he left pretty quick.

Siddhananda: I think he did.

G: He left very quickly. He’s like, “I’m outta here!” (laughing). Yeah.

Siddhananda: Those ones that want powers go pretty fast. We don’t entertain it, or go through it.

G: No, it’s not about gaining powers, and this and that. Absolutely not. The powers and things come, but they can be beneficial, or not. But if one is just in ego seeking powers, then it’s not beneficial at all.

Siddhananda: Sure.

G: Some powers can come, and they can be a temptation. If you are not far along enough on the path, and you don’t have guidance, or grounding, you can get yourself into a lot of trouble with it.

Siddhananda: Major.

G: So, again, all things in its time, but this is not the time for that.

Siddhananda: No, with that kind of attitude, that’s not a good thing.

G: No, no, no. He needs to go on his way. (laughing)

Siddhananda: Yeah.

Void, Not Devoid

Siddhananda:  This one is very still (closing her eyes and going into stillness for a time). Okay, so I'm getting a lot of stillness. [There's] a little vibration, but, you know, we'll see. I don't know if we know too much about this particular spirit.

G: Right. They went into it very fast.

Siddhananda: It goes quick.

G:  We really didn't get anything out of our mouths, and it just went ... (snapping her fingers) ... immediately!

Siddhananda:  That's right. They barely said a word, and ... (laughing) ... they went out.

G:  Immediately!

Siddhananda: Yeah (closing her eyes). I'm feeling a gentleness, and a light just beaming and emanating (moving her hand in a circular motion within the chest region). I'll [ask] is there anything...

G: Yeah, are you ready to come out [of the void], and have any words at this point?

Spirit:  I am.

G: Okay. What is it you wish to share at this point?

Siddhananda: (pausing with closed eyes) Again, I'm feeling and hearing SUCH stillness, such refreshment (closing her eyes again).

G: Mm hmm (nodding yes).

Siddhananda:  I think they're still having some difficulty getting out [the words], but that's ...

G: Yeah, it might take them a little while to be able to speak, but I think, in truth, that they can [answer this question] ... Is the void, devoid?

Spirit: No ... noooo ... light, just light ... no (shaking the head slowly).

G: (laughing at hearing this) Exactly.

Spirit: That's not it at all.

G: No. People have this erroneous idea about the void. If they're saying the void is empty, then they have the wrong idea. Sometimes they go into something that's prior to the void, that's dark, and they feel it's devoid. That's illusory.

Spirit: That's right.

G:  That's not it.

Spirit: No, that's not it.

G:  That's not it. They haven't entered it. It's really entering the heart of God is what it is (smiling gently).

Siddhananda: I'm just hearing, "God Light."

G: God Light ... yes (nodding). Entering the heart, the true heart of God ... that faceless face ... knowing that face that has never manifested as a face, but is here, too.

Siddhananda:  Yeah. Oh, my goodness. I think that, too, with this particular ... and, again, if you want to say the void is devoid ... but all that I can really feel is this amazing light ... just a beam (moving her hands fluidly around the heart center) ... just wordless ...

G:  It's just that IS ... wordless (nodding yes).

Siddhananda:  ... wordless, but just ... (gesturing to indicate a kind of solidity of presence) ...

G: ... wordless ... and pregnant ... pregnant.

Siddhananda: Yes (nodding with great feeling).

G:  It's pregnant with everything, and anything, that will ever come into duality that will show itself as duality, but it's pregnant.

Siddhananda:  They're just drinking that in. It's that sort of feeling with this. We don't know much [about this one]. They could have come in SO ripe, they barely were able to speak (laughing).

G: Yeah, really. We really didn't get their story, the background ... nothing. They just came in, and it was immediately right into the void (snapping her fingers). So, what their story is, or was, ...

Siddhananda:  ... or was (laughing) ...

G:  ... on whichever plane, we do not know, because they immediately just transitioned into That.

Siddhananda: It's so lovely. It's a gentle energy, and so very much light-filled, and harmony. Not even with words, it's a feeling.

G: Mm hmm, right (nodding).

Siddhananda:  I think that they are themselves that refreshment now. That's what it feels like to me.

G: Right. They will be that light and love for others.

Siddhananda: Yeah! In just a very quiet kind of way. I don't know, we really can't say at this point, but right now for sure. Just being around this particular energy ...

G: ... it would be very beneficial for many.

Siddhananda: Absolutely.

G:  ... for many.

Siddhananda: What comes out of their speaking later, I don't know, but just that presence.

G:  I'm getting the feeling that they would be very good for the ones that have gone through a lot of trauma, and are having trouble opening the heart.

Siddhananda:  So perfect. That is SO perfect. It's so funny, because I had that feeling, and then you speak it. So, we work together as a team, and this stuff gets transmitted (laughing). I think it's such a gentle [energy], you could just kind of go ... Ohhhh (gesturing to convey a feeling of relief). I can almost see those wounds being healed just by being in [their presence].

G:  It's almost like how people say Mother Mary is that type of energy. It's very mothering, very loving, and very soft (gesturing as if embracing someone).

Siddhananda:  Mm hmm, yes (nodding). You know, just being in that presence is refreshing, like a refreshing spring ... just like a spring of water.

G: Mm hmm, yeah, right.

Siddhananda:  And, you know, you could just be totally yourself, and let down [your guard]. That in itself is going to be a healing force, and I can feel that in this particular energy. It's very, VERY loving.

G: Mm hmm (nodding). So, I think they're going to kind of be in and out of this for a little while more.

Siddhananda: Yes, yes.

G:  So, I think we will put them back up over here (pointing to the shelf behind her).

True Healing

Siddhananda: Ok, next [is] a little heart (showing a purple transparent stone). Right away, I'm hearing "power of healing."

G: Aha

Siddhananda: Maybe, they want to be a healer.

G: Aha (nodding).

Siddhananda: "Power of healing" ... [They're asking] how do they get the power to heal? They want some power (laughing). I mean, I don't know, [but] that's [what they're asking]. You could explore that a little bit more. What would be a good question (asking Guruji)?

G: Are you ready to take the whole of the journey to realization?

Siddhananda: Right away ... I don't think so. They are [not ready].

G: Then, NO! ... you're not ready.

Siddhananda: I'm kind of hearing, "reiki, power healing."

G: Yeah, No! Then, you’re not ready.

Siddhananda: [They want to know] what do they do with Reiki, and those [kind] of things?

G: [with] those symbols and stuff?

Siddhananda: Yeah

G: NO! I'm not giving the symbols.

Siddhananda: That's what's coming. I don't like the feeling.

G: No, I'm not going to give you those symbols.

Siddhananda: They want those. They really [want those].

G: Yeah, NO

Spirit: Give me those ... those healing [powers].

G: Nope, not going to do that, because that's not true healing. It's not the ultimate. If you want to really be a  healer, you would be ready to go the whole path ... all the way through Kundalini, and finish the path in realization. Then you're in stillness, and then you can bring the body into harmony, but the ones that are doing the reiki are not doing that. That's coming from ego, and they can still have some of their own spin in there. It's not always beneficial. So, no. Sorry.

Spirit: Ok

G: Thank you (gesturing Namaste)

Siddhananda: So, let them go then.

G: Yeah, they're going.

Siddhananda: Going ... off you go, and find whatever they need somewhere else.

