How To Be A Saint

Siddhananda: Okay. (long pause)

Spirit: How do I be saintly? How do I be like a saint?

G: Why do you want to be like a saint?

Spirit: Because they seem pure, holy.

G: Yeah, you don’t need to be a saint, self-sacrificing, to be pure. One just has to let go of the ego, that's all.

Siddhananda: Okay, it’s resonating but they still are drawn to being a saint. You don’t [just] say that and become a saint.

G: Do they want the truth or the mask of piety?

Siddhananda: You’re really cutting out [referring to the audio in the video]. Do they want the truth or do they want the other, the mask, did you say?

G: I’m asking [do they want] the mask of piety or the truth of the purity?

Siddhananda: I see. I hear that now..  (pause) yeah. They do desire truth. They are hearing more of what you are saying there. They desire truth.

G: Good choice! (laughing)

Siddhananda: A lot of people can have that appearance.

G: Yeah, in order to do that, one doesn’t need to become a saint. If that’s the life they are drawn in and they are called to sacrifice, then that is one thing.

Siddhananda: Yeah.

G: Just let go of the fact that [you have to be like a saint to find truth].. it’s not that you have to do something in order to find what’s there now.

Siddhananda: Right, that brings in them in a whole different doorway than trying to act like they are this or that or become this or that. It’s just letting go of that fallacy that they have to become this way or that way.

G: Right, because it’s already there. If they let go of the fallacy that they want to be that, [then they can realize] they are already that… let go of the illusion.

Siddhananda: Okay, so they are sitting with that.

G: Let them sit with that for a while.

Siddhananda: Okay, I can put them over [there in the healing center].

G: Everybody is kind of going to school.

Siddhananda: I know, it’s kind of like, “Sit with this? Okay.” Well, we can use one of those levels over there to have them lined up there.

G: We need a school room and an infirmary. (laughing)

Siddhananda: Now, it seems like we need an infirmary, intensive care unit. I think we need an intensive care unit. I got to get my nurse’s garb on today. (laughing)

G: Yeah, you may need your nursing garb today.

Siddhananda: I did get a flash of bandages being taken off. (referring to a previous spirit mentioned in the blog post “Mummified.”)

G: Yay! (clapping)
