Clarity and Stillness

Siddhananda: Okay, so we’ll kind of show them as we go here (showing a rock). So we get a lot of similar rocks. A lot of these look familiar to me. Some rocks are more popular than others. So… (pause) Clarity, on something… Clarity on how to be still. Sounds like there has been some confusion for this soul and [I’m] trying to see where that is stemming from.

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: Something about, there was some confusion and then it was connected in with something (holding fingers together). It’s just maybe not bringing clarity and stillness and all those good things.

G: Right, right.

Siddhananda: Something that was not clear. Maybe they had a connection. They were a student with someone that wasn’t clear. I don’t quite see… but I just see some dirt there.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: Their confusion stems from a connection with a being that possibly gave them the wrong direction, or...

G: Right, okay. Being still does not mean sitting in a cave, [with an] unmoving body. Stillness can be done while you’re moving, while you’re walking. What needs to still is the mind. The mind needs to submerge into the non-dual. So what needs to still is... find that still center. In the center of being is that point of stillness. That’s the stillness you need to find.

Siddhananda: And they are trying to relax with that. I think there was that connection there and I don’t know if it put them off on a course that was not beneficial to them. But they were also kind of… when they went to that particular source of direction, they were… they didn’t know. They were kind of vulnerable. And I think it sort of set them on a course that wasn’t good. But this is resonating now. So, I can feel them relaxing more, kind of sinking in the moment and the energy.

G: Right. They can do “OM” and they can do “COS.”

Siddhananda: Okay!

G: If they choose.

Siddhananda: They would like them both, if possible. The COS, just yeah, I don’t think anyone is going to refuse that too easily.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: Okay, so very good. And that is coming in that energy for this being. So…

G: Yeah, so just continue to work on coming to that still point of the heart. And that quietude, it doesn’t have to do with not moving of the body, etc. It has to do with the stilling of the mind. Okay?

Siddhananda: Okay, that’s good clarification. Here we go! Namaste.

G: Namaste.
