Heart of Being

Siddhananda: Okay, next! (showing a small light brown translucent stone)

G: Next (smiling)

Siddhananda: Our next little beautiful gem here... let's see what they're going to radiate?

G: Let's see what the story is, today (smiling)

Siddhananda: (laughing) (long pause with closed eyes) Okay, what i'm seeing is just like a cage with birds in it, like doves, and then the cage opens up like a door and all the doves fly out in a stream.

G: Okay

Siddhananda: ..which is nice. (pause) okay, they want to [say] that's a message of opening up.

G: Right

Siddhananda: Opening up and let that beauty, that purity be.

G: Come out, it's already there... exactly

Siddhananda: Right

G: It's already there

Siddhananda: Right, and don't keep things caged up.. you have this beautiful fresh being there, release it, let it fly.

G: Right, if they contact the Heart of being [then] that's what's there, the holy spirit.. the holy spirit is already there.

Siddhananda: Yeah

G: Ready to fly, but they've got to open to it, they have to allow it to take place.

Siddhananda: Right so, that's what they're saying

G: (pause) It's a good message

Siddhananda: hmm hmm.. and then that image is fading, i just see more of, again, light.

G: Okay. (nodding) Right

Siddhananda: And that was their message today, which was nice (hand on heart)

G: Thank you for that (gesturing Namaste) Namaste

Siddhananda: Yeah, we'll move them on

One With All

Siddhananda: Okay, then a few more! (showing a rock) They are in oneness.

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: He’s saying. “I’m one with all.”

G: Okay.

Siddhananda: But, his mind is not completely still.

G: Just what?

Siddhananda: His mind is not completely still, though.

G: Right, because he’s in oneness. (laughing) Right.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: He’s got a little further to go.

Siddhananda: So, they would like to break this. In their heads, they felt like maybe this was it or whatever.

G: Yeah, that’s not it.

Siddhananda: That’s why they are coming, because they know their mind is not completely still.

G: Right, they have recognized that. So, at this time, we’ll do, “OOOMMMM.” So, we’ll just let him do the sound of the universe and then go back through that into that zero point. (pause) Go into that sound and that resonance.

Siddhananda: And that definitely helped with more expansion. I could feel the pools coming out, out, out (making circles with her fingers), like the rings in water moving out. (pause) Well, they are definitely a lot quieter. Maybe we should put him up on the third shelf?

G: Yeah, we’ll put him up there.

Siddhananda: Let that resonate for him for a while.

G: Yeah.

Life Review

Siddhananda: (showing a rock) Okay, so we got another little guy. (pausing)

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: Okay, so another African spirit. I do see a lot of animals, giraffes, zebras..

G: We’re back to the Wild Kingdom! (laughing)

Siddhananda: (laughing) We were there in the beginning, now we’re back. National Geographic! We’ve got all the animals.

G: There you go! So what does Wild Kingdom, National Geographic have for us today?

Siddhananda: ..and I can see just a very lovely, very dark skin person that is laughing.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: And they do seem so good spirited, those that have come from that area, really.

G: Absolutely!

Siddhananda: So good spirited, really. So cute! So, I can see the jewelry on them. There’s a spear. They’ve got the jewelry that they have made by themselves and all of that. So, we’ll see.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: So, he’s saying [it's] a joy to meet you! He’s just smiling and smiling.

Spirit: [it's an] honor to meet you!

G: A joy to meet you as well!

Spirit: Honor[ed] to be here!

Siddhananda: Okay. They wanted to flash an image of their beautiful land, too, with the animals and things. And the sun and all that good stuff there.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: So, now I’m seeing him with another man. They are doing some kind of bartering thing. Money is being exchanged. Yeah, that’s about his friend, not him.

G: Okay.

Siddhananda:  He’s concerned with his friend, maybe doing something not so honest in that area.

G: Ah, not so good. Yeah.

Siddhananda: Now that image is fading a little bit, but he’s worried about his friend.

G: Yeah. So does he have a question for us or is that it? He’s just worried about his friend?

Siddhananda: He does honor the light and he’s interested in that. He was hoping maybe through that that may help, this kind of dishonesty, because he loves his friend.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: He just feels like sometimes people are compelled to go in these directions. It’s not like they shouldn’t get wake up calls, but so many people are doing it and they follow along and things.

G: Right. Well, when he passes out of form and he comes to the other side, he’ll get a life review, he’ll see what he has done and then he can choose to change.

Siddhananda: He’s saying, “Okay, thank you. Thank you!” And he does honor the light. He is very connected with the animals and all that in his heart and that land of his.

G:  Right.

Siddhananda:  So, he’s just wanting to put out energy that helps that, the planet, and all the creatures, the whole bit. And he’s putting up his sword like this (holding up her arm).

G: Yeah, I would just say for him, do the “Om That I Am,” the “I Am That I am.” Just be happy.

Siddhananda: Yeah. He’s a jolly person, he really is.

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: He’s saying thank you. He’s putting his hand to his heart. He wants to offer you a piece of jewelry he made.

G: Oh, how sweet.

Siddhananda: It almost looks like it has to do with an animal. He wants to offer that in energy and just there you are (motioning giving a gift to G).

G: Tell him thank you for that.

Siddhananda: Yeah, and he’s bowing.

G: That’s very sweet. (laughing) Yeah, I love that one picture over in Africa. They have one place that people go and stay and they have the giraffes that come in the window.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: And the giraffes are sticking their heads in there. (laughing)

Siddhananda: Through the window. (laughing) That’s awesome!

G: I love it! That would be so [much] fun to be some place and you would have this big giraffe coming up in the morning.

Siddhananda: Oh yeah, totally! I think it would be amazing. But, yeah, that’s his land. I guess if you live there, it’s just part of you. But if we were there, we would be, “Wow, that’s amazing!”.. They are very cute from there, very, very sweet, at least the ones we have encountered so far.

G: Yeah!

Tangled in Intellect

Siddhananda: Let’s see what’s next. (pausing with closed eyes).. OK, they’re saying they're tangled up. How to untangle [they’re wondering], why they’re so tangled?

G: Right.

Siddhananda: ..in intellect, in intellectual understandings.

G: Right, right, yep. Like the donkey bearing books (Laughing).

Siddhananda: Right (nodding).

G: Big burden.. doesn’t get a lot out of it. (Clearing throat) Yeah, intellectual knowledge only goes so far. So I would say for that one to start with the Om-That-I-Am and the I-Am-That-I-AM, and just sit in quietude and begin to observe and open the mind and let go of all the belief systems... and I would say for that one they can also have the COS, and that will help to open kundalini so they start to really have all those belief systems that they’ve gained challenged... to see what they are and what they’re not. (smiling)

Siddhananda: Did you say they could have COS?

G: Yeah, they can have the COS, because they need to... the kundalini needs to awaken and they need to go through the process and the layers of consciousness and see what all of those belief systems are that they’ve gathered, [what they] are and are not.

Siddhananda: Yes, Ok great. So we’ll put them over there.

Cleansing

Siddhananda: Ok, so next, we have one that was here from yesterday. (showing a small pinkish stone)

G: Ok

Siddhananda: Let's see (pausing with closed eyes) I don't remember their drama yesterday, but i do feel them as being lighter, they were sitting over by the healing stones.

G: Ok

Siddhananda: I see a bit of pool, it's kind of half dark, half lighter, and it's got some rings in it.

G: Some what's in it?

Siddhananda: Some rings in it... like in the water, like a little pool

G: Ok

Siddhananda: (pause) like a little energy pool, i guess, but it does have some darkness, sludge and it's got some lighter look to it.. so, maybe some of their sludge has been cleaned away, i don't know. But, let's see if they have anymore questions or? (pause) They want to keep on being rinsed clean and they are asking for the COS

G: Oh, ok, yeah, they can have the COS

Siddhananda: Ok, i just saw the COS reflected in that water, so will give it to them and move..

G: That will help (laughing)

Siddhananda: (laughing) that will help!

