Phenomena Must Go

Siddhananda: I see this little rock in my mind again, which is what seems to be happening today, with some nice light. Instantly, there is a crackly fire, and the fire is turning into what looks like a rose. It’s got some energy coming off of it ... a lit up burning rose. It’s nice actually … wow, that’s very clear… Whew! I can feel the heat of it even. It’s a fire rose with energy or smoke coming off of it.

G: Wow!

Siddhananda: I am hearing the phenomena needs to go … the attachment to phenomena.

G: Right, that’s why I don’t have anybody doing third eye stuff, because that’s the way they develop a lot of extra phenomena that doesn’t need to be there. That’s why we don’t give that practice with the third eye (pointing to her third eye).

Siddhananda: Yeah, sure, boy, because that can go on forever.

G:  Exactly, because you can get attached to phenomena. It’s like that one … what’s the name of that one sadhu? He wrote the book where all he talks about is all his phenomena. People are so gravitating to that, but that’s not it. All of these realms and all these different things … you don’t need to go there. You don’t need to go to all these different realms. You can go straight into the heart of being and find that ultimate truth.

Siddhananda: Exactly! So what I’m seeing is that rose being burnt to ash as a way of saying … I mean it is beautiful indeed … but that phenomena needs to go. There is the sun … then, there is the light … there is the ground … the ground, that’s grounding. The other two are ungrounding, as you talked about, where people get so attached to the phenomena and realms. That can actually really make you so ungrounded, and get really out of it.

G: You can be wandering for lifetimes and lifetimes and lifetimes with endless stuff…  because the mind can create unending phenomena.

Siddhananda: That’s it! I do kind of see an image of a ghost. They are reflecting almost like that is just ghosty… like a phantom mist. That’s not what you want to be gravitating to.

G: Right, it’s an illusion. It’s not the reality, but you can create as much illusion as you want. It’s just another movie.

Siddhananda: Right, and the mind is very creative, so that’s the thing. I do see that, like I say, then the ground is reflected as that’s the non-dual … is what remains. That’s the strength … the core … and the balance … and all that comes, comes from that. So you want to go to the origin of the whole thing.

G: Right. Then, after that, if you want to enjoy the play, enjoy the play … whatever! Then, it becomes the liberated play, once the mask is off. Then, you see it for what it is.

Siddhananda: Right. So, then it’s a whole other thing entirely.

G: Exactly. Then it becomes play. It doesn’t become, again, another phenomena… whoo (laughing)!

Siddhananda: Exactly! It’s not like, look at me! Look at what I can see and do, and see how neat this is, because it’s not a game. You can play it if you want to, and play it how you want to play it, but it will bring you somewhere else. Somewhere away from Truth.

So we’ll say goodbye to that one!

  2. Namaste, in my previous path, some phenomena was honored and respected in different ways such as being an indicator of higher states of consciousness. It had me confused for sure. This path and this spirit in this blog's message are clear with the pointing about phenomena - it has to go.

  3. Namaste yes it's good to know one can make choices to engage in phenomena or just let it pass… Wouldn't want to have this go on for eons that's for sure!

  4. Namaste, Good point indeed. Straight to the heart. No nonsense again. Sever it all off, instead of occumulating it and going farther from away from truth. I bet once all falls away, it's a complete different reality. Trickery of the mind :-) Omm.

  5. Namaste. In reading this, feeling very fortunate to be on this path with Guruji who has placed such strong emphasis on establishing and maintaining focus within the heart center. There is nothing more grounding than everything she has provided for her students. So, the phenomena can come and go, but will not carry the focus far away. Pranams, Guruji. om

  7. Namaste .. Easy to get caught up in phenomena, and to think of it as being it. The phenomena though, comes and goes. The heart is ever present and still. Beautiful. OM

  8. Namaste/\ The Spiritual Heart, two fingers right of the chest, this is the one area to keep one's attention...To be centered...To aide one through the phenomena and sidhi desires...To come back to Now...To be present and not wallow in past or worry about future...To rest in that quiet joy... To bask in the Silence of the Heart Divine... /\

  9. Namaste - This one is a bit harder to grasp even though I understand the essence of it... But this message came from another realm and through the third eye of Siddhananda... All the messages on this board can be considered as phenomena... Having said that, I understand the deeper Truth that we don’t have to seek this kind of phenomena to get to Realization and that it can become a trap...