G: (laughing) Yeah, no, we're not doing that. If you want to be a real healer, [then] you have to be ready to make the whole journey.

Siddhananda: Yeah

G: And, if not, then you are on a ego trip.

Siddhananda: You just want ... gimme, gimme ...

G: No, they're on a ego trip, and I'm not going to support that. I'm sorry.

Siddhananda: Yeah, boy, so pretty with this spiral in there (referring to the stone the spirit was in). So, they’re on their way.

G: (laughing)

Siddhananda: Yeah, they’re on their way.

G: Exactly.

Siddhananda: We’ve seen that a lot, and that is not going to bring people balance.

G: No, it’s not.

Siddhananda: They need to find balance in their own selves.

G: Right, they’re not balanced to begin with. Then they’re on that power trip, ego trip, and we’re not going to support that here. I’m just sorry, no.

Siddhananda: Yeah. Yeah, and that’s the end of that.

G: (laughing)

Siddhananda: That’s the end of that.

G: That’s it.

Siddhananda: It’s not what we do here.

G: The answer is NO.

Siddhananda: Go on your way, and do what you need elsewhere.

G: (laughing)

Cutting power

Siddhananda:  Next (shows a small, clear crystal stone). Right, let’s see. (closes eyes and focuses within). I'm hearing, "Kali."  That seems to be the foremost ... Kali, clarity ... or Kali ... (pausing). It sounds like they're having that kind of cutting going on.

G:  That's good.

Siddhananda:  Yeah (laughing).

G:  Is there something we can help with?

Siddhananda:  More ... they want more cutting.

G:  Aha (nodding).

Siddhananda:  They want to continue with that cutting, and they know that's something that you embody ... that energy and that piercing ...

G:  We'll let them go ahead and have the morning mantras, the Kali mantras. I think there’s someone on the other side that can aid to give those.

Siddhananda:  Yeah, that's coming now for that.

G:  Aha

Siddhananda:  That can happen there. They want to say that that's what they were hoping you would say (laughing).

G:  (Laughing)

Siddhananda:  That's exactly what they wanted.

G:  So, we're happy to have Kali aid with that, and I'm sure Kali can show up directly, too, in many manifestations (laughing)

Siddhananda:  which is a good thing!

G:  They will get more than they bargained for, with that.

Siddhananda:  That's the thing.

G:  May all the manifestations of Kali appear, and give the specific mantras.

Siddhananda:  Nice ... nice.

G:  Yeah.

Siddhananda:  I do kind of hear "Durga"

G:  Yeah

Siddhananda:  So, they're ready.

G:  They're all coming, yeah.  Yeah, all of the manifestations will be there, and you'll have more cutting power than you'll know what to do with.

Siddhananda:  Be careful what you ask for.

G:  Yeah.

Siddhananda:  The mantras are there. Those are grounding, and so it's all good. All right!

G:  OK . Thank you. Namaste (hands together in prayer position).

Siddhananda:  Namaste

Let the Music In

Siddhananda: (picking up a stone and closing her eyes)

Spirit:  Mental ... mental conceptions.  Mental waves. Mental problems.

Siddhananda:  A lot of mental [stuff] ... He's in his head a lot.

Spirit:  No fragrance. No fragrance now, because I'm mental. I'm in a confined ... I don't want to say box ... but mental trap, like mental jail.

G:  What kind of paths has he walked? Has he walked any paths yet?

Siddhananda: They'll hear your voice, too, Guruji, and that's all good. He's [saying] not too much. He'd like to know more. He hasn't really [walked any paths]. He's lived a regular, more mundane [life]. He hasn't been a seeker. He hasn't been a God person, I guess, is the feeling, and he's been locked in his mind. Something happened on the other side that brought him here. I can say he's never even walked a path, ... nothing ... and he's in a cage of his mind.

G: Um hmm. Okay, I want them to show him a picture of Krishna.

Siddhananda: (nodding) Okay. Mentally, would you like me to do that?

G: Yeah ... yeah.

Siddhananda: Send one to him?

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: Like Krishna, the goats, or what? Tell me more.

G: No, Krishna ... Krishna ...

Siddhananda: ... the love?

G: Yeah ... yeah. Bhakti.

Siddhananda: The love .... the love? ... the Bhakti.

G:  Bhakti ... Bhakti ... the Krishna Bhakti.

Siddhananda: No, I didn't think he was a goat, but sometimes I think he was with some animals. Was that Krishna?

G: No

Siddhananda: No? Okay ... but that's okay ... the loving ... that love, Bhakti Krishna feeling.

G: Mm hmm (nodding).

Siddhananda: Okay (pausing with eyes closed). I'm seeing that image. He's saying, "powerful, powerful ... powerful!"

G: Yeah. Krishna is all geared to love, and [it's] lighter, and love. If he has an affinity with that, with Krishna, and the flute playing, and [those] things, he can begin to open ... open to that.

Siddhananda: Yeah. He's saying that he doesn't know what he really, totally has an affinity for, but he knows that that was a powerful image, and feeling more to bring him [out]. I just see the box, the jail, and I see a heart in it. Maybe with that heart in it, it had something softer in there than these hard edges.

G: Yeah. That's why I'm saying the Krishna [Bhakti] is very soft, and very ... you know ... (closing her eyes , she begins to chant the Krishna Naama Sankirtan from the heart) ...
                 Hare Krishna Hare Krishna
                 Krishna Krishna Hare Hare
                 Hare Ram Hare Ram
                 Ram Ram Hare Hare

[This] can help him to open up his heart. Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna, Krishna, Hare Hare, Hare Ram, Hare Ram, Ram Ram Hare, Hare.

G and Siddhananda: (sitting with eyes closed within the resonance of the chant in silence)

Siddhananda: Mm Hmm ... I see in that box ... it's a jail box, but it's got some light coming from that. (shaking her head slightly) ... with this long held stuff, it's not going to happen overnight, but certainly, it is penetrating in there. I see that cage with the light that is in there.

G:  Yeah. He can ask for the light, and the heart of Krishna to come to him. (closing her eyes) May he open to the light, and the heart of Krishna, that he might feel that ... go forward into that more ... explore that.

Siddhananda: (pausing with eyes closed)

G: May Krishna come from Krishna-loka (closing her eyes), and spend some time with this individual, and let him see what's there in the heavenlies, to open his heart.

Siddhananda: I do see an image of Krishna by that box, with the flute, and the peaceful presence of love.

G: Mm hmm, yeah. Maybe Krishna can play the flute, so that he can hear the music and connect, and maybe open the box.

Siddhananda: This is happening now. There's a flowing ... there's a flowing light coming from the music, and there is an opening. There is a bit of an opening there. There's still that box, but there's some opening, like an opening of the trap door that was locked.

G: Mm hmm ... it's starting to [open], yeah.

Siddhananda: Even though he's still in it, he's kind of  like ... "Oh, maybe I can relax, and just let life in a little."

G: Yeah. Let the music in. Let life in.

Siddhananda: He's been so held in these hard edges, I guess. He's just like ... "Oh, I can just really kind of sit and soak this in." It's this kind of feeling (gesturing as if a ton of weight has just been lifted off of her).

G: Right. Right. (closing her eyes) He can go, and he can listen to the music, and he can dance. Krishna is dance, and light, and love. He can dance. He can break out of the box, and have that enjoyment, and forget the mind, and all that ... and just enter that dance, enter that celebration of life.