Hungry for Truth

Siddhananda: Ok, so, next one! I’m seeing someone eating a really big thick sandwich.

G: Ok.

Siddhananda: (Smiling) like one of those you can barely open your mouth and take a bite out of.

G: Big old hoagie or something? (putting hands up as if holding a big sandwich).

Siddhananda: Yeah, just a stack (holding hands like a sandwich stack).. layers of meat and things on that sandwich.. it's dripping down.

G: My goodness!

Siddhananda: Just... yeah, whew! (pausing) They want to get to the substance like that.

G: Oh, OK (both laughing) “I want to get to the meat of it.” “I want the MEAT of it!” (clenching fists with knuckles facing out and shaking them slightly, as if making effort).

Siddhananda: I wanna take a big BITE out of it, rather than the little bites.

G: Exactly, [repeating gesture of holding a sandwich] ,  “I don’t want to stay on the edges, I want the MEAT of it!

Siddhananda: ...get a grip and take a big bite of it, so..

G: Exactly.

Siddhananda: Ok, so let's see what else [is there] about him..  Oh, I’m seeing a picture of a cook like a chef and they’re saying  “cook me,” (making a higher pitched voice caricature) “cook me up!”

G: Yeah. . . yeah. They want to get to realization, that’s their, “I want the heart of truth, the meat of it.” Yeah, “I don’t want the appetizer, I want the full meal.” (laughing)

Siddhananda: Exactly (nodding slowly)..

G: And so, I would say, [for] that one, they can have the COS and the Morning Mantras as well.

Siddhananda: Nice! lucky [inaudible].

G: They wanna be cooked, well let them be cooked!

Siddhananda: That’s being transmitted there to them, so, off they gooooo! [Holding the rock up and moving it across camera]. Some funny imagery, it would make sense for what they were trying to convey!

G: Oh, I got it the minute you said “I want the meat of it” [holding hands up like bringing a big sandwich to mouth]. “I want that down and I want the substance, I want the whole thing.” [laughing].

Siddhananda: Made me hungry!

G: I know, me too! Now I wanna go eat!

Siddhananda: I’m hungry now!

The Lion and the Lamb

Siddhananda: (showing a small clear stone) Ok.. (pausing with closed eyes).. i'm seeing the image of a lion

G: aha

Siddhananda: (pause) Something about Leo energy

G: Male energy?

Siddhananda: Leo, (spelling out L-E-O) Leo, the lion

G: Oh, leo, leo.. Leo energy, ok. Leeeo (smiling)

Siddhananda: Leoooo (smiling), Leo energy, the lion (teasing)

G: Yes.. What do they want to say about the lion energy? (smiling)

Siddhananda: (pause) Something about it being around lately.

G: Ok

Siddhananda: Ok, so what else.. (pause) it is shifting to the lion and the lamb..

G: Aha, right

Siddhananda: ..and Jesus there, and those two energies together, the power [and] the innocence, the majesty [and] the innocence..

G: Right, and that comes to the new age that's coming.. the lion and the lamb

Siddhananda: That's right, that's exactly it!

G: The final chapter (laughing), the final chapter of the earth song

Siddhananda: Yeah, yeah.. and i also see Jesus there holding a lamb, very sweet.

G: Aha.. yeah, gathering them up, the shepherd is looking for the lost sheep.

Siddhananda: Yeah, that's right!

G: Yeah

Siddhananda: Perfect, you've really added [well], that's great.

G: Yeah

Siddhananda: ..and i see the lion emerging again in my mind, it's a very potent powerful image of just that strength, that majesty,

G: Right

Siddhananda: There's a heart in the center of the lion. It is a thirsting kind of energy too, hungry for Truth, that kind of thirsting..

G: Ok

Siddhananda: ..and then there's a golden light or a white light around it and then that vanishes and just..

G: Gold and the white light?

Siddhananda: There was a gold and white light around that lion and that vanished and now there's just the white light of purity

G: hmm hmm

Siddhananda: So, that's nice! a nice imagery (putting the stone aside)

G: Yeah, thank you for that. yeah, there's a lot of changes coming in, this is like the last chapter.. Get it together people.

Siddhananda: Yeah. Well, it is [also] Leo [time], late August early September, so these energies are about now.

G: (nodding)

Balance the Scales

Siddhananda: (Showing the next stone) Ok, here's the other one. (pausing with closed eyes) Ok, i'm not quite [getting].. (pause) Ok, they want to know how to release karma.

G: How to release karma?

Siddhananda: Yeah

G: Ok, do they have a lot of karma to release?

Siddhananda: (smiling) (pause).. They feel like they do, but, i also feel them being pretty expansive there. i don't feel anything really hardened or darkened too much or anything [like that].

G: Yeah.. they can always go back to another embodied existence to balance the scales, to aid whatever they can for the things they need to balance, if they're willing to do that.

Siddhananda: hmm hmm.. (pause) i'm just hearing yes, they're ok with it.

G: Yeah

Siddhananda: So they want to know the prayer they should use to balance those scales for humanity and themselves, prayer or mantra

G: Yeah, they can just do the Om-That-I-Am and the I-Am-That-I-Am.. i am you and you are me.. yeah

Siddhananda: Ok, what they're reflecting back are gold scales with two diamonds on each side

G: Aha (nodding)

Siddhananda: They're completely balanced with two diamonds on each side.. it's nice!

G: Perfect (nodding)

Siddhananda: It's very nice. In that balance comes that diamond, that jewel.

G: Yeah, exactly! That jewel comes from that [balance].

Siddhananda: So, they are saying thank you and they will move forward into whatever is to take place next, to continue on.. so.. (gesturing namaste)

G: Perfect, thank you for coming (gesturing namaste)

Siddhananda: That's a nice image, too.. the balance with the diamonds, i like that.

G: Yes.

Mental Spins No More

Siddhananda: (showing a clear stone) Ok, so let's see what this one has (pausing with closed eyes).. [i'm] seeing a lot of light white energy coming through.. and then there's some image coming from that but i can't quite tell what that is.

G: aha

Siddhananda: (pause) They're not in a mental spin but they do want to say "mental spins no more"

G: ok (nodding)

Spirit: Mental spins darken the light

G: That's true

Spirit: Mental spins cause nothing but troubles in the end.

G: Right

Spirit: and that's all that separates you from the Light, are those mental spins.

G: (nodding)

Siddhananda: So, now i'm just seeing a lot of very light white energy. i think they're just wanting to put that out, to counteract some of that spinning energy

G: Ok, so the message from them is to let go of the mental spins. Absolutely!

Siddhananda: Yeah, that's it. So, thank you (gesturing namaste)

G: (gesturing namaste)

Siddhananda: A good one, it's always a good one.

Tic-Tac-Toe

Siddhananda: (showing a clear stone) Let's get this one dancing too (referring to the previous spirit) (laughing) So, anyway, let's see what they have to say.

G: Yeah, just passing through (referring to previous spirit) (laughing)

Siddhananda: Yeah, exactly.. and that's like a little ray of light.. (pausing with closed eyes).. ok, so, this one is odd but i'm hearing "tic-tac-toe, three in a row".

G: it's what?

Siddhananda: Tic-tac-toe, three in a row

G: Tic-tac-toe, three in a row? Where are we going to go from there? (laughing)

Siddhananda: (laughing) and i'm seeing the game with the three X's lined up and the two O's

G: Right

Siddhananda: Let's see what that's about

G: i hope it's not "three strikes and you're out" (laughing)..

Siddhananda: Yeah, that wouldn't be good (smiling). (pausing) They're saying "when you play the game of life, you always think someone wins or loses"

G: ok (smiling)

Siddhananda: (smiling) (pause) i don't know, i'm hearing "if you stop playing the game then all win" or something..

G: (trying to hear clearly) If you stop playing, then what?

Siddhananda: (speaking slowly and clearly) If you stop playing the games with yourself then everyone wins, or you win and everyone wins.

