Spirit Brings Freshness

Siddhananda: (showing a milky, greenish stone) I like these green ones. They're all so pretty sitting there. They're just so clear, kind of.

G: It's like a little green pond.

Siddhananda: Yeah, it is ... with a little moss on there.

G: ... or, like a mossy drop of water (laughing with a smile).

Siddhananda: Yeah, totally. Okay, there it is, and it's got a little bit of green light emerging. There's some figure emerging. So, I'm just kind of watching it and waiting to see what they may have to say. They have a message. They are as grace ... a graceful spirit ... fragrant.

G: What is our message today?

Spirit: Spirit cleanses continually. Spirit brings freshness always. It's always that way. It doesn't matter whatever state a soul is in, that's always there underlying, or coming more forward ...

Siddhananda: I do see the waters running.

Spirit: Don't ever lose faith.

G: Right. It's always available, always present. Like I say, it can wash away those sins, and cleanse, ... and be cleansed. That is possible. One just has to open themselves up to that and allow it to happen, and give the permission for that to take place. You have to be willing to let go and be healed. It's not that the universe does not want to heal you. For whatever reason, you know, you have to be willing to let go of it first so that that can be swept away, and washed away.

Siddhananda: Yeah, that's the whole thing with free will, you know?

G: Exactly. Free will is a bugger (chuckling a bit and smiling).

Siddhananda: It is. It's a good thing, and it's got its toughies, too, because you do have that free will to always open, but you've got the free will to hold.

G: I don't think people understand that. They think ... but, I don't want to be in this ... but they are fearful. So, yeah, that fear is that they are not totally open. They are stifling it and closing it down from taking place.

Siddhananda: Sure, that's where the fear comes from. It's not the opening part. It's just that they have it backwards, you know?

G: That's why I say, fear not. There's nothing to fear. Fear not. You have to let go of that fear.

Siddhananda: ... and to know, too, that the universe has your best interest at heart ... always.

G: Exactly ... and, then, be open to that. You know, I like that one [stone] ... it's kind of like a little droplet of water. It's got that green and that green gives the oxygen and the energy. It reminds me of Hawaii ... very lush, and green (fanning her hands around as if a fresh breeze is gently circulating about) ... and a very wonderful, magical place. If you really go in there with that openness, it can work miracles, one can say.

Siddhananda: That's it. They are just there, this gentle energy, to say that. So, that was a really nice, refreshing energy.

G: Do they want to be at the healing center?

Siddhananda: (breaking out with laughter and a big smile) Yes, they're quite fine with that. So, they're all in the amethyst cave.

G: Yeah, I can see this one at the healing center, just like a waterfall that you can just sit under and open to.

Siddhananda: Totally. Refreshment!

G: ... and you just absolutely let that totally come over your being and open your heart ... and just totally let it wash over you (moving her hands over head, down the front of her body and back over again).

Siddhananda: That's it. That's the thing ... just surrender and relax into that.

G: Exactly.

Siddhananda: You know, it's not always easy, but it will change.

G: It will change!

Siddhananda: Just keep going.

G: It's always darkest just before the dawn. Just realize that you've just got to hold out just a little longer ... and a little longer ... and it will break. So, don't lose heart.

Siddhananda: Keep going ... it could be around the next corner. This is the way the universe works. It's there. It's inherent in it, so just keep on.

G: Exactly. Just before the dawn, it's SO dark! You think that sun is NEVER gonna come (throwing her head back with a chuckle and a smile).

Siddhananda: Seems like you've got a few dark before the dawns on this journey ... at least for me, man (grimacing slightly). Not just one.

  1. Namaste, hearing the pointing that it is darkest before dawn is encouraging as we all have our moments, so this is a reference point. Enjoy hearing the recommendation to let things go and invite in this washing away of sins and whatever else exists. Thank you for posting this message.

  5. Namaste/\ It's why love the mornings so...all fresh and new...a new dawn to begin anew...never too late to begin again....been through the dark times here too and so, so grateful to be here. There is a beautiful, wonderous Light at the end of that tunnel and that tunnel is Here, one need not leave this Life to experience that Light of change...trust in God, Come back to Now, rest in Heart and the gates of Heaven will swing right open and tears of joy will flow, cleansed and freed from the shackles of suffering : ) /\