Siddhananda: He's still in the box, but there's light, and it's more open. He's just listening. He's letting it come through. He's just kind of ... "ooohhh ! ... (heaving a great sigh of relief) ... It's been sooo long with this mind.  I'm so ... ." It's like .... "Ooohhh!" ... (sighing with great relief and relaxing with the weight lifted off)."  You know, it's like that.

G: Yeah.

Spirit:  (sighing again) I can finally just melt a little. Finally! I've been holding so tight.

G: If you want to really be able to melt with it, you have to open the box, be willing to open the door, and let that light through.

Siddhananda: He's afraid.

G: Well, there's nothing to fear. Do you not hear the beauty of the music? Do you not hear the beauty?

Siddhananda: He's definitely pondering this.

G: Yeah. You can choose the mental spin, and stay in that anguish, or you can open the door and let that light force, let that life force in.

Siddhananda: There's some dissolution. He's like ... "huuuhhh!" (sighing as every muscle melts into relaxation).  It's almost like he gave me more of that ... like going more into a relaxed [state].

Spirit: I can just take this in. I don't have to hold so tight.

G: Yeah (nodding).

Siddhananda: There's dissolution. I do still see some bars, and there's some dissolution,  though. It's definitely coming, and very quickly. Krishna is there with his flute, and there's rolling hills.

G: (closing her eyes) May we ask for the light from the other masters? That they would [assist], and that Christ, as well, would surround this individual, and bring him to the light. Give him enough strength to open the door for his benefit.

Siddhananda: Yeah, there is Christ and Krishna there now, immediately.

G: Yeah. Give him the strength and the faith to open door.

Siddhananda: He's still in the box, but, like I say, it is dissolving, and it's more open. It's like there's just two sides to it now. There's not the four that are so enclosed. Christ is there with the open arms, and the flame in the heart, with the love, and the purity. Krishna is there with the flute. The light is just so loving, you know? It's SO loving. It's saying, "Why are you holding?"

G:  Exactly!

The Light: "Why? I've always been here, child, for you."

G: Right, exactly.

The Light: "I love you always . Always I have. You never had to fear from me."

G: Right.

Siddhananda: (taking in a deep breath, then closing her eyes) There is a feeling that it is going now for him. I see him just sitting there without that cage. I see him sitting almost like a child there, looking up in wonder (tears welling up).

G: Right. All you have to do is stretch out your hand. That's all you have to do is stretch out your hand and ... (holding both hands out with open palms in gesture of asking from the heart) ... they are happy to give.

Siddhananda:  He's sitting there with them. It's an image more of a child. It's a man, but feeling like a child ... a little vulnerable, afraid, but without those confinements around him, and just in wonder like ... "I'm loved." You know?

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: He's starting to feel that with like, "I'm loved. I'm not alone."

G: Right. You're never alone. God is always present if you open your heart to it. If you try to keep your heart sealed to protect yourself, there's no protection there. There's only a jail, and no love can come in then.

Siddhananda: You know, I immediately saw that jail just blowing [away]. I don't know what force was there, but it did push it away, and he's still there with that. He's fine.

G: Yeah (nodding).

Siddhananda: He's a little nervous that that jail is going a little farther away, though. I kind of feel a little ... (shifting her body from side to side to indicate some wavering, or apprehension). He's turning his eyes toward God and Krishna, not towards that. You know, so ...

G:  ... he's making progress.

Siddhananda: Yeah!

G:  Slowly by slowly (nodding with approval).

Siddhananda: It's very much of a sweet, gentle energy. It's not a yanking, or a ... you have to do, or don't do. That jail is even open there if he wants to go back to that, he can.

G:  Right. There's always free will.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G:  That's why he's the one who has to open his heart, and move from that position. All you have to do is take one step from that position, and it will be given to you immediately.

Siddhananda: Right, because that door is open to the jail.

G: The door is open.

Siddhananda: The door is sitting behind him, but he's in the peace. So, it's not like he ... okay, so what would you like? I mean, you always have your own [will].

G: Exactly.

Siddhananda: Nothing is taken from you that you're not willing to give in that regard. You know?

G: Exactly!  Exactly!

Siddhananda: So, that's the scene now, and he's, slowly by slowly, feeling that music come into him ... wafting. It's just this gentle feeling of music softening his being, and feeling more like he's made a safety net around himself. That's all. There's some tears, but it's all good.

G: Mm hmm. Rather than having a safety net of the jail, have the safety net of the heart of God. Much better safety net (laughing softly and smiling).

Siddhananda: He hears you. He's just kind of not able to fully take this all in. It's a lot ... in goodness, but it is such a shift. He's okay with just sitting there, just listening now. He could even sleep there nicely, and be in a safe feeling.

G: Right.

Siddhananda:  So, ... (closing her eyes)

G: (closing her eyes) I just pray that he feels safe enough to open his heart to more light and love, and let that in.

Siddhananda: Well, that's helping the energy ... (inaudible).

G:  (continuing with the blessing) So the mind can still. So the mind can still. So the mind can still.

G and Siddhananda: (Both sitting in silence with closed eyes)

G:  May the mind be submerged in the heart. May the heart enter stillness. May he find peace.

Siddhananda: Some of that imagery is dissolving. It's just more, again, that light in the heart (placing both hands on her heart). I'm seeing and feeling some imagery of Mary. It's just a gentle, sweet feeling.  Some of that is dissolving, but there's still some bits.

G and Siddhananda: (sitting in silence for a time)

G: So, we just thank the Universe, the masters, and God for this. We thank Christ, and thank Krishna for coming to the aid of this soul.

G and Siddhananda: (both sitting in silence)

G:  And, so, we will leave them to that (gesturing namaste and laughing)

Siddhananda: (gesturing namaste with a big smile)

G: He's in very good hands on the other side (smiling).

Siddhananda: Oh, yeah (nodding).

G: So, we can leave them like that.

Siddhananda: No doubt.

Fragrance of the Bible

Siddhananda:  So, next. We do have a little clear rock there (showing a small clear rock). That's nice. Let's see (closing her eyes). Thomas ... Thomas something ... came from light like a comet. I don't know. Thomas ... hmm. So, Thomas, what questions do you have for us today (pausing). He's a spiritual man, a spiritual energy.

G: Aha

Siddhananda:  He can move like a comet, but let's see what questions [he has]. Again, I'm seeing the books. Maybe [it's] something about the scriptures. I don't know if it has something to do with the bible, because I did get a little image of that friar with the same kind of robes like a friar.

G: OK

Siddhananda: I don't know if that was his, but it's his way of saying that ... the Bible. So, let's see. What questions do you have?

G: Or, maybe he has a comment, not a question? Do you have a comment on the bible, or do you have something else to say about that, to bring forward?

Siddhananda: OK (pausing with eyes closed). I see the book and I'm hearing fragrance. [I'm seeing] like a bible open, and then I'm hearing fragrance

G: Aha

Siddhananda: Maybe he hasn't gotten to the full [Truth]. Let me ask if that's correct? Have you not gotten the full [meaning]? I don't know if he's embodied.