G: Yeah, exactly (nodding in agreement)

Siddhananda: "..and then you've gained everything. You may have lost the game but you gained the heart, the soul." That's what they're saying.

G: Exactly, right.

Siddhananda: Also, they're saying "on that game are the two O's, and the other is within the O's..", so [in other words], they're just bringing out that symbology

G: Right

Siddhananda: They like the O and the X (in the game) because the X is saying no more mind (making a strike out motion) and the O is what you go to,.

G: ok

Siddhananda: ..like when you have something that you X out and go to the O. so, they like that, they like the X and the O (smiling)

G: right, right

Siddhananda: like you say "three strikes and you're out!", like have you done enough of your mind to have the three strikes, how many more lessons do you need to learn in karma..

G: right

Siddhananda: It's good! (smiling)

G: Whoever knew tic-tac-toe was so cosmic! (laughing)

Siddhananda: (bursting into laughter) i love it!

G: Cosmic lessons from tic-tac-toe!

Siddhananda: (laughing) They love it [too]. this person seems pretty sharp and.. it makes sense though.

G: It does, it does

Siddhananda: So, no more mind (making a striking out motion), go to the O (making a big O with both hands)

G: No mind, X it out, go to the O (gesturing with hands)

Siddhananda: zeroooooo.. that's what they wanted me to do. they said "good job, Siddhananda" (laughing)

G: (laughing)

Siddhananda: Ok, thank you so much. That was good. They're sending a flower (gesturing a flower with hands). There's our flower.

G: Thank you, namaste (laughing)

Siddhananda: It makes sense! (laughing)

G: You never know what is coming through.

Siddhananda: Sometimes, it makes sense, the symbology makes sense! (smiling)

Lush Energy

Siddhananda: Ok, so let's see what this other one.. (showing a chocolate colored stone).. got it? ok. Maybe i flash the rocks too quickly, i don't know.

G: (smiling)

Siddhananda: But, let's see what this.. (pausing with closed eyes).. Ok, i can see that rock again in my mind, and it's changing to a deep emerald green.

G: aha

Siddhananda: They're saying they are lush energy (smiling)

G: Lush energy? (smiling) They're vibrant and lush (laughing)

Siddhananda: Yeah! they're lush. We'll take lush.

G: (smiling)

Siddhananda: From this lushness, i see a lot of trees rising up out of it, and they're just really tall wonderful trees... very green and... Let's see what else. i'm just seeing from that a lot of light, like a rain of light coming down.

G: Rains of light?

Siddhananda: ..like raining light, raining on that (gesturing rain with hands)

G: aha

Siddhananda: So.. i'll see if they have a message or what they [want].. (pause) They're saying "all is one being"

G: all is one being, yes. ok (nodding)

Siddhananda: (pause) and i am hearing "the rains are coming, the rains are coming.. the rains of Grace"

G: The rains are?

Siddhananda: The rains of Grace are coming..

G: Oh, the rains of Grace are coming

Siddhananda: yeah, coming as a blessing...

G: (nodding in acknowledgement)

Siddhananda: It's just another lovely energy, it's just wanting to say that message.. They're saying "take time to be in nature"

G: Yeah, exactly

Siddhananda: ..and sit by the waters.. sit alone, be quiet.. quiet down.. and look at all the beauty that abounds and just be with that, not all the other [mental] stuff.

G: Right

Siddhananda: That's a nice pointing (smiling)

G: [inaudible] ..get refreshed there [in nature]..

Siddhananda: Yeah! They're ok moving on, they're not necessarily wanting to stay. They just wanted to say that.

G: Ok, so, tell them thank you so much for saying that (gesturing namaste) and have a good journey

Siddhananda: Yeah (gesturing namaste)

Treasure of the Heart

Siddhananda: Ok, so let's see what's next. We got a nice big pink one (showing a big pink stone)

G: Ok

Siddhananda: Everything ok there? (referring to G's surroundings, Siddhananda and G are communicating over a video chat)

G: Yup.

Siddhananda: Ok (smiling)

G: Yup. At the other end here, we've got a table of businessmen, they're having their breakfast and meeting or something.. the guys get a little loud.. it's ok.

Siddhananda: Ok.. you've got a lot of fun action down there.. that's fine today, it's just a new setting.. (smiling)

G: (smiling and nodding)

Siddhananda: Ok, so we got this other one.. we'll connect in (pausing with closed eyes).. and right away i feel the energy of this rock go right into my heart.. very nice!

G: aha

Siddhananda: Really flowing in there, like a nice white clear energy

G: hmm hmm

Siddhananda: (pausing).. i don't know, something about a Goddess.. but, let's see what else.

G: Goddess?

Siddhananda: Goddess of love and light. Blessings to all.

G: hmm hmm

Siddhananda: [They're saying] "come forward", like you were saying, "out from hiding".

G: hmm hmm

Siddhananda: They're saying to humanity to come out from hiding.

G: About aiding humanity?

Siddhananda: Yeah, they're saying come out of your shell, come out of your hiding.

G: i see

Siddhananda: ..and drink of spirit,

G: hmm hmm

Siddhananda: ..and taste of the, i guess they're saying, the fruit of the womb of Jesus or of God,

G: right, right.

Siddhananda: The garden of leela is here, it's now.

G: right.

Siddhananda: ..be in it, love it, all that kind of good stuff. (smiling) it's a nice feeling.

G: yeah

Siddhananda: very bright light emanating from it, very nice!

G: Wonderful! does she have a name by some strange chance?

Siddhananda: She's saying her name means "Treasure of the Heart", that's what it means.

G: The Treasure of the Heart? nice!

Siddhananda: So, Treasure of the Heart is what the Universe gave her as name.

G: Perfect! that's a nice name, "Treasure of the Heart" (smiling)

Siddhananda: Yeah, i guess it means that, i don't whatever the [actual word] is, that's the meaning.. (smiling)

G: Yeah

Siddhananda: So, she doesn't mind staying with the other healing rocks right now to maybe send her energy through.. is that ok?

G: Good, yeah perfect. we're not going to turn that down for sure.

Siddhananda: No.. because that always helps.

G: The more that want to come and help, the better it is (smiling)

Siddhananda: Yeah, absolutely! (smiling)

G: You may have to put another center there, a little healing center!

Siddhananda: Yeah.. i think that would be awesome, so that they can come and go.. they know they can leave at any time, but, they don't seem to mind a bit.

Walking a Tightrope (contd..)

Siddhananda: Okay, so, this is one from yesterday (showing a translucent heart stone, referring to a spirit worked with on the previous day)

G: Right, sure.

Siddhananda: There was a couple [of them], kind of still [processing]...

G: We were starting that one yesterday when we went out, that's right.

Siddhananda: Yeah, [this one] might [have] been [about] the tightrope or something..

G: Yeah, something...

Siddhananda: I don't know, let's just see where it's at.

G: We'll tune in and find out what it is.

Siddhananda: Yeah, i never know, let's see where they're at now. (pause) Okay, so, i did see an image of a tightrope in the beginning and then it kind of faded, so, maybe it was that one.

G: That's the one we talked to before.

Siddhananda: Yeah, exactly, we just had him sit there and you had Christ come in to help dissolve some of that balancing act they were doing, and.. okay, it is more light [now] and i do still see a little bit of a rope, but at least, the rope's white (laughing)

G: Okay

Siddhananda: Anyway, i do see [that] there is a lighter energy still trying to be on that rope which is made of light.. but, [they need to] get rid of the rope, right?

G: Right, they need to get rid of the rope and come down to earth . There's no reason to be walking that tightrope.

Siddhananda: Yeah, (pause) they're afraid of falling.

G: Well, they're going to fall if they stay on the rope (laughing)

Siddhananda: "Oh, really? really?"... they're saying, "there's no safety net", they're afraid.

G: No, they're going to be fine, all they have to do is step off and they'll find out there's land there immediately. They're not going to fall, they're not going to go anywhere, it's right there.

