Siddhananda sees a lot of white light energy coming through. An image is coming from that light but she can't quite see what it is. She feels that this spirit is not in a mental spin. They want to say:
Mental spins no more
Mental spins darkens the light
Mental spins cause nothing but trouble in the end
All that separates you from the light are mental spins.
Siddhananda now sees a lot of white light energy. She says that this spirit just wants to put this message out there in order to counteract that spinning energy.
G says, “So the message from them is to let go of mental spins… absolutely.”
Siddhananda ends with, “That's it. It’s a good one… always a good one.”

ReplyDeleteNamaste - All the spinning going on. One has to hit the brakes and stop the spin, but the braking will only affect the spinning gradually, by slowing down the spinning, that finally ends with stillness. A great message.