G: I'm wondering if this Thomas is the Thomas that wrote that book? There's a book of Thomas, that was in the Essenian Nag Hammadi? I think it's a Nag Hammadi [text] (referring to an archaeological find of papyrus codices dated back to the 2nd AD).

Siddhananda: Hmm, I'm not getting recognition with that so much. I just see that, and his energy there.

G: Aha

Siddhananda: Fragrance. Hmm, it's kind of tricky to decipher this one (pausing). He says he has a question.

G: OK

Siddhananda: ... and he says fragrance and the book and ... Ah, boy, not getting too much. Fragrance ... maybe [he's asking] how does he bring that into him more?

G: Yeah, the fragrance of the Bible

Siddhananda: He is saying, "yes" to that, and I just see a fragrance coming from this book, almost saying, how to ... (gesturing with her hands as if gathering up the fragrance and bringing into herself).

G: Ok, I think the best thing for this soul then is if he talks to Christ directly.

Siddhananda: OK.

G: It's better too ...

Siddhananda: It's only right from the source.

G: Yes, he can hear it from the source (smiling).

Siddhananda: And, I do see a comet image. Again, that's what he is reflecting back.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: (pausing) ... I think he's a pretty open, playful guy. Anyway, so to bring the Christ imagery in (asking G)?

G: Right, (closing her eyes) we're asking that the Christ come and open that wisdom to this soul.

Siddhananda: (pausing) ... And, it did stop him. I mean, he was zooming around (laughing)!

G: Haha (smiling)

Siddhananda: He was like ... boom! (gesturing to indicate rapid movement coming to a sudden halt) ... and there's that image of Christ, and He just stopped him there. I think there was a lot of movement there.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: So, he's at Christ's feet, and Christ has the Holy Bible, (has both hands out as if holding an open book) but like holding it ... like coming ... not the intellectual, but the coming with his energy through that book to him.

G: Aha, right (nodding). Right.

Siddhananda:  It's been transmitted that way ... immediately (chuckling and shaking her head with wonder).

G: Right.

Siddhananda: And, the energy is there.

G: If you want to know, then go to the source of the best part of it, yeah.

Siddhananda: Geez, what could be better than that? Man!

G: Let that be transmitted, absolutely, with clarity, yeah.

Siddhananda: That's happening now. It's a beautiful image actually, and his light is there. It just stopped him. He's at christ's feet, and that's coming through to him.

G: Aha

Siddhananda: That's the image. That's all you've got to do.

G: That's all you've got to do is ask Christ to reveal it to him. That's all.

Siddhananda: Yeah, Geez! Boy, it's a simple thing, and it really made such a huge difference. It's almost like maybe he didn't know. Maybe some just don't know.

G:  Yeah, I think they just don't know that they can ask Christ directly, especially in that plane of existence, to be revealed to them, rather than just ... oh, there's this book, and this and that ... because, the book has gotten twisted and turned. A lot of passages are not correct. So, it's best just to get the message from Christ directly, and then you REALLY get the fragrance of the book (laughing).

Siddhananda: No doubt. So, he's just still with that and that imagery. He's in good hands.

G: A lot of the books of the bible are not that great. They are coming from the author's writing, from the men that were living in that era, and it's their take on it, their take on Christ's message. It's their ideas about it.

Siddhananda: Aha, that makes sense.

G: [They were] not always the most enlightened, but (laughing) they have their own take and spin on it.

Siddhananda: It can get twisted so easily.

G: Yeah. So, there is a lot of things in there that are not of the highest caliber, not on the same things that Christ was saying.

Siddhananda: Aha

G: ...like Christ never had a problem with women. They were just as equal as men, but then you have Paul, "Saul of Tarsus," that comes in [and says] women need to be silent [in the] church, and this and that, and all this other nonsense. So, that was his take, and he's still in his own notions and hasn't broken through. He's not enlightened, and so you get a lot of that type of commentary in the Bible as well.

Siddhananda: Yeah. So, it's just hard, because you can see how if someone has confusion, things can get so twisted.

G: Right, right. So, all [of] the book was not written by the enlightened souls.

Siddhananda: Yeah

G: A lot of them were in the midst of their own journey, and it was putting down their ideas about things, etc. Don't get me wrong, there is a lot of really good things in the Bible. If you read the words of Christ, [it's] excellent ...excellent.

Siddhananda: Unbelievable, I think. So good.

G: Yeah, beautiful. There's a lot of good things in the Psalms, and a lot of things in a lot of the bible, but then again, there is a lot of things like stoning, and this and that, in the old testament. Things which are ... (holding both hands out as if to say, "come on") ... uh, okay, they need to be discarded.

Siddhananda: Yeah

G: So, anyway, we'll leave that there for now.

Siddhananda:  Yeah.

G: (laughing)

Siddhananda: Well, Thomas is in good hands and quiet.

G: So, Thomas is in great hands now (smiling).

Siddhananda: Definitely!

G: We will leave Thomas and Christ to commune for a while.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: That's great.

The Meaning of Kali

Siddhananda: (showing a purple rock) Ooh, I see a picture of an image of the cutting off of the head! I don’t know what that is … ooh! I wonder if that’s meaning Kali, or … yeah, I think that’s what they are saying with that. Hopefully, it wasn’t some kind of beheading. I don’t know! I’m just trying to get this clear.

G: Yeah, could we get a little more clarity on that?

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: What that image is for ...

Siddhananda: (closing eyes) That’s strong!

G: … in reference to?

Siddhananda: I’m kind of hearing, "Kali."

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: But, it’s very graphic. I’m just feeling it’s more of a physical nature that they are stuck on. So, let’s see what questions [they have].

Spirit: Kali, head of ego.

Siddhananda: Maybe explain more, or…

G: Oh, they want to know what that is?

Siddhananda: Let’s see (pausing). I think they are worried about it being a painful thing.

G: No, it’s not a painful thing (smiling). The representation of that is Kali cuts the heads of the demons. Whatever demon, mental spins you are in, that’s what gets cut, okay. So those are the sticking points of ego, and so that’s what gets cut, the ideations, and the false things that one is clinging to. They get cut, they get cut, they get cut ... so that one can move forward in clarity to that absolute, but there’s nothing to fear in that.

Siddhananda: I think that image is there more [because], they took it to be more of a physical pain thing.

G: Yeah, like it’s going to physically cut your head (slicing her neck).

Siddhananda: Yeah, yeah.

G: No, it’s not a physical death. It’s the death of the demonic, if you will, the demonic or the demon. They need to go in and explore the writings of… what’s it called? The Kali sutras …

Siddhananda:  Oh, the one that you talked about a lot?

G: Yeah, yeah.

Siddhananda: With the different manifestations, like…

G: Yeah, yeah.

Siddhananda:  Why can’t I… sometimes these things, they are there, but when you need them …

G: They are there, but it’s not popping in with the name of it right now.

Siddhananda: My gosh! I know, I can see it and feel it, but to verbalize it …

G: It’s the story of Durga and Kali … the Durga that people were praying to because the demons were overtaking the earth, the mental sphere of the earth, the mental sphere (moving hands around broadly). The gods got together, and they were calling Durga. Then Durga was fighting these demonic mental spins, if you will. We’ll just call them the mental spins and things. When Durga, when all her energies concentrate fully, it becomes Kali. So, Kali is the absolutely condensed version of going in, and working with those energies, the demons, and they cut the head of the demon, or the mental spins, so that it is no more. Okay, so, yeah, it’s releasing those mental spins.