Siddhananda: Okay, i do see him trying to move off of it and... it's more light, so, they are trying to do that shift. Is there maybe a mantra [that can be given]? i don't know, maybe we can just.. what do you think?

G: Yeah, if he comes off the tightrope [then] i'll give him the Mantras (smiling)

Siddhananda: (laughing) listen to you, okay!

G: He's got to be willing to step off. They're there (referring to help from spirits on the other side), they'll reach out to your hand and he'll see they're there right next to him. How does he think they're there right next to him?

Siddhananda: Yeah, they're still wanting to hang on, so, maybe I will put him again in the back by these healing stones and let him simmer more, because they're not totally...

G: Yeah, we'll let them work with them..

Siddhananda: Yeah

G: ...because he is going to see that he's manufacturing an idea that there's this big drop there, there is no drop.

Siddhananda: No, right, no [drop]

G: Absolutely not, that's his illusion.

Siddhananda: No, because no one else has come in on a tightrope, but they're somehow managing.

G: Exactly!

Siddhananda: I don't know (laughing)

G: Was he flying up there [or] what?

Siddhananda: I know, i don't think he needs tightropes to get around, it's a little easier on the ground.

Path of Kundalini

Siddhananda: (Picking up a new stone) So, here’s the next one, it’s a linga. (pausing with closed eyes). Ok, I’m just hearing “Darkness to light.”

G: Mmm hmmm. And what about darkness to light?

Siddhananda: They’re saying that’s the path of kundalini, question mark.

G: It is. Well, i wouldn’t say darkness, i would say the illusion to light, to the truth... breaking through the illusions that one holds. One goes through all the layers of consciousness and challenges all the belief systems and breaks through to the truth. [kundalini] pulls one along into that absolute point of non-duality, and discovering the Parabrahman, or God, whichever you wish to call [it]... that energy that is the seed for all.

Siddhananda: Ok, so they’re just nice and quiet now.

G: Mmm hmm.

Siddhananda: Yeah, they’re just feeling nice and still now, so...

G: So, I think that that one might want to... do they want to stay for a while in the crystal cave and just sit with that for a while?

Siddhananda: They want to go on the second shelf.

G: On the second shelf? Yeah, they can go on the second shelf (G and Siddhananda laughing). They can sit for a while and just kind of ruminate on that.

Siddhananda: (Gets up and puts the rock on the shelf, sits back down). Awwww, that’s funny! They’re choosing their own rooms here, where they want to go.

G: Yeah, “I want the second shelf!” Ok, you can go on the second [shelf]. (Laughing)

Living in Non-Duality

Siddhananda: (showing the stone) OK, so, I do see the same rock and it looks really clear. There’s just sort of a black outline to it.

G: Ok

Siddhananda: And that image is kind of shifting, moving, changing a little bit.

G: Right, right. I think it was just some of that residual [energy from the previous spirit].

Siddhananda: Yeah. Ok, now it's got much more fullness and light there.

G: There you go.

Siddhananda: Ok, I’m hearing something like they may just have a message.

G: Ok

Siddhananda: I don’t know, maybe a question? It’s a little tricky to tell. Ok, they do have a question about non duality.

G: Ok, what is the question?

Siddhananda: Something like how does that feel, or how does that living [in non-duality feel]?

G: Yeah, it's always present. One separates them[selves] by the questioning. [The questioning] itself separates one because all questions and all words come from duality. So what it feels like is when the mind stills and all of that dualistic thing goes then all one has is that great IS (waves arms up in a circle a few times), that 0-ne, that zero point... which contains all things... which runs like a thread through all things. It’s a great vastness, the pregnant void.

Siddhananda: (Nodding) And there’s more fluid-ness with the energy now. It's definitely lighter, and... they’re just saying “thank you.” That’s really all [that] they needed right now.

G: Yeah, thank you (gesturing Namaste).

Siddhananda: Thank you.

Hiding

Siddhananda: (showing a small white stone) We got another little one waiting.. ok. so, let's connect in with this next enerhy (adjusting scratchy voice)..

G: enerhy (laughing)

Siddhananda: (smiling) Ok, so, i see some white curtains. Let's see what's behind the curtains. i see a shadow behind the curtain.

G: Ok, a shadow behind the curtain?

Siddhananda: Yeah, a shadow behind a white curtain. umm... ok, now i'm  coming to the other side of the curtain, i do see a shadowy, changing shape thing behind it. Ok, let's see what kind of questions they might have.

G: Yeah, why is he hiding behind the curtain? (laughing)

Siddhananda: It's a white curtain, but yeah, they are... they are literally hiding behind that curtain.

G: Yeah, why is he hiding..

Siddhananda: They're afraid, they're afraid of living, i guess.

G: Afraid of what?

Siddhananda: Afraid of... they're protecting themselves, obviously.

G: Yeah, well, we get that. There's nothing to fear here, you can go ahead and step out (laughing)

Siddhananda: (pause).. ok, with this one there's not much words.. there's just this energetic imagery.

G: Right

Siddhananda: So, they're hearing what you're saying that they can step out. So, let's see if the curtains open a little or what happens, i don't know.

G: Yeah (smiling)

Siddhananda: (pause).. It's a little different imagery that i see, kind of a moving.. a little bit lighter image. I just see one side of the curtain, so, almost feels like there may be energy moving out.. and then outwardly one side of the curtain is there and i feel the energy moving around it.

G: hmm hmm.

Siddhananda: i do see an image of.. it could be the sun or the moon.. a full moon and the sun.. kind of travelling there.. i don't know... misty, kind of smoky energy moving there.

G: let's just ask him to see if we can flush out what exactly he's seeking, what it is that we can help him with.

Siddhananda: ok. i do see some reflection back of the sun and really crystal clear waters and waterfalls, and greenery.. so, i think [they're seeking] just life, just the richness to life, to the heart.

G: aha.. that's what they're seeking, more richness to the life and the heart?

Siddhananda: Yeah..

G: (Referring to the work going in the surroundings) we're going to have some noise here in a little bit because they're just opening the doors to the shops..

Siddhananda: It's not bothering me.

G: Yeah.. they're just pulling back the things covering the windows.. very loud..

Siddhananda: Hopefully, it'll be temporary

G: They'll be done shortly.. they're just opening their shops and stuff..

Siddhananda: yeah, it's not bothering me at all, i barely noticed it. (pause) (referring to the spirit) so, that richness is there, that lushness.. i do see them rising up now, upward, and within them there is some greenery. They're more like this (gesturing a shape) as an energy and within them is the greenery and things.. So, maybe they're getting something. They stopped travelling to the moon, i see them more upright now, and i see a little form taking place, almost like someone's in a lotus position. it's interesting..

G: ok.

Siddhananda: ...with some green growth within them

G: Ask him if he's come for some mantra or if he just came to visit for a second or if there's something we can help him with.

Siddhananda: Well, when you said a mantra, i saw a burst of light. So, i'm feeling 'yes'.

G: So, we'll go ahead and let him have the cos.

Siddhananda: He took that in, just sucked it in! He sucked it in like it was an energy force (going) oooosh (gesturing a sucking motion) (laughing).. that's what he did with it.. So, he just [went] boom.

G: (laughing) So, hopefully that would give him a little.. he can come out from behind the curtain..

Siddhananda: Right, i'm seeing a lot of rays of light when he took that in. So, i think it's this energy's way of saying thank you. So, we can just kind of let it be.

G: Ok, namaste

Siddhananda: ooosh (gesturing a sucking motion).. (laughing)

G: (laughing) That was a little more expansion than hiding behind the curtain.

Siddhananda: Yeah. That curtain is there on one side, and he came out and i still kind of feel him like a moving energy (gesturing motion), i don't know.. no one can say about this stuff, it's mysterious.

G: yeah (smiling)

Knowledge and Peace

Siddhananda: ok, we'll start with this one over here (showing a dark translucent stone).

G: Ok

Siddhananda: Right away, I heard "Fred" when I picked it up. So, I guess his name is Fred.

G: Fred? ok, Fred! (laughing)

Siddhananda: Fred (smiling)

G: What's up Fred? (smiling)

Siddhananda: (laughing) Fred the energy, Fred energy!

G: Fred energy, yeah (laughing)

Siddhananda: and i see a man with glasses, kind of like someone you would think would be a Fred, I guess he looks like that.

G: Ok

Siddhananda: Anyway (smiling), he's a studious person, he's done a lot of book reading

G: A lot of book reading?

Siddhananda: Yeah (nodding)

G: Ok

Siddhananda: He's been a student for a long time, or in that kind of a situation. So, i do see some equations coming up, some numbers and things..

G: Ok (nodding).. like a professor or something.

Siddhananda: Yeah, exactly.. exactly. Ok, so Fred, what questions do you have for us today? (pause). He said it's Fredrick [not Fred].

G: Oh, excuse us! Fredrick (laughing)

Siddhananda: Ok. Fredrick! (laughing) That changes the whole thing, really Fredrick (teasing).

G: (laughing)

Siddhananda: Alright, anyways.. (pause) Ok, i'm seeing a lot of open pages, writings and numbers... and there's ton of that in his head right now.

G: Right, right.

Siddhananda: So, what do you desire, Fredrick?

G: How can we help you out, Fredrick?

Siddhananda: (pause).. i'm seeing all of those letters, all of those numbers being funneled down (gesturing a funneling motion), like into a funnel.

G: Right

Siddhananda: So, he's saying that is good to him to have all of those funnel down, like dissolve into a stream rather than have all there all the time in his head.

G: Right (nodding)

Siddhananda: and let me see if he desires Truth..

G: Yeah

Siddhananda: (pausing with closed eyes) i see a zero, but i don't think he really knows what that is about. i think he knows zero as a math thing

G: Right

Siddhananda: He does desire peace, because all of these numbers, all of these equations and book stuff is in his head so constantly, and i do see some images of pictures of his students maybe.. all of it is there, revolving.

G: Right

Siddhananda: He seeks to have more peace.

G: Yeah, i would say for Fredrick, we can give him the COS and let him relax into that and to just let go on a journey with that.

Siddhananda: (pause).. yeah, that's resonating in him. (pause).. It's a really new thing for him, because he's really [amazed]..

G: Yeah, because that will counter that whole stuff, he's got so much of that intellectual brain that he needs to have that (cos) to pull him into more expansion.

Siddhananda: Yeah. i do see the COS there, there's some light around that and there's words and things that are kind of fluttering more up top (gesturing with fingers spread out), i mean, they're kind of becoming more around the edges. it's going to be a while, since he has been so immersed in that.

G: We need to get it not only around the edges but in the heart. (laughing)

Siddhananda: Yes, not just around the edges (smiling). (pause).. He's hearing that..

G: Yeah, it needs to be from the center of his heart. When he's doing this, tell him to keep his focus on the heart, with love. (smiling)

Siddhananda: and i see a heart being reflected back [to say] he's hearing you.

G: Good! He needs to have a little of that balance between his head and [heart].. So, he needs a little more of that heart energy to get that balance

Siddhananda: That's right. (pause).. He's worried that some of his memory might go.

G: Yeah, i don't think he needs to worry about that (smiling)

Siddhananda: Right.

G: Ask him if he can ever know more than God.

Siddhananda: Well, that kind of floored him!

G: Yeah (smiling)

Siddhananda: Yeah, that struck him. i could see a lightning bolt, so, that struck him.

G: Yeah. if he can ever know more than God, and this (cos) is to take you to God, then he'd have something to worry about, otherwise no!

Siddhananda: Yeah, that struck him, there's a lightning bolt, and now i see him with his glasses saying thank you. so, he will move forward.

G: Good.

Siddhananda: Ok, see you later Fredrick

G: (gesturing namaste)

Siddhananda: Not Fred, Fredrick! (laughing) got to get it right.

G: Exactly! (laughing)

Illusion of Power

Siddhananda: (Holding up a stone) Black one... dark one.

G: Mmm  Hmmm

Siddhananda: (pausing with closed eyes) Ok, I just see that stone in my mind with kind of a dark aura around it, not negative feeling, but, seeing [the darkness]

G: And what is that darkness about?

Siddhananda: Strength, they’re saying.

G: What, strength?

Siddhananda: They’re saying strength.

G: And why do they think that dark is strength.

Siddhananda: Power... (chuckles slightly) that’s what they’re saying, but let's see why.

G: Mmm… hmm

Siddhananda: They’re saying "because it's like the earth."

G: Oh, because it's like the earth? Ok.

Siddhananda: Ok. so, what questions do you have for us today?

G: So what is it we can help with?

Spirit: More strength and power.

G: Yeah, that’s ego based.

Siddhananda: Yeah, I would say.

G: (Clears throat) Yeah, this is one that wants to think they can control everything and they’re not in the best thing. Are they open to the light?

Siddhananda: No, They’re saying no, but lets’s... No, they’re not, they just want some more powers.

G: Yep, no. We’re not going to help with that, because what they’re doing is self-deceiving, they’re just deceiving themselves, to think they would get anything by powers. The more powers they think they have the more they are separating themselves from God and thinking they’re the one in control, and, that’s not real power. They have an illusion of power.

Siddhananda: Yeah, they’re trying to put out more of that darkness, and it's just... (shakes head).

G: Yeah, they have an illusion of power.

Siddhananda: They’re pushing with all of their might to bring out more of that, themselves as that power, and it’s just... (shakes head, slightly smiling).

G: Ok, hold them for a minute. I’m going to give him a little demonstration of how much power he thinks he has. Ok? Hold him for a second.

Siddhananda: (Laughing).

G: Ready? (holds head down to one side, eyes closed).

Siddhananda: (Holds rock in fist up to camera).

G: You can’t go! (after several moments) You don’t like that? No you don’t like that at all... Ok. Yeah, he wants to go. Now how much power do you have?

Siddhananda: (smiling).

G: Do you have any power? You don’t. You have no power. Now do you think the dark is more powerful than the light? No.

Siddhananda: Yeah, I was hearing no.

G: Yeah, No! So ok, you can go ahead and let him down for a minute. Go ahead and put him down for a minute.

Siddhananda: (smiling, puts rock down).

G: Now you can either choose to go and be on your way or you can be ready to bow and open to the light, the God-light.

Siddhananda: I see an image of someone bowing. It is still dark, but...

G: Yeah, but he’s open to the light now because his way is not the way. He needed a little quick demonstration that that is not the way.

Siddhananda: So he’s saying he’s open, so...

G: Yeah, so we ask that the Christ-light would come to him, and he can do the Om-That-I-Am, the I-Am-That_I-Am and find the still place of God within him and release the ego, release the ego-drama, so he can see the fallacy of it. I’m sure he will see that Christ has much more energy than he does, and Christ’s came from sacrifice and from laying that down. So, the true knowledge and power comes [that way] and it has nothing to do with Ego. Ego separates one from that and they have an illusion of power, for a time (laughing).

Siddhananda: (Smiling). Yeah, so I do see an image of someone on their knees, bowing low and then Christ is there. They are definitely bowing low. Almost, I guess, almost like shaking.

G: Yeah, of course, because that’s going to be terrifying to that dark. That light is terrifying to that dark.

Siddhananda: They’re scared.

G: But they have to see there’s nothing to fear, they’ve lived in fear and self-protection and thinking that they are the power for so long that to relinquish that can be terrifying, but there’s nothing to fear in that.

Siddhananda: Yeah they’re trembling, they’re having a hard time looking up at that Light [of] Christ.

G: Yeah, because that light is very hard to look at, that vibration is so different. It's very, very difficult to open to that.

Siddhananda: Right!