Siddhananda: So, they are feeling then, it’s more energy, in a way.

G: (nodding) It’s energy. It’s not a physical beheading. It’s an energetic cutting of the head, of the life force from that mental spin that one is in.

Siddhananda: They like how you put that.

Spirit: Yeah, so it doesn’t necessarily mean that it would affect my body.

G: No, it doesn’t have anything to do with the body. It’s being willing to cut those mental spins. The Kali mantra is needed for that, because when Durga was cutting the head, when the … it’s very graphic. So, what happened was when she cut the head of the demon, when the blood came out, (gesturing with her hands like blood gushing from her neck) two, three more thoughts would go. Every time a drop of blood hit the earth, another thought would stream up … another thought, another thought, another thought. So, when you use the Kali mantras, what it’s showing is those different aspects of Kali, each one of them addresses something, some type of a mental spin, if you will, and cuts that, so that you can energetically go forward, and be cleared of it.

Siddhananda: They are feeling better about that. They just, I think, got caught up in a fear around it.

G: Right. There’s a lot of people, especially if you were born in India, if you are not around Bengal or around that part of India, they heard of Kali, and they think that it’s demonic or something. They don’t understand what the dark is. They don’t understand why she looked so gruesome holding this (holding up her arm in a fist the way Kali holds up a severed head). But, you've got to challenge all your fears. You have to challenge all of these things. So, it can be very fearful to one.

Siddhananda: Sure.

G: … that is not walking in a correct manner, so to speak, because Kali is there to cut out all the negatives, to address it and cut it, yeah.

Siddhananda: Yeah, so there is a bit to that. They are saying, "thank you."

G: She is time and the timeless. Yeah, and karma will catch up with you (laughing).

Siddhananda: I don’t know if it has to do with this soul.

G: Well, no, I’m just saying that karma will catch up. Time will catch up. So, better to go into cutting all of the drama out of the mental spins.

Siddhananda: Right, and walking a path of honesty, transparency and integrity is part of that.

G: Right, right. Exactly!

Siddhananda: This energy is more settled. So, should we leave it there then?

G: Yeah, we’ll leave it there. Maybe someone that’s on the other side that understands more of Kali, or the energy of Kali itself, can come and give some more wisdom to that.

Siddhananda: I know there has been others here, and I’m sure that there are more there, that can continue to guide this soul.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: All right. Namaste!

G: Namaste. Yeah, nothing to fear with Kali if you are doing it in the right way.

Siddhananda: Sure.

G: Yeah, a lot of people, they've got mistaken notions, and they think she’s black Tantra or something.

Siddhananda: Because of the black, it’s so absorbing.

G: Because of the black, they don’t understand the symbology. So, they take it in fear, and not knowing that cutting the heads is liberation, that that’s liberation. What it’s representing there is liberation.

Siddhananda: Yeah, yeah, a good thing. You can’t always say that if something appears this way that it means this or that, but it has a very potent message of liberation in all those symbols.

G: Exactly.

Seeking Christ Directly

Siddhananda: Here’s our next little energy rock (showing a rock). All right!

G: A little point of energy.

Siddhananda: A point of energy. (smiling) For some reason when I set these ones down they want to be pointed this way. I’m not quite sure why. It’s all good, whatever it is. (pause)

So right away, I see someone with a hood, taking the hood off and it's in white and there are flowers. The flowers are beautiful and being reflected back. Maybe they like these images [the statues and images in the room]. I am not sure, but that is what is being reflected back to me. It may be an offering.

Let’s see if there’s any questions. I’ll just say thank you for that image. And do you have any questions for us today? He’s getting silence of mind, sweetness. I think there are mental graspings. I’m hearing mental graspings and quite obviously this is a Christian kind of energy. So what questions do you have? They want to kneel down to Christ’s feet. They want to, as you were talking, they want to say they are aware that they can just ask Christ.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: They want to say thank you for putting that energy out more. I don’t know why they haven’t done that.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: Maybe they just wanted to be here right now.

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: So they do want to lay it all down for Christ.

G: And you can. You can just say, “On the altar of truth I lay myself” and ask to know God directly. And that’s what Christ came to do, so you can know the Father. Christ said if you know me, you know the father that sent me. Well, you can also know the father that sent him directly. You can put yourself on the altar of truth.

Siddhananda: So that is being done with the image of Christ there and her light, her energy is there at is feet, like the similar images we have seen with that. For some reason she is drawn here because of these [moving hands around the room, referring to the statues and images that are in the room]. But it seems fine so (namaste gesture)...

G: (Namaste gesture) Yeah, I think that some of the ones that come, some of the ones who are really devoted to Mary, they need to, at this point, move closer to Christ directly.

Siddhananda: Right. That makes sense.

G: They don’t need to have an interceder.

Siddhananda: And that’s what I think that [was], now that you mention that, more than likely what it was is that they were really pretty absorbed in those kind of images…

G: Right. Exactly.

Siddhananda: …and vibrations.

G: Right, so if that’s where they have been [then] they need to let go of the Mother Mary prayers and they need to go to Christ directly. Man does not need an interceder of Mary, etc.

Siddhananda: (nodding) And that makes sense.. that feels like what happened here. It was gentle, that was the energy that was reflected back and once that did happen [and they went to Christ directly], they opened up quite easily. It is going to the source directly.

G: Yeah, this is the difficulty when you are dealing with ones that have been in Catholicism. That in Catholicism, they don’t go to Christ directly. They believe they either have to go to the priest or to Mary. So they are either attached to the priesthood or Mary, but they don’t know Christ directly.

Siddhananda: Wow, because you would think that they have been so involved in that, they would go [directly to Christ] immediately, but some of those energies keep them on that path.

G: Right, because they are praying to Mary, they are not praying to Christ directly.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: Yeah, “Hail Mary, full of grace.”

Siddhananda: Right.

G: “Blessed art thou among the children and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death.” So where in that is Christ?

Siddhananda: (nodding) Understood, yeah.

G: So, now for them, they need to at this point turn to Christ directly and know Christ directly.

Siddhananda: Yeah, well, good!

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: Okay, makes sense. We have had a few that are feeling like that. So alright. Onward!

G: Not that I have anything against Mary. Don’t get me wrong. (laughing)

Siddhananda: It’s not that. I just think they just wanted to move forward and lay on Christ’s feet. So that’s a good thing.

G: Yeah, they needed to… it’s a different thing to go directly.

Siddhananda: If you want to stay with Mary and that’s where you are at right now, that’s your thing. But this one was asking to move forward.

G: Yeah, no, they need to move forward from that.

Siddhananda: Yeah, makes sense. All right!

Cincinnati Rain

Siddhananda: Okay, moving along here! We got another rock, nice and clear (showing a rock). I’m just saying, “Cincinnati.” I don’t know why I’m hearing Cincinnati. (laughing)

G: (singing) Cincinnati! (laughing)

Siddhananda: Yeah, I don’t know, maybe they lived there. Or, maybe they know the song. Or maybe they like that song. (singing) Cincinnati! I’m not even real familiar with Cincinnati and what’s there. So, maybe they are from the U.S.