G: But they have to realize that they will be fine. Yes, it's scary to open to that, but they will see there is such joy in that when they open to that. So, don’t have any fear but open your eyes and look and allow that to come in and dispel the shadows, dispel the negativity, dispel the illusions, to come to the truth of what it is and what it’s not.

Siddhananda: Good, and I can see an image of him kind of turning, and then he’s kind of taken up. He was scared, he was trembling but he did turn and he’s kind of taken up into that light.

G: Right (nodding)

Siddhananda: I’m just seeing a lot more light.

G: Right, (gesturing as if dispelling something by pushing hand up and out several times while spreading fingers) whatever’s there, that... I hate to use that [word] demonic mind play, Christ has no problem with, sending it... It's gone. He has no problem with it. Instant excorcism (chuckling).

Siddhananda: Pretty much!

G: It's what it is. Because those mind spins, they grow almost a personality of their own, they take on a life of their own, and then instead of them thinking they’re controlling, they’re being controlled, by that illusion.

Siddhananda (Nodding) right.

G: So, they can come back to balance now.

Siddhananda: That’s much better. Yeah, they’re in good hands now, and so we’ll go ahead and put that over there, I think. Namaste! They’re not saying much right now.

G: (gesturing namaste). Welcome on your journey. (Both laughing).

Prayer

Siddhananda: Ok, (showing a translucent purple stone), our last but not the least.

G: It's a special language (referring to the previous session on oatmeal) (laughing)

Siddhananda: It's special!

Siddhananda: Ok, back to our last one here, and..(long pause with closed eyes) So, i'm hearing "prayers".

G: Ok, what about prayers?

Siddhananda: Should they continue praying?

G: What is it they're praying for?

Siddhananda: (pause) for themselves and humanity, it sounds like.

G: Aha (nodding)  it's not that prayers are wrong, prayers can be beneficial, but understand that God's got everything under control, ok. One can intercede for some things, just like we're interceding now for some souls that they would open...

Siddhananda: Aha

G: ..and so, that's like an intercession for them, but again, you cannot override people's free will

Siddhananda: I think for some relief

G: If you understand that then you are fine

Siddhananda: Yeah

G: Yeah

Siddhananda: And i hear what you're saying, and that is important information

G: Yeah

Siddhananda: (pause) I think from what you're saying, at least what i'm feeling, they're relieved in it a bit

G: Aha (nodding)

Siddhananda: maybe they felt...

G: compelled

Siddhananda: Yeah

G: [that] they had to do the prayer all the time

Siddhananda: like a responsibility

G: [like] it's a responsibility

Siddhananda: Yeah

G: But, it's not. It's not a responsibility... you do the best you can. If somebody needs some intercession, intercessory prayer then that's another thing. But, really God has everything under control. If you get yourself out of the way...

Siddhananda: See, that's great information I think, when, i think for this one, they felt a little like the prayer was giving them some protection

G: Right, and one doesn't need to protect themselves. What are you protecting yourself from?

Siddhananda: As soon as you said that i felt a swirl of white light. It was very nice.

G: Yeah

Siddhananda: Kind of their way of...

G: Yeah, if you got God at the center, there's nothing you need to protect yourself from... just stay in that Truth... (placing hand over the heart) of God within. That center of Being

Siddhananda: It's a nice image, i just see swirling white energy. They're really connecting with your saying, and i believe at least it really feels like it is a relief to them

G: Yeah

Siddhananda: ..something got freed up, like it's not their work that they have to do

G: Right

Siddhananda: ..that prayer can really get in motion and..

G: Right and there are some orders, they are spent in prayer all day

Siddhananda: Aha

G: ...and one can stay in that, but if you understand that God is in control, always has been always will be (smiling), no matter how bad it seems.

Siddhananda: Whether there's prayer or not

G: Exactly

Siddhananda: That's it

G: God is always there, and it will eventually right itself

Siddhananda: And i think that's excellent information and...Yeah, so they're just kind of offering that swirl of white light, to say, Yes!

G: Yeah, thank you for coming (gesturing namaste)

Siddhananda: Thank you (gesturing namaste)

Oatmeal

Siddhananda: OK (Showing a crystal clear stone with yellow edges) There we go. OK, i don't know why but I heard "oatmeal."

G: Oatmeal? (laughing) Are you hungry?

Siddhananda: I'm feeling mushy? I don't know, I heard oatmeal.

G: Oatmeal

Siddhananda: I just put out what's there

G: It can only go up from here (laughing)

Siddhananda: Hopefully it's got brown sugar on it (laughing)

G: (laughing) Oatmeal.. Okay

Siddhananda: Ok, so, what about [oatmeal]

G: What about oatmeal (laughing)

Siddhananda: (laughing) We'll see what else is there [with] that? if it means anything at all? Oatmeal! They like oatmeal..Okay

G: Okay, that's good. I'm glad you like oatmeal. I guess you (Siddhananda) like cherry blossoms, they like oatmeal.

Siddhananda: They like oatmeal

G: So, there you go.

Siddhananda: Hey, i like oatmeal too! so, anyway. Oatmeal's nice on a cold morning. (smiling)

G: That it is (laughing)

Siddhananda: (laughing) OK, so, let's try to get at least a little bit deeper.

G: Can we get a little deeper, yes (laughing)

Siddhananda: (pausing with closed eyes) I think there is something with that Oatmeal, but i think it is a little bit of... I don't want to say mush, but kind of (pause) mushy, i mean. Does that
make sense?

G: Yeah. It's mushy in what way?

Siddhananda: (pause) They just don't feel they have the life...

G: Ok

Siddhananda: The life that they...

G: Aha (nodding)

Siddhananda: Their true life potential,  (both hands on the heart) life in there.

G: Aha

Siddhananda: it's just kind of mushy old thing.

G: Yeah

Siddhananda: They like oatmeal, they just...

G: They don't have any real kind of convictions and stuff.

Siddhananda: well yes, it's just not...

G: Maybe they have kind of gone along with the program or something.

Siddhananda: Let's see..

G: Yeah

Siddhananda: It's sounding like it's part of their character.

G: Yeah

Siddhananda: ...but nothing they really can say is their heart and soul.

G: Aha

Siddhananda: ..maybe passion even.

G: Right

Siddhananda: Something that gives them that fire.

G: Right... So, what i would say for this one is they need to take birth again and find something to hold to.

Siddhananda: Makes sense

G: Find something they can have some conviction about.

Siddhananda: And, i'm hearing some joy about.

G: And some joy.

Spirit ..the joy is gone, in my ways.

G: Yeah, so, we'll ask if the guides and masters on the other side would come and council this one.

Siddhananda: perfect!

G: Yeah.

Siddhananda: (pause) I do see them coming around a bowl of oatmeal.

G: Yeah

Siddhananda: but, it's Ok.. just teasing, no. (smiling)

G: (smiling)

Siddhananda: It's just kind of that image is there, but, i mean, to have that fade away.

G: Right, right, they're surrounding him, yeah.

Siddhananda: Yeah, That's all that they need..

G: Yeah

Siddhananda: ..that particular feeling that he has within himself

G: Right

Siddhananda: ..and that is starting to [fade]... always a good thing I see is images begin to start dissolving/fading..

G: Right

Siddhananda: ... as a new energy begins to emerge...

G: Right

Siddhananda: (pause) and i do feel a surrounding of that "love"

G: Yeah

Siddhananda: It's very nice

G: Yeah, he needs to gain some backbone. He's lost his backbone somewhere along the way.

Siddhananda: There, i think you said it perfectly. That was exactly what this was about

G: Yeah, yeah. He kind of became trampled in life and lost his backbone and lost his word.

Siddhananda: Just almost gave up.

G: yeah, he gave up, he gave up. He was domineered by something or someone, and just...

Siddhananda: Lost his fight, lost his strength.

G: Yeah, yeah

Siddhananda: Anything, that holds him

G: Right, he needs to gain some of that back.

Siddhananda: Right

G: ..in a good way.