G: I just remember that old TV program, the one where they are supposed to be doing that radio station that’s in Cincinatti. (laughing)

Siddhananda: Yeah, well, this one’s…

G: “WKRP in Cincinnati.” (singing to the tune) Something like that. (laughing)

Siddhananda: Oh, now that you say that, I kind of recognize it. (smiling)

G: (laughing) Something like that. I just remember that old program!

Siddhananda: (laughing) So, something with Cincinnati, but let’s see if we can go a little deeper.

G: Let’s see if we can go a little more.

Siddhananda: Because we might need a little more.

G: We might need just a little more to grasp onto here.

Siddhananda:  That would be, yeah…

G: Cincinatti is kind of broad subject.

Siddhananda: What do you think, we read people’s minds or what? I’m just teasing. (laughing)

G: Actually, yes! (laughing)

Siddhananda: What do you think? Anyway, what do you take us for? (joking) So, okay, let’s try again here. (pause) I do see Cincinnati. I do see a picture of a roof with a lot of rain coming on it, strong… I am still hearing Cincinnati. Okay, maybe Cincinnati has a lot of rain. But, let’s see what the connection would be. (pause) They're in that house, I see someone in that house with the rain on the roof, in Cincinnati maybe. There’s someone in there [that] they are worried about. Let’s see if that’s correct. (pause) Maybe they are worried about someone there. Maybe there is someone about to pass.. I don’t know.

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: Let me see if that’s correct. (pause) It’s feeling right. I’m seeing a body in that house.

G: Yeah. What’s their concern with their passing?

Siddhananda: Just worried that they will be in pain or that kind of thing. I don’t know if it’s about the passing part as much as just their feeling like that is coming and they want to make sure they have the light in their heart.

G: So we can just go ahead and do some prayer for them. (bowing head and closing eyes)

Siddhananda: (closing eyes) Okay. (long pause of silence) Nice! And I did see that house and there was some light in there. And I think that’s very settling to this person.

G: Yeah.

Spirit: Very nice! I want to say thank you so much! Thank you so much!

Siddhananda: They are crying.

Spirit: Amen!

Siddhananda: And so they feel more settled and they can relax. And there’s the light with this particular soul.

G: Yeah, they can also be there. You can also go help usher him across as well.

Siddhananda: They are saying they want to, and then, they will.

G: Yeah, I’ve asked that Christ be there as well and that he would basically open his heart and give him a chance to meet Christ before he passes and accept him. And open the light to heaven and just let him know that everything is okay. So…

Siddhananda: That sounds just right for this particular soul. They will be there to kind of [give] a hand. That’s what they wanted. They just want to make sure he has got the right things in place. (laughing)

G: That’s [there], he’s got the opportunities.

Siddhananda: Yeah!

G: He’s got the opportunities for that. It sounds like it’s not something that he looked for in life or he knew enough about.

Siddhananda: I think that’s it.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: I think he’s a good man, but…

G: He’s a good man, but didn’t have the opportunity to…

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: …to know Christ or know Christ in a beneficial way.

Siddhananda: It feels like Christ really resonates with this particular energy… and prayers and things. So, very nice!

G: Thank you! (Namaste gesture)

Siddhananda: Amen!

G: Amen!

Siddhananda: Boy, you never know! (laughing) I was a hospice worker, but I didn’t know how it would turn this way. Geez! Okay. (grimacing) Hospice nurse…

G: Well, we have done a few things with hospice though in the past.

Siddhananda: We have! I did the nursing and then we did some energy work for some of the patients.

G: We did. We did some energy work for a few patients to aid them in their passing.

Siddhananda: It’s kind of similar stuff in many ways. (laughing) You just don’t know!

Rushing Water

Siddhananda: Okay! (showing a rock) Pretty one. (pause) Okay, so I’m just letting you know that the imagery I am seeing is a really strong rushing water. There is a board, or maybe a block there. I do see the water pushing up against that and maybe even going over it. Let’s see... I’m hearing tipping… grounding. Maybe needing some grounding with this process that seems very strong and it is breaking through some boundaries that were there but they need some… It’s a lot for them. They need a little bit more… something that keeps them a little more grounded and not so… they are just being swept up.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: It’s strong.

G: Maybe do the “Our Father.” (nodding) Yeah.

Siddhananda: (nodding) And that’s resonating for them. I’m hearing some of that prayer in my mind. And I see someone within the strong current in prayer (hands in prayer position) and I see that water rushing over there. They are able to get a little bit of…

G: Right.

Siddhananda: …a little bit of something there so that they can kind of ease a little.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: It’s just too much.

G: It’s a little overkill for them.

Siddhananda: Yeah! And I don’t know what they have done before, but I think they have taken in a lot of different practices.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: And maybe not had a center point for those practices. Just kind of everything just felt good and right and it was too much… it’s taking too much momentum.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: So I do see a very nice picture of light with someone praying (holding her hands in prayer position) but with the water going (hands in circular motion) so they are not so swept up.

G: Right, and they can find the rivers of living waters that let it be… yeah.

Siddhananda: A little more calmer.

G: A little more calm, yeah. And they can ask Christ to come in.

Siddhananda: Yeah, and I do see that energy there.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: So I think it’s going to give them some balance and a little more slowing down of whatever. Like I said, those practices build an energy, and I think what’s happening is it’s just caught up in really too much.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: If you don’t have [a Guru], again, like I know me, when I first started, I did a lot [of practices]… I didn’t know.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: I did some different [practices]… and I didn’t know. It was too much and I don’t suggest it. Just taking and picking and choosing… I didn’t know.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: This is really caught up with this particular soul. This is really good start for them, too. And it’s soft and it’s heart-centered, too. It’s… okay… very good.

G: Namaste!

Soul Release

Siddhananda: (laughing) I do remember this rock (showing a rock), because I remember the pink...

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: ...and then the little thing around it (pointing to the yellow band), a little gold.

G: You’ll see many of the same ones… many, many, many times (laughing).

Siddhananda: Oh, I’m sure! But, it’s just interesting. You see a lot of the same ones. Some of them are more popular though, in this moment. But that could change. Some others could come to the forefront. Anyway, okay, so! Let’s see what’s happening with this one. (pause) Soul release, release soul. (smiling) Soul release, mental harmony seeking.

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: I feel that they have had some tastes of quietude and silence and stillness, and, they are seeking to be single-minded. One-pointed.

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: Maybe in their practices…

G: Right.

Siddhananda: …and in their journey now.

G: So, maybe the COS.

Siddhananda: And they are very happy with that. And again, when you say COS, I see that being imprinted and coming and they are just very, very happy with that. I think that this one is kind of, at least it feels to me, that they are pretty open, they are pretty heart-centered and this will really help them a lot, the COS.

G: So that will really help them open up a little bit more.

Siddhananda: For sure!

G: Yeah, balance out.

Siddhananda: (nodding) So, namaste!

G: Namaste.

Treading Water

Siddhananda: (showing a rock) Another little [one], kind of like the one we had a little bit earlier. (pause) Okay, I’m getting… [let me] make sure that this is for this one, but… I see someone that is treading water (laughing). That is kind of what I am getting. They want to go more with the current, more with the flow. They are finding a lot of stopping places and getting absorbed in whatever is happening there. Let’s see what kind of practices they have done. (pause) As we are speaking, I’m seeing more flow happening for this energy, like a flow coming in. At first I saw more [of] the circles in the water or maybe it was just someone was there and that energy just sort of…

G: Right.

Siddhananda: …stuck in one spot.

G: They are just stuck in one spot…

Siddhananda: Right!

G: …in one thing, yeah.

Siddhananda: Right, yeah. I’m feeling even as we speak some more flushing through.

G: Yeah, I would say just be more open to the moment rather than being in a stale practice that you are doing over and over and over by rote.

Siddhananda: (nodding) Okay.

G: Yeah. I think that probably what they did with the treading water is that they are stuck in one practice that they have done over and over and over, but, it has just become a… (flapping her fingers together like talking). They haven’t gotten to the heart of it. It’s not moving them. They are just mouthing the words.

Siddhananda: Right, yeah.

G: (again, flapping her fingers together like talking) Just mouthing the words. So when you are mouthing the words, you are just going to tread water. You are not going to go anywhere. You are just going to be sitting there paddling, (moving her arms like treading water) doing the same thing and be stuck. So for this one I would say, just the immediate thing, just be in the moment. Be open to life. Be open to the moment. Yeah, and then go forward.

Siddhananda: Let that carry you a little more…

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: ..versus.. just like you say, just sort of having… people get into these patterns.

G: Right, right, right.

Siddhananda: That’s what I am seeing, the patterns in the water. I mean, it’s just kind of there and needs to be…

G: Right, you get into these practices but it’s just all intellect. It’s intellectual and you haven’t opened to feel. You haven’t opened to really be in the moment with what’s there.

Siddhananda: Right, connecting with even what’s around you,

G: Exactly, right.

Siddhananda: …nature or whatever is there in the moment.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: Kind of, “here I am” with this (holding arms tight close to her)… rather than opening… (pressing arms outward)

G: Right, right. The first step is to be able to connect with nature and connect with life that’s going on around them instead of isolating…

Siddhananda: Makes sense!

G: …in this one practice, which has just become just a verbal… (flapping her fingers together, like talking)

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: …yada yada. That’s going nowhere. (laughing)

Siddhananda: Okay, yeah. Get’s tiring, too!

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: Okay, so there is some more flushing through. So, that’s probably pretty good right now for this being.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: Okay.

G: I think that’s where they need to head next. (laughter)

Siddhananda: Yeah, so, thank you!

G: Thank you! Yeah, I was just getting more of that Buddhist type of a thing that they are doing, that kind of sending out that goodness and stuff.

Siddhananda: Right.

G: But, it has all just become verbal…

Siddhananda: Yeah, something is happening in that way.

G: …verbal ba ba ba… (flapping fingers like talking)

Siddhananda: which can happen over time… With some practices, for sure… And also if it’s really not very heart centered…

G: Right.

Siddhananda: …or open. Not to say… I don’t think people know that there is that difference. I know that in this path you have always talked about opening up to life and breathing in the moment and not closing it, you know what I mean. just so there is a balance between effortlessness and making some efforts, versus…

G: Right. There’s a big difference between intellectualization of practices and [being] very heart centered. So, I feel that this one was more into the (holding her hands up by her head) intellectualized ideas of it, but not really fully feeling…

Siddhananda: Makes sense.

G: …opening to everything. Yeah.

Siddhananda: And that’s definitely a big part of the practices, opening up and…

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: …listening and being present, not just in your own, whatever stuff is with you.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: Okay, so next!

Embodying Non-Dual

Siddhananda: Ok, next! So, we're moving on to another lingam.

G: Another Shiva linga.

Siddhananda: This one has a nice feeling to it.

G: Aha.

Siddhananda: (Pause)... I’m just getting a feeling of Non-Duality with this energy. Like the books... I'm seeing the non-dual scriptures, kind of dissolved. Maybe they did a lot of reading before but it is coming into an embodiment of richness, like, I guess, because [of] this chocolate color [of the stone].

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: But, it's an earthy rich.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: Coming more to a richness. I don't feel like they've completed, but that is beginning that process of embodying the non-dual Consciousness. I guess they did... this is sort of their way of showing that.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: It's very... it's becoming rich.

G: Good.

Siddhananda: And... so, what questions do you have for us today? (Pause)... Hmm... I don't know, I see zero, I [am not sure]...And maybe they're saying that's kind of where they know to go and also they don't have... I'm just seeing zero.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: A zero... in my heart.

G: So, I think for them the best thing is to, at this point, go into the cave and just contemplate Zero.

Siddhananda: Perfect!

G: And let that continue to absorb them into that "Parabrahman," that "IS."

Siddhananda: That sounds just right.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: So we'll put him over by there and let him continue to contemplate the deeper things.

Siddhananda: It's a good place to do it.

G: It's a good place, yeah. The crystal cave is a great place to be in there.

Siddhananda: Oh man, I'd jump into that thing, I tell you.

G: (laughter)

Siddhananda: It looks good in there.

G: (laughing)

Siddhananda: I'm sure the energy [in there] is lovely right now, kind of like a refreshment.

G: Yeah

Siddhananda: I can feel it there.

Potent Practices

Siddhananda: Okay! We got another [linga].. (showing a rock)

G: Another linga!

Siddhananda: I’ve never seen this linga before, so, I will put him down, him/her, energy. Let’s see here... Oooh, a strong energy! I just feel something that went right into my heart, not in a bad way. It’s a very potent energy! Grounded or… Okay, so how can we help you today? (pause).. It sounds like they’re really benefiting just from being here. I’m still trying to get what the feeling of it [is]. I don’t… it’s strong, whatever it is and I’m trying to see what avenue they’re going with this. (pause).. So they are seeking the light and that’s good. I’m trying to get that clarified.

G: What has been your practice so far? Do you have a teacher that you have been with?

Siddhananda: I’m feeling that they do and again… I’m not getting a lot of “this is particular” and “that’s that.” I’m just getting more feeling with this one…

G: Right.

Siddhananda: …of energies. And I think there have been some potent practices that have been done. I don’t want to say Tantric…

G: Right.

Siddhananda: …but something…

G: Right.

Siddhananda: …very potent with this energy that’s been done with their practices. So in terms of… I think they just want that stilling, to come more into the Absolute, or unified, because there is maybe some energy of some of those practices, more that are there. It is fire like, but it’s grounded and it’s a good thing. I just…

G: Maybe the Kali mantras would be good for them. Break through the last of the residual. Cut the last ties.

Siddhananda: That feels really good. For some reason I see that … is it the Nag baba? The ones that wear the black.

G: Oh, Agoris.

Siddhananda: Agori! That’s what it is. Where am I getting Nag? Is it…

G: Naga.

Siddhananda: Naga! (nodding)

G: Naga is the other one, like Sundar Puri was a Naga.

Siddhananda: All right, so Agori. That’s what it was.

G: Agori is the black.

Siddhananda: And right away…

G: They have very difficult… yeah…

Siddhananda: I am feeling that. I just got a flash of that Agori that I know we saw when we were in India. But it was a flash of that kind of thing and it is hard.

G: It’s very difficult.

Siddhananda: (laughing) It is a hard path. So…

G: Yeah, they challenge all the belief systems.  When they are eating the dead flesh of the people and everything. Everything they do that’s supposed to be bad or forbidden, they do in order to break through the mindset of it being… So that’s why they do what they do.

Siddhananda: Interesting.