Siddhananda: Right, and i think this love will help him, as you were saying, take on a new form eventually, it will guide him in a good direction.

G: Right, so, he will get to take rebirth again and gain that back.

Siddhananda: I think that's good

G: Thank you for coming (gesturing Namaste)

Siddhananda: (gesturing Namaste) Thank you.. Ok, you never know what the first thing is going to be.

G: Well, you have to say that oatmeal was one of the most unusual ones we've gotten
(laughing)

Siddhananda: (laughing) i guess it was just the way they convey their message.

G: Yeah, It's always interesting.

Siddhananda: Interesting, if anything.

Let Go of Guilt

Siddhananda: So, here we go, with the next interesting one. You never know!

G: You never know.

Siddhananda: Ok, so in my mind, I’m seeing the same heart outline. [Pausing with closed eyes] It does have a bit of a crack in it…

G: Ok…

Siddhananda: Ok, so let's see... They’re very sad about something.

G: Right, right. What’s this heartbreak about? Yeah, it's heartbreak... heartbroken.

Siddhananda: Exactly. (pause).. Ok, it's not a love lost. It's something they did or didn’t do, so I’ve go that much down. Something they did, let's see what that is... Some accident, maybe, with a child, some kind of accident happened.

G: Ok.

Siddhananda: It wasn’t their fault, but it feels like something they’ve taken on.
G: Right, and they take that burden on. So, why are you taking that burden on if it's an accident?

Siddhananda: They keep thinking maybe it was their fault even though it was an accident.

G: Were they impaired in some way?

Siddhananda: (Nodding slightly) Somehow the child was hurt.

G: Right, but were they impaired? Were they drinking? Were they on drugs? Was something on with them?

Siddhananda: No. I’m feeling maybe that they dropped the child or something like that happened.

G: They dropped the child or something?

Siddhananda: Yeah, maybe a young baby or something.

G: And something happened to the child.

Siddhananda: (nodding slightly) A head injury or something.

G: Accidents are not always accidents. Sometimes, it's something that that child needs to go through or experience. Sometimes, those things happen. So, I would say for this spirit to... We’re going to call in the  spirit of the child that was theirs so that they can let them know.

Siddhananda: Yeah, there’s a young child baby energy there. And they’re fine. They’re just kind of... they’re still young, like that... a baby. They’re fine. I mean, they’re not at all injured. I think they were so young, they really hadn’t formed a lot of...

G: Right. And so that baby probably passed from it... they passed from it, and so they need to see that the baby is quite fine on this. They’re quite fine now and they’ll go forward into another birth.

Siddhananda: They lived a while longer. Yeah, that’s it exactly. It sounds like the baby lived a little while longer but they did pass eventually. But, they’re still in that neutral state, like nothing’s really affected them within that way.

G: And that’s what they need to see: Nothing has affected that energy and that child, and that child will go forward to have another birth and, it's an accident and it's nothing that they need to take on. If they had done it on purpose [then] that’s another story.

Siddhananda: Yeah, I’m not hearing that... they weren’t impaired at the time. So, you know that does happen with young children, there’s accidents.

G: Right, exactly, things happen.

Siddhananda: But that baby is not affected.

G: No

Siddhananda: (Shaking head) I don’t feel it... and like you say there’ll be another chance and they won’t even remember. They won’t be touched by it in that way at all.

G: Exactly, exactly. So, this one needs to let go of the guilt with that.

Siddhananda: And I am seeing some flowers coming from the heart, becoming more red.

G: Yeah, because if they let go of the guilt of it then they’re not holding that child’s spirit back from going.

Siddhananda: (Nodding and smiling) There you go, too!

G: Yeah, that guilt can hold them back as well.

Siddhananda: And they are crying when you said that, but that is like a release. That’s a way that they can love them is to let them go.

G: Exactly, let them go, and let them go on to have their rebirth and then she will also get to take another birth and continue forward.

Siddhananda: Yeah, and I do see her holding some flowers in her hands as thank you and [being] very grateful that [the] baby was such a part of her.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: and it still can be with that love.

G: Right, they can go forward and have another birth, another corporeal form and they can still be together, again. You tend to reincarnate with a lot of the same people (gesturing with upraised finger making a circular motion). You have a lot of the same experiences in a lot of different ways.

Siddhananda: For better or for worse (laughing).

G: (laughing) Exactly!

Siddhananda: Yeah, so...

G: Yeah... Next life!

Siddhananda: Definitely another opportunity, another chance and not to worry about that baby that is quite fine and on his or her own journey. So, very good!

G: Thank you! Namaste (pranams), thank you for coming.

Warrior Duty

Siddhananda: Ok, next (holding up a crystal to the camera). Ok, so here’s our new [spirit].. (pausing with closed eyes)... I’m seeing an image of a cave, and you know how they have [the], I don’t know what they’re called, stalagmites?

G: Yeah, stalagmites.

Siddhananda: I think that’s the word that you use, they come down.

G: Right.

Siddhananda: ...and I see something being pricked on that like there’s some blood being drawn. So, let's see what that’s about.

G: Yeah, that’s an odd image.

Siddhananda: It is odd. I’m hearing a little bit like they’re feeling they’re being cut in that way, which doesn’t feel like a good way. They’ve got a lot of gashes, cuts on them.

G: See if we can find out a little bit more what that’s about, those gashes and cuts.

Siddhananda: Some kind of a warring army like thing.

G: Ok, a warrior.

Siddhananda: Physically... physical, I’m feeling.

G: Yeah, they were physical, from a battle.

Siddhananda: Exactly.

G: So what is it we can help you with? What did you come to seek or ask?

Siddhananda: I’m just hearing right away: “Are some things worth fighting for like that?”

G: Are some things worth fighting for? Yes, yeah.

Spirit: With violence?

G: Nothing dies... Nothing dies. Of course, it's much better if one can do things without violence. But, when it comes to a point of that which is against the light, then sometimes one has to take a stand. They can go through and look at the Bhagavad Gita and it will talk about that... that if you’re a warrior, sometimes you will be compelled to fight. It’s the nature of it.

Siddhananda: And that is a little of what I’m hearing with what they are. I guess the reason for it, I’m not hearing as much as let's say that they’re on one side. . . [but that] that’s part of what they almost need to do as their duty.

G: Right, and if that’s their duty and that’s what they came in for, then they will be compelled one way or another to go forward and complete that duty, right. For whatever reason... sometimes, it’s a lesson that one is there to learn, that one does have to stand up for some things.

Siddhananda: Ok, he still has all these wounds and gashes on his body.

G: Yeah, so he’s done that play and he’s gone through that. There’s no reason to carry those wounds and gashes any longer, he’s out of the physical form. Those can be healed immediately, he just needs to let go of that.

Siddhananda: Ok, I do see a muscular man, well built. He’s got something on his body, some kind of leather for his fighting. I see that coming forward, he’s bending back and... But, what I think it's doing is dissolving a little bit too... [He was] a young man. “I died that way.” He died [a] young man.

G: Yeah, he died that way, died in the midst of the battle, from ancient times, like Roman or something like that.

Siddhananda: ..with wars and he had all that.

G: Right, like Roman, or Alexander, during those times. It was quite some time ago. So yeah, no, he needs to let that go and he can go on to another experience and can now go into an experience of doing it, instead of that warrior way, to go through a much more gentle way.

Siddhananda: That’s what I’m seeing, in his hand, a rose, more like he wants to go softer...

G: He can choose that this time around to come in and still continue to hold his values, but to do it in a different way. Yeah, its another lesson.

Siddhananda: This picture of it, he’s sending back, a very handsome man on a very nice healthy white horse.

G: Ok, so that’s good, so he’s on the white horse (raising both fists in the air as a gesture of might).

Siddhananda: Wounds are all gone and [he's looking like a] healthy guy, so...

G: Ready to go forward... onward, on to the next adventure. Yeah, take a little while to compose and he can come back in the next adventure

(Siddhananda and G laughing)

Siddhananda: Maybe his white horse will be waiting for him too.

G: That’s it. Charging, the knight on the white horse.

Siddhananda: Is it Ok if he has the COS?

G: Oh yes, he may have the COS, of course.

Siddhananda: Him and his horse are happy now.

G: Oh good!

Siddhananda: Him and his horse are grateful. (laughing). Ok, anyway, they both might listen to it, I don’t know!

G: (laughing) Why not! The horse will enjoy it, I’m sure!

Siddhananda: It's good for animals

G: Exactly! I’m sure Miss Rhade (G's pet) soaked it up when she was here, for sure!

Siddhananda: Absolutely! all living things too! My plant got a little perkier around it!

G: Absolutely!

Siddhananda: All [is] consciousness, really!

G: Exactly!

Merging in Love

Siddhananda: I’ll just kind of show off the rock, (holding up a pink quartz to the camera)... Ok, so we've got our next energy here. (pausing with closed eyes)... I’m just seeing an image of someone standing there, and, they're turning someone away and the other being is sad.

G: So, ask them what’s that about.

Siddhananda: They shut someone out that they love.

G: They shut someone out that’s loved?

Siddhananda: That they loved, they shut them out.

G: Yeah, and why did they shut them out?

Siddhananda: Because they’re afraid of being vulnerable in that kind of love.

G: So, what is that benefiting? If you shut somebody out because you’re afraid of being vulnerable then where’s the love?

Siddhananda: I’m kind of feeling there’s two rivers merging, and they’re afraid of that. They’re afraid of that kind of powerful love.

G: There’s nothing to fear in love.

Siddhananda: I’m seeing a very strong current, these two are very... there’s something very strong.

G: Yeah and that’s fine. They can be swept away together into the ocean of consciousness, they merge into that one vast ocean.

Siddhananda: They’re afraid of losing themselves in it.

G: Mmmm-hmmm, well, there’s nothing really to lose (smiling), except for an illusion... an illusion of separation that’s never really been there. Separation in itself is an illusion. So, better to let go and go with the flow, so to speak.

Siddhananda: Literally!

G: Literally. In this case, literally let go and go with the flow and merge into that, allow that merging into that ocean of consciousness, and [then] it's just bliss.

Siddhananda: Yeah, they’re becoming quieter and gentler and it feels more like a light there. I see them kind of inviting this other energy into that light, and I do see that other energy like they were crying, like [holding a] tissue (holding hands near face), and I see them like “oh, maybe its more of a welcoming energy now.”

G. Yeah, so let them open those hearts and let them totally be in those rivers of living waters, and let that go ahead and merge into one, fully merge.

Siddhananda. Yeah, and its really beautiful. I actually see two hearts that come together like a link and it’s a really nice image with some light emanating from both, and then that other energy that was turned away is feeling more welcomed and starting to come nearer to that, It’s a nice image!

G: Right... right. So there’s nothing to fear in that love, and nothing is going to be lost. its going to be a coming together into that singular essence.

Siddhananda: And I am hearing “Heart mantra for both of us?”. (laughing)

G: Yes. (laughing). That’s fine.

Siddhananda: Yay! That’ll help (bobs crystal up and down while setting it aside).

G: There they go, go with the flow.

Siddhananda: Going with the flow, literally.

Pride and Envy

Siddhananda: (holding up a clear crystalline rock) Well, I think we left off with the master (referring to spirit from previous day) .

G: We did, we left off with the light being, the bright light (looping both hands over head in a circle), and we’ll see... continuing on!

Siddhananda (smiling): Lets see what happens with him (pausing with closed eyes). Ok, he’s saying he has a question...

G: OK

Siddhananda: It's feeling like there’s a little more mental activity today, to me, with this particular energy. Anyway, let's see what questions [they have] (pause)... Something about pride and envy.

G: Ok, pride and envy about what?

Siddhananda: It sounds like its not so much for him but he’s just wondering about [pride and envy], trying to help others with that a little bit.

G: Ok, helping others with pride and envy. Yeah, it's not going to benefit anyone to stay in pride and envy, each has to live their own journey. Just because somebody seems to be higher in one place, in another life, in another experience, they’re not. So, again, pride and envy just keeps them separated from the whole.

Siddhananda: He’s getting more still, this energy, as we’re speaking, but, they try to help on the other side, this particular energy.

G. Yeah, that’s good. . . Yeah, pride. Prideful of what? You know everything in the spiritual thing comes by Grace. The more you release and let go, the more Grace can work and pull you along. So, what is the pride for? And envy, you want something that somebody else has, for what?

Siddhananda: Right, and they’re understanding that. They just kind of wanted to, I don’t know, I guess they have encountered that in either someone they’re working with or something that’s happened and they just want to kind of get a little more clarity on that.

G: Right how to work with somebody with that... So, you have to see what it is they’re so proud of and what it’s benefitting them to hold on to that.

Siddhananda: Yes, he’s saying we should all let go of those things.

G: Right, right... and envy, what help is that for them to have envy?

Siddhananda: Right, and they’re saying, to compare two things doesn’t make [sense]. Why do that to yourself?

G: Exactly, its just keeping you stuck. It's keeping you stuck in an energy that doesn’t allow you to move forward.

Siddhananda: They’re very grateful, I’m really very grateful just to be here in this energy, and they want to bring more light forward wherever they’re at, so... (smiling).

G: Oh, that’s perfect, we need more workers, more people that can help in this side and the other side, wherever they are in the universe, there’s a lot of work to be done (smiling).

Siddhananda: Yes, they’re saying that now you are a counselor to the other side and so are they.

G: Exactly, I’m glad to hear that they’re there!

Siddhananda: Anyway, thank you (gesturing namaste)

G: Thank you, Namaste! (gesturing namaste).

Siddhananda: It's good that we got one that has clarity already.

Cherry Blossoms

Siddhananda:  OK (showing a small triangular pink stone).. a little pink one.. Tid bit (smiling) So, let's see. (pausing with closed eyes) Right away, [i'm hearing] spring time, comes blossoms. I do see some pink cherry blossoms!

G:  Oh, nice.

Siddhananda:  They're saying they did reflect that for me (laughing)

G:  (laughing) she likes cherry blossoms

Siddhananda:  I just...you just see them, and they're beautiful...and when they start blowing in the wind, the pink blossoms, ahh.

G:  Right

Siddhananda:  Anyway (pause) How can we help you today?( pause) some kind of spirit energy, of the wind or tide... [of] nature

G:  Aha (nodding)

Siddhananda:  I think that's what more this energy is, i don't feel.. (pause) wow, they're really very much just made of spirit.

G:  Aha (nodding)

Siddhananda:  Not to say others aren't. I just.. i’m not feeling there was ever any real embodiment, I don't think [there was]

G:  Right, it's just always been in spirit.

Siddhananda:  Right, yeah.

G:  And is there something they've come to.. for help or to aid, what is it, for what reason have they come today?

Spirit:  Just to be present

G:  Yeah, and that's fine

Spirit:  Be present

G:  Yeah

Siddhananda:  They feel very still, so..

G:  Thank you for coming (gesturing namaste).

Siddhananda:  Thank you

G:  We'll let them.. we’ll put this over and they can transfer into one of the crystals if they like to stay for a while longer.

Siddhananda:  That's perfect, Ok

G:  Yeah

Siddhananda:  We’ll take those

G:  Yes, exactly

Siddhananda:  We’ll take those

G:  The spirit..it's nice to have that type of Spirit around (puts the stone into one of the crystal caves)

Siddhananda:  Actually they brought those cherry blossoms. You can stay as long as you like (laughing)

G:  (laughing)

Siddhananda:  Absolutely! because that is like a spring time, see i got (shows at tattoo of cherry blossoms going around her left arm)

G:  she's got her cherry blossoms, yeah

Siddhananda:  It's like a new fresh start

G:  Exactly

Siddhananda:  That's what it's about, so,  anyway.