G: Challenging everything. Challenging every belief system.

Siddhananda: Right.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: It feels like, at least a blend of that, was something potent in there.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: I mean it’s just got that… it’s a hard, very potent practices…

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: …very strong practices this energy has been involved in, but wanting to have that come into more [stillness]… I guess sort of those kinds of things burning to ash and leaving the heart…

G: Right.

Siddhananda: …the beauty of the heart… the fire… Maybe bringing those practices out, but they want that part to go… only what remains.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: So…

G: So, yeah, I would say do the Kali.

Siddhananda: And that sounds right for this being. Because I am kind of seeing some black, not in a bad way.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: I just think they are so grounded. They’re strong. And that Kali resonates.

G: It needs to have a strong energy at this point, yeah.

Siddhananda: Right. Okay, so, good!

G: So they can get that from the other side, I think.

Siddhananda: Yeah, the mantras are there for sure. So, let me make sure that that’s… (closing eyes). Yeah, that’s starting to weave its way into this energy. (laughing) There it goes, okay, so, namaste!

G: So, I think we’ll leave them here at the cave for a while.

Siddhananda: Do you want me to put him over there? (in the healing center)

G: Yeah, I think he’s going to want to stay here for a while to do some of those…

Siddhananda: So let him go and transfer in there (putting the rock in the crystal caves).

G: Yeah, he can go transfer in the cave. It would be good for him for a while.

Siddhananda: Okay, I’ll put him in back up in here then.

Fill my Cup

Siddhananda: Okay, we're moving along and this is our next one. (showing a cream colored stone with a large purple spot in the middle) I like this one with the little coloring on the top. And right away I hear "mocha... chocolate mocha!" (laughter)

G: Mocha! (laughter)

Siddhananda: Well, it's kind of that way. (laughing) Mocha, cappuccino.

G: Ohhh (hands out as if to say so good) (laughing) Oh, you're bad!

Siddhananda: (Has hands out as if holding a cup) With frothy foam and just… (gesturing aroma)

G: Oh my God!

Siddhananda: A lot of steam... (gesturing steam rising) steam, steam, they're wanting to share that wafting.

G: Yeah, thank you, thank you!

Siddhananda: We love this fragrance.

G: Yeah, thank you for that.

Siddhananda: They're like a wonderful cup of coffee.

G: I've been without coffee now for a week and dieting. (laughing)

Siddhananda: Oh no, they're saying no. They kind of just want to give it to you. Here's the steam and the fragrance!

G: (laughing)

Siddhananda: I can feel the warm cup in my hand.

G: Ohhh!

Siddhananda: And it feels so good and and it just… you get the little bit of foam on your lip, and… Anyway, but they almost feel like they're that, kind of... They're kind of saying that's kind of them, I mean they make people feel good.

G: Oh, okay. (laughter)

Siddhananda: (laughing) They warm them up. They give them that first kind of taste.

G: Okay. (laughing)

Siddhananda: I know it sounds silly, but that's kind of what they're saying.

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: …and I see some icy cold, and they're warm. (holding hands to the chest as if holding something warm) And they like to do that for people. They like to make them feel [warm].

G: People pleaser.

Siddhananda: A little bit, I think they are.

G: They're a people pleaser.

Siddhananda: And so, they came with that, and I think that's what they're… (laughing) I'm sorry!

G: Some of the images are great! (laughing)

Siddhananda: They are, because I can still see that foam. You get it on the top of the lip.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: But if you got a lot of foam… because I love foam! (laughing)

G: Yeah, the foam is good. (laughing)

Siddhananda: So, anyway, so, let me ask what kind of questions do you have… and they're saying you're right (pointing to G) with the people-pleaser thing.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: And that has been… I think they're ready to shed that.

G: Yeah, that's good. That's good, because…

Spirit: People love coffee, but I need to move on.

G: But you need to move on, yeah. You can't move on if you're always making everyone else happy. Like I said, you can't make everybody happy, and if you try to make everybody happy, then you lose yourself, you lose the salt. If the salt has lost its flavor, what good is it?

Siddhananda: …And then I get the image of like him, himself, drinking that coffee. He needs to…

G: He needs to… exactly.

Siddhananda: Do that for himself.

G: He needs to do that.

Siddhananda: Before offering it.

G: Exactly. He needs to stand up for his own truth, and for his own path, and not put everybody first, because then he has no time to walk his own.

Siddhananda: Yeah, and that's kind of the man he's been and it's depleted him.

G: Exactly.

Siddhananda: This is emptied. I do see the cup empty.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: He needed to have that coffee to drink.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: And he gave it all away so much.

G: Exactly.

Siddhananda: He didn't have… his cup was empty.

G: Right, right, and that's what can happen if you just give to others and give to others and you get nothing back. That's what happens, you get depleted.

Siddhananda: And I am seeing a doormat, that maybe he's kind of been a doormat and people could just rub dirt off on him.

G: Exactly, exactly!

Siddhananda: Because he never fought back or put boundaries up or… and it left with that dirt of other people, trying to wipe their feet on him.

G: So, people think that the best path is to always be that, and it's not. No, you have to stand for truth. You have to stand for truth... and you just can't let people always walk all over you and use and abuse.

Siddhananda: Right, he’s…

G: That's not a spiritual way to go.

Siddhananda: Yeah, he's got a lot of other people's footprints on him.

G: Exactly.

Siddhananda: He can't do this anymore.

G: No.

Siddhananda: He thought, as you were saying this, is kind of a loving heart, someone loving.

G: Exactly.

Siddhananda: Might do this because I see a heart…

Spirit: This is what I believe is a way of caring for others.

G: Right, right.

Spirit: To use me and…

G: Right, and there's a lot of that in some of the Buddhism paths and stuff where they have that type of a mentality and it's not beneficial.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: One has to stand for their truth and they have to stand in the light and not just always give everything away from yourself and you have no self left. So, yeah.

Siddhananda: He’s… that's what's happened to this soul. He’s a very... he's sweet in his heart. Of course!

G: Yes, of course!

Siddhananda: How does he revive his own soul? He needs to fill that cup up himself so he can have some strength, and not be… he feels just kind of open to other people's feelings... all that stuff.

G: Right, right.

Siddhananda: That has just consumed him and really depleted him. And what to do?

G: Aha. (long pause) I just want him to say within himself the "I Am That I Am.”

Siddhananda: Now or… ?

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: Okay.

G: And as an ongoing thing.

Siddhananda: (pause) I see that energy moving into his being. And it feels almost like for him, and this is my feeling, kind of like it's giving him, him back. I guess a little bit.

G: Exactly.

Siddhananda: Because it feels “I Am That I Am.”

G: Yeah.

Spirit: I am.

G: Exactly!

Spirit: I'm my own.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: Not in a bad way, but…

G: Not in a bad way.

Siddhananda: I'm my own, I guess, just a little bit.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: I can take myself back.

G: Exactly.

Siddhananda: And he likes that a lot.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: And he does want to say... he's kind of offering you that mocha. (laughter) Just to say he loves... just feels good and thank you!

G: Ok, thank you... Namaste. (gesturing namaste)

Siddhananda: Namaste. I just say what comes, I mean, I don't know... Images are like a doorway that leads you to really put together the puzzle of that being. It comes, I‘m sorry! (laughing)
